Team Raw[/font] [SIZE=3][color=#FF0000]Monday Night Raw[/SIZE][/color] [font=Arial]The WWE flagship hasn't been doing well lately. The ultra-popular John Cena, the WWE Champion of Raw, has been recieving boos from the crowd on a regular basis for months now. This situation was supposed to be taken care of at the Survivor Series, where Cena was supposed to drop the title to Kurt Angle, but against all odds, Cena retained yet again and recieved even more heat from the crowd. The main attraction of the Pay-Per-View was the Raw vs. SmackDown! Survivor Series match, where SmackDown!'s Randy Orton survived by delievering the RKO to Raw's Captain, Shawn Michaels. The match was critisized for being way too short and a lackluster ending for what was indeed a great feud. Following Raw's loss at the Survivor Series, Bischoff was given one night to achieve a goal by Mr. McMahon or he would be fired on the spot. Bischoff promised that by the end of the night, John Cena would not be the WWE Champion any longer. And to ensure that, he booked a Triple Threat Submission match between Kurt Angle, Chris Masters and the Champion. Once again, John Cena found himself as the underdog, and once again Cena beat the odds by locking a what seemed to be an STF (dubbed the STFU) on Chris Masters for the submission to retain the gold. This of course lead to an angle where Bischoff was fired from Raw, thus leaving the General Manager spot open. For his last act as the General Manager, Bischoff booked an Elimination Chamber match at New Year's Revolution, where John Cena would defend the title against five other men inside the steel hell. Despite, Bischoff being fired, the Chamber match stayed booked and on the following Raw, there were five qualifying matches to decide who would get the shot at the title. The match results were as follows: Chris Masters def. Viscera Shelton Benjamin def. Carlito Kurt Angle def. Ric Flair Shawn Michaels def. Big Show Triple H def. Kane In addition to the obvious Angle vs. Cena feud leading up to the Chamber match, also the former 10-time WWE Champion, Triple H badmouthed Cena about being a failiure as Champion and that Triple H is finally going to take what's his in the Chamber match. There is also an interesting scenario building up between Shelton Benjamin and the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels. HBK blames Shelton for losing his "attitude" and being on a months-long losing-streak. There have been a couple of confrontations between the two, but they still have yet to come to blows. Time will tell what happens in the Chamber. The next Raw following the qualifying matches, there were six Beat the Clock matches to determine who would enter the Chamber last. The results were: Shawn Michaels def. Tyson Tomko at 6:57 Kurt Angle def. Val Venis at 4:46 Shelton Benjamin def. Snitsky at 4:11 John Cena def. Gregory Helms at 3:46 Triple H def. Rosey at 2:35 Chris Masters def. Matt Striker at 0:53 The quickest victory earned Chris Masters the right to enter the Chamber as the last competitor, thus gaining a huge advantage. In other Championship action, some problems have been started between the Conman, Rob Conway and the reigning Intercontinental Champion, Ric Flair. Conway accused Flair of being a has-been and totally washed up. This, of course, enfuriated the Nature Boy and he laid down a challenge for the Conman to face him at New Year's Revolution. Conway accepted, but the match would also be for the Intercontinental gold. The Highlight Reel host Chris Jericho has been gone from the WWE since August this year, following his two straight losses to the WWE Champion John Cena, and Carlito has quit the Cabana. But Monday Night Raw has a brand-new talkshow called the Cutting Edge, hosted by perhaps the two most controversial figures on Raw, Edge and Lita.They had a sort of warm-up show at the Survivor Series when they talked trash to a local baseball star Dmitri Young. Their first official guest was the largest athlete in the world, the Big Show, the following night on Raw. Edge made comments about Big Show being the largest athlete in the world, yet since November 2002 he has accomplished absolutely nothing. This drove Big Show over the edge (no pun intended) and the host ended up recieving a seven foot tall Chokeslam in the middle of the ring. As you may have guessed, this lead to a one-on-one contest between the two at the New Year's Revolution Pay-Per-View. In the Women's division, Mickie James recently won a #1 Contender's match for a Women's title match at the Revolution against her idol, Trish Stratus. Mickie is of course excited about the match, but Trish has her doubts. Carlito and Chavo Guerrero exchanged a few insults between each other, when Carlito stated that Chavo is nothing but a shadow of his uncle, the late great Eddie