Don't remember if it was a 2013 or 2016 rerender, but it has loads of character and it needs some ghetto thug gold teeth.</p>

Probably because Hue/Saturation+ has been removed because the built-in Hue/Saturation feature was improved, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I downloaded Hue/Saturation Plus, but that doesn't work either. What should I do?</p>

Ok so try <em>Color Balance</em> or <em>Color Balance+</em> instead with these settings. You should be able to find them in the same menu as Hue/Saturation and Hue/Saturation+.</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/zRUDJ3b.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p> Then you can tweak the the result with the <em>Brightness/Contrast</em> effect.</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/XJoOBOw.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p> Please post feedback on how it turned out and if this worked for you.</p>

Using and tweaking masks in Paint.net

Using and tweaking masks in Paint.net

Ok today we are going to do something simple by putting a random mask on Dean Daniels.

If you are missing the Drop Shadow effect, download it here and put it in the effects folder.

Step 1

Start Paint.net and open the Dean Daniels picture.

Step 2

Ok now open up your web browser and go to Lucha Yourself. Here you can create some custom Lucha masks or use the randomize function.

This is how my mask turned out, when i used the randomize function. Copy the mask and paste it into Paint.net. Now go to the Image menu, select Resize and resize it to 150 x 150. You can also select the eraser tool and remove the lucha and el rey network text.

Now it should look like this.

Step 3

Copy the mask and go to the Dean Daniels picture. Add a new layer and paste the mask in the new layer.

It looks ok, but you can see some hair on the left side, the right ear and some of the jaw.

Step 4

Add a new layer between the mask and Dean Daniels. Now select the mask layer and the color picker. Use the color picker to select the yellow on the mask. Go back to the new layer and select the paintbrush and paint the upper left hair, when this is done go back to the mask layer, and use the color picker to select the black on the mask. Go back to the new layer, select the paintbrush and paint the black so that the ear and jaw isn't visible.

Step 5

Now it should look something like this.

Now go to the mask layer and select merge layer down so that you merge the mask layer with the layer you painted black and yellow in.

Step 6

Now select the layer with Dean Daniels and choose the rectangule select tool. Copy a part of his facial mouth part. Add a new layer above the Dean Daniels picture and paste the mouth part in it. Move the mouth part so that its centered in the mouth area of the mask.

Something like this.

Step 7

Go to the mask layer use duplicate layers. Now go to Effects -> Objects -> Drop Shadow. I'll use these settings.

Step 8

Now i just want the Drop Shadow on the eyes and mouth area, so i'll chose the eraser tool and erase the outer drop shadow around the mask like this.

Now it should look something like this and you can merge the two mask layers and save the picture.

To use in TEW save as a jpg. If you want to use the picture later and tweak it, just save it as a pdn. One easy way to change colors on the mask is using Color Flip/Rotate, Hue/Saturation+ or Color Balance+. That way you have new alts in a few seconds like this.