Guerrero (R.I.P.). Chavo took exception to that and demanded the WWE Chairman, Mr. McMahon to give him a match against Carlito for the upcoming Pay-Per-View. The request was accepted. The current card for New Year's Revolution 2006 looks like this: WWE Women's Championship: Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus Carlito vs. Chavo Guerrero Big Show vs. Edge WWE Intercontinental Championship: Rob Conway vs. Ric Flair WWE Championship Elimination Chamber: Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Chris Masters vs. John Cena© The card is a subject to change. Expect at least one more match announced for the show on Raw and maybe a few filler matches. There are also rumours that the new Raw General Manager will be announced live at the event.[/font]

[color=#009900][SIZE=4]WWE New Year's Revolution 2k6[/SIZE][/color] [SIZE=3][color=#009900]Backstory Part II:[/SIZE][/color] [SIZE=3][color=#3333FF]Friday Night SmackDown![/SIZE][/color] [font=Arial]If Raw wasn't doing very well, SmackDown! was in turmoil. 13.11.2005 will always be remember as the day that one of the greatest ever, Eddie Guerrero (R.I.P.) passed away due to a heart failiure. This saddened the whole WWE locker room and the following episodes of both Raw and SmackDown! were Tribute shows deicaded to the life and memory of Eddie Guerrero. But that wasn't the only thing going wrong for SmackDown!, as the World Heavyweight Champion sustained a serious back injury that requires surgery. But with SmackDown!'s best interests in mind, Batista decided to stay and wrestle on SmackDown!. For a a few months now, Mr. Ken Kennedy has been the bright new star on SmackDown! and a great future hope. Unfortunately, not long after Batista got his injury, Kennedy recieved one as well, similiar to Batista's. But unlike the Champion, Kennedy is completely unable to compete and may be out for as long as six months. Also, another great future prospect, "Captain Charisma" Christian refused to sign a contract renewal and left the promotion, joininig TNA. Also, one of the main feuds going on on SmackDown! is the Best of Seven series for the vacated United States Championship between Chris Benoit and Booker T. The series has been said to be boring and uninspiring. The two men, especially Booker T, just aren't the same Chris Benoit and Booker T from the 90s WCW. Booker T won the first match of the series at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View, and also the two following matches on SmackDown!. That makes the series 3-0 in the favour of Booker T. With Batista injured and the Best of Seven being for the United States title, the main storyline going on in Friday nights has been the Orton vs. Undertaker feud. The rivalry got started at WrestleMania 21, where the Undertaker defeated the Legend Killer and remained undefeated at the Grandest Stage. Orton god his revenge, though, at SummerSlam where he regained the victory. Orton was the better man at No Mercy, where he and his dad Cowboy Bob Orton shut the Undertaker inside a casket in a first-ever Handicap Casket match. This would not keep the Undertaker down, though, as he returned to haunt Randy at the Survivor Series just before the show went off the air. The Deadman played mind games with the 3rd Generation Superstars to that point, where Orton said he has had enough. Orton challenged the Undertaker to the Hell in a Cell match at Armageddon to finally settle the score between them. Batista was not the headliner on SmackDown! due to his injury, but he had a major role in the continuation of the Raw vs. SmackDown! feud. The Raw World Tag Team Champions, Kane and the Big Show, kept on raging on SmackDown! and a tag team match between the Raw Champions and the team of Rey Mysterio and Batista was booked at Armageddon. The match became even more interesting, as Rey and Batista won the WWE Tag Team titles from MNM just before Armageddon, making the match Champions vs. Champions. Armageddon results were: MNM def. [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b] [/color] That's right, the WWE title will be on the line in the ever-dangerous Elimination Chamber match when the Champ, John Cena defends against five of Raw's best. [color=#FF0000]The King is cut-off by a certain Motörhead theme song and a green and blue lighting effects.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] But remember, Coach, John Cena is not the only man Triple H has to worry about this Sunday. Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Shelton Benjamin and Chris Masters are also after blood, and most of all, the WWE Championship. [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] And speaking of Raw's best, here comes the Game! [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Triple H will indeed be one of the six men who will step inside that steel structure this Sunday. Triple H and reigning Champion had some words last week, when Triple H called himself the King of Kings, and in Triple H's mind, John Cena is the Joker. John Cena has been on a roll here on Raw, while Triple H was away. But that's about to change now, babyboy, 'cause the King of Kings will get back on his throne. And the Coach is loving it. I know that you and me haven't seen eye-to-eye lately. But. I just want you to know that I have nothing but respect for you and let the best man win this Sunday at the Chamber. [color=#FF0000]Michaels offers a handshake, but Benjamin doesn't reach out his hand. Instead, he gets right in the face of HBK.[/color] [b][color=#FF0000]HBK:[/color][/b] Oh yeah, the best man will win this Sunday. I'll make sure of that. [color=#FF0000]Shelton stares HBK for a moment and then leaves.[/color] [b][color=#FF0000]Grade: A[/color][/b] ----------------------------------- [color=#FF0000][b]Tag Team The Heart Throbs vs. Kane and the Big Show[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]The Match:[/b][/color] Kane starts off against Antonio and immediately floors him with a Big Boot. Kane grabs Antonio by the head and tosses him to the corner. Kane tags in the Big Show who presses Antonio up on his straight arms and slams him down to the mat. Show whips Antonio to the corner and spears him. Show grabs Antonio by the throat and signals for a Chokeslam. Romeo tries to interfere but Kane gets into the ring and gets him into the Chokeslam position, as well. Both men execute a double-Chokeslam to the Heart Throbs, 1...2...3. [b][color=#FF0000]01:23[/color][/b] [color=#FF0000][b]Grade: C+[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Aftermath:[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000]The World Tag Team Champions celebrate their victory in the ring.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Well, that didn't take long! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] The World Tag Team Champions are proving time and time and time again, why they are indeed unstoppable. [color=#FF0000]Kane steps over the ropes and Big Show goes to do the same, but out of nowhere comes Edge with the Money in the Bank briefcase and knocks the Big Show with it.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] It's Edge! [color=#FF0000]Kane notices what's going on and gets back into the ring, but Edge hightails out of there via the crowd.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Not so brave now, huh? Sure he can attack people from behind, but when he's face-to-face with someone it's totally different story! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] He's just doing the smart thing. [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] Well, I can assure you that there will be no running away this Sunday when Edge goes one-on-one with the Big Show. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] But it is true that he is the #1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship this Sunday. Masters makes the tag to Kurt Angle, who starts to stomp away on Benjamin. Angle covers Benjamin and Daivari counts as fast as he can, 12...Benjamin grabs the bottom rope just in time. Angle tells Daivari to count faster. Angle hits an over-the-head Belly to Belly Suplex on Benjamin and covers again 12...Benjamin powers out again. Michaels calls for a tag, but Benjamin ignores it. Shelton breaks the cover and almost grabs Daivari, but decides not to give him an excuse for a DQ. Michaels then blind tags himself to the ring. We are back live and Michaels hits right hands on Angle, followed by a Scoop Slam. Michaels calls for the Elbow Drop and climbs to the top rope. As HBK comes down with the elbow, [b][color=#FF0000]Daivari moves Angle from the way[/color][/b], causing Michaels to crash on the mat. Angle tags in the Game. Triple H hits an immediate Backbreaker on Michaels, 12...Cena breaks up the count. Daivari almost DQs him, but Triple H tells him not to. Triple H hits some right hands to the face of Michaels, followed by another Backbreaker. Triple H whips HBK to the ropes and connects with an Arn Anderson-like Spinebuster, 12...Michaels kicks out. The crowd starts to chant for HBK and he finds the strength to get up, connect with a flying forearm and jump right back to his feet. Michaels makes the tag to Cena. Cena comes off the ropes with a flying shoulder tackle on Triple H, followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena hits the Hiptoss Slam and calls for the FU, getting a mixed reaction from the crowd again. Cena lifts Triple H on his shoulders, but Triple H counters and gets Cena in a position for the Pedigree, but Cena reverses it to a Back Bodydrop, followed by a fully executed FU, [b][color=#FF0000]but Daivari attacks Cena with a steel chair![/color][/b] All hell breaks loose as the four men from the apron get into the ring for a free-for-all. WWE Tag Team titles are on the line, as the Champions Rey Mysterio and Batista defend against the former Champs, MNM. [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Also on SmackDown! tonight, the Best of Seven series continues, as Chris Benoit will face Booker T tonight in match #5. [color=#3333FF]Randy Orton's "Burn in My Light" theme song fills the arena and the Legend Killer is saluted with a huge chorus of boos. Randy Orton has a band-aid above his right eye and he is holding his ribs, but he still has that familiar ****y smile on his face.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Well, here comes a man who, in my eyes, proved his words five days ago at Armageddon inside Hell in a Cell. [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Orton proved he's the Legend Killer Sunday by defeating the Undertaker, the Deadman inside Hell in a Cell. And that, my friend, is a huge accomplishment. [color=#3333FF][b]Orton:[/b][/color] Sunday Night. Armageddon. Hell in a Cell. I beat the Undertaker! I have already made a WWE Tag Team title match for MNM. And you don't even have a doctor's clearance to wrestle tonight after your match with the Undertaker. If it isn't Randy Orton! As Teddy Long said, I have a WWE Tag Team title match tonight, so I'm kinda booked up. So, we can't have a match... but what if I just whoop your ass! Right now! But ladies and gentlemen, the World Heavyweight Champion will be in action tonight, as he will team-up with Rey Mysterio to defend the Tag Team titles against MNM! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Well, I heard Booker T was injured at a WWE Live Event, but I didn't know serious it was. [color=#3333FF][b]Booker T:[/b][/color] As you can see, I'm injured. My knee is in such bad shape that my doctor said I can't wrestle Chris Benoit tonight in the Best of Seven Series. [color=#3333FF]The crowd boos.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Booker T:[/b][/color] And the rules state that if one of the participants is injured during the Series, the participant with the most victories will be the winner! Therefore Booker T is the new WWE United States Champion! You dig? [color=#3333FF]Chris Benoit's theme music starts to play and the Rabid Wolverine walks down to the ring, and he's dressed up for action.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Chris Benoit is not dressed for talking, Chris Benoit is dressed for competing in the ring for the United States title! [color=#3333FF][b]Benoit:[/b][/color] Wait a minute here, Booker... Am I hearing you right? You want to handed the US title? You want it to be awarded to you? [color=#3333FF][b]Booker T:[/b][/color] That's right. I have the most victories! Three straight wins in a row, Chris! [color=#3333FF][b]Benoit:[/b][/color] You look to be in perfect shape to me... the referee is already in the ring... I say ring the damn bell! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Wowowow, Booker T's injured! He's injured, Cole! [color=#3333FF][b]Booker T:[/b][/color] Didn't you here me, sucka? I'm injured! I can't even... [color=#3333FF]Benoit knocks Booker out with a right hand and the referee rings the bell.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]The Match[/b][/color] Benoit stomps away on the injured knee of Booker T and locks in the sharpshooter. Booker T yells in pain and immediately taps out, making the score 3-2. [color=#3333FF][b]0:14[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Grade: C[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Aftermath[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] That didn't take too long! [color=#3333FF]Benoit climbs to the turnbuckle and celebrates as Booker T lays on the ground holding his knee and Sharmell checks up on him.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] The score is now 3-2. Benoit still has to win two more matches, and Booker T only needs one. But what's gonna happen with Booker T's injury? ----------------- [b][color=#3333FF]Six-Man Tag The Mexicools vs. Speed Express (Spanky and Paul London) and Kid Kash[/color][/b] [color=#3333FF][b]The Match[/b][/color] Juvi starts the match with his Armageddon opponent, Kid Kash. Kash locks up with Juvi and connects an Armdrag, followed by a straight second Armdrag. Juvi gets up and Kash hits a Dropkick, 1...2...Juvi kicks out. Juvi talks some trash to Kash and they lockup again. Juvi backs Kash into the corner and hits a knife edge chop. Juvi lifts Kash into the second turnbuckle and and hits him with a straight right hand to the face, causing Kash to crash (that rhymes) to the outside on the floor. Juvi plays to the crowd and the boo. London tries to get into the ring, but the referee stops him. Juvi goes to the outside and rolls Kash back into the ring and covers, 1...2...Kash kicks out. Juvi grabs Kash and seems to be going for a Dragon Suplex, but Kash reverses the hold, goes to the back and connects a Back Suplex. Kash makes the tag to London, who immediately starts to hit right hands on Juvi. London backs Juvi to the corner and hits him with a bacflip kick to the jaw. Juvi staggers to the middle of the ring and London jumps to the second turnbuckle and hits a Moonsault on Juvi, 1...2...Psicosis breaks up the three-count. London turns around to give some back at Psicosis, but Juvi takes advantage and hits a low blow on London. Juvi tags in Super Crazy as we go to [b][color=#3333FF]commercials[/color][/b]. Super Crazy goes to the first rope and hits a Moonsault, then he does the second Moonsault and goes for the third, but London moves out of the way and Crazy crashes and burns to the mat. London rolls to make the tag to Spanky. Spanky grabs Super Crazy by the head, takes him to the ropes and hits a springboard Bulldog. London gets into the ring, gives Spanky leverage and SPanky hits a standing Moonsault on Crazy, 1...2...Crazy powers out. Spanky goes to the ropes and hits Dropkick on the sitting Super Crazy. Spanky poses to the crowd, and Psicosis distracts the referee, as Juventud hits Spanky to the back of the head with Kid Kash's Cruiserweight title, 1...2...3. [b][color=#3333FF]12:12[/color][/b] [color=#3333FF][b]Grade: B[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Aftermath[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF]Juvi poses with the Cruiserweight title, throws it to the ground and the Mexicools leave the ring, posing to the booing crowd.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] A rather controversial, but a victory nontheless for the Mexicools. ------------- [color=#3333FF]In the backstage area, Batista is preparing for the Tag Team title match for later tonight. Rey Mysterio enters.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Rey:[/b][/color] Hey, Dave. You ready for the main event tonight? [color=#3333FF][b]Batista:[/b][/color] As ready as I'll ever be. [color=#3333FF][b]Rey:[/b][/color] What about Orton? Are you sure we don't have to worry abut him? [color=#3333FF][b]Batista:[/b][/color] If Randy decides to show up... he's going to get the exact same treatment I was planning on giving him earlier tonight. And Rey, he will regret showing up. Now, you get ready for the match and let's give MNM hell! The crowd gives the Real Deal a nice pop.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] This is a man I wouldn't want to end up in the ring with: Bobby Lashley! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Lashley is the Real Deal, Cole! Just look at this man, this monster. [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Bobby Lashley is a former three-time National Champion in the Misssouri Valley College, he was an amateur wrestler in the army and he has also won the NAIA National Championship in both 1997 and 1998. And this kid has a bright future right here in the WWE. [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Speaking of the future, the future doesn't look too bright for Simon Dean right now, eh Cole? [color=#3333FF][b]The Match[/b][/color] Lashley starts the match with a stiff Clothesline, knocking Simon Dean down. Lashley continues the assault with two straight Over-the-Head Belly to Belly Suplexes. Lashley poses to the crowd and they cheer. Dean tries to build some offense with right hands, but Lashley lifts him up and slams him down with a Gorrilla Press Slam. Dean crawls into the corner where he has his gym bag and grabs some sort of powder to his hands. Lashley doesn't see it and goes to work on him, but Dean counters by blowing the powder straight to the eyes of Lashley. Dean tries to take advantage and hit a DDT, but Lashley doesn't budge, lifts Dean up for the Lashlight (Dominator) and drives him to the mat, 1...2...3. I am well aware of what happened and I am completely happy with the result. But the fact is that the referee called for the bell and it was an official match. Therefore the score is now 3-2. [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Ladies and gentlemen, it was a couple of weeks ago on SmackDown! where Rey Mysterio and Batista beat MNM for the Tag Team titles and tonight, MNM is exercising their rematch clause right with this match. [color=#3333FF]"Booyaka" starts to play and the crowd shows their love for one half of the Champions, Rey Mysterio as he jumps to the stage.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Listen to this ovation for Rey Mysterio, one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Rey Mysterio seemed a little worried earlier tonight, as he was asking about Randy Orton. And I think he should be worried about the Legend Killer. [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] When you are an athlete of this caliber, Tazz, does worrying about an interference affect your concentration in a match? Especially when it's a title match. [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] Surely it affects you. You might by looking over your shoulder more times than usual and it does affect your concentration. A lot. [color=#3333FF]"Unleashed" by Saliva starts to play for the second time tonight and the reigning World Heavyweight, as well as WWE Tag Team Champion makes his way to the ring, this time for competing.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] This time the Animal is not dressed for talking, he is dressed for defending the Tag Team titles and beating the holy hell out of MNM! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] I'd be worried right now if I were MNM! [color=#3333FF][b]The Match[/b][/color] Rey starts the match with Nitro. Nitro gets Rey into a front facelock. Rey counters the move, tosses Nitro to the ropes and hits a Monkey Flip. Nitro gets back up and gets Rey into a Hammerlock. Nitro forces Rey to his knees and applies more pressure, but Rey counters and hits a modified Armdrag on Nitro. Rey tosses Nitro to the ropes and connects with a swinging Head Sciccors. Nitro staggers to the corner and Rey hits him with the 1904 (Bronco Buster). Rey salutes to the crowd and tags in the Animal. Nitro runs away and makes the tag to Mercury. Batista floors Mercury with a Clothesline, followed by another one. Batista grabs Merucry into a Bearhug position and drives him to the corner, hitting him with his shoulders to the gut. Mercury builds some offense with a rake to the eye and succsefully tags in Nitro. Nitro hits some clubby blows to the neck area of Batista. Nitro executes a beautiful DDT on the Animal, 1...2...Batista kicks out. Nitro tags in Mercury again, keeping each other fresh. Mercury stomps away on Batista, goes to the ropes and hits a Legdrop, 1...2...Batista kicks out again. Mercury takes Batista to the corner and MNM double-team on him, until the referee tells them to stop. Mercury presses Batista's throat against the second rope and the referee counts to four, forcing Mercury to release the hold. Mercury hits a swinging Neckbreaker on Batista, 1...2...Batista powers out again. Mercury tries to execute a Suplex on Batista, but Batista counters with a Sidewalk Slam and both men are down and out. Batista crawls to the corner and succeeds to tag in Rey Mysterio. Rey goes to the ropes and hits a Dropkick on Mercury. Followed by two Armdrags and Hurricanrana. Rey does the Drop Toehold on Mercury and calls for the 619. Rey goes to the ropes, but Nitro cuts him off with a Clothesline. MNM hit the Snapshot on Rey, 1...2...Batista interferes to stop the count and it's time for [color=#3333FF][b]commercials[/b][/color] again. Rey staggers to his feet and Mercury runs towards him. Rey counters with another drop toehold, but Mercury doesn't fall between the ropes. Rey goes to the apron and hits the Drop the Dime to the back of the head of Mercury, 1...2...Nitro stops the three-count. The referee yells at MNM, and Rey makes the tag to Batista. Batista Clotheslines Nitro over the top rope, hits a a teh Modified Slam(tm) on Mercury, followed by a Spinebuster. Batista gives Mercury the thumbs down and the crowd goes bananas. Batista gets Mercury set up for the Batista Bomb, but from out of nowhere [b][color=#3333FF]Randy Orton hits Batista with the RKO[/color][/b]. The referee was checking on Nitro and never saw a thing. Mercury crawls on top of Batista, 1...2...3. [b][color=#3333FF]16:21[/color][/b] [color=#3333FF][b]Grade: A[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Aftermath[/b][/color] [color=#3333FF]The referee hands MNM the Tag Team titles and they celebrate together with Melina with Randy Orton smiling on the aisle.[/color] [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Thanks to Randy Orton, MNM wins the Tag Team titles! MNM are new Champions! [color=#3333FF][b]Tazz:[/b][/color] This match was a blockbusta, Cole, and Randy Orton came to seal the deal for the challengers. [color=#3333FF][b]Cole:[/b][/color] Well, Batista can't be too happy about this, Tazz! And Randy Orton still needs to face him one-on-one at the Royal Rumble in three weeks! Good night, everybody! Three years apart, they spent the most of their childhood wrestling with each other. [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Carlito talks some trash at Chavo, and Chavo floors him with a straight right hand. Chavo stomps away on Carlito, who rolls out out of the ring to recooperate. Chavo doesn't rest for a second, as he bounces off the ropes and hits a Cross Body on the outside, landing on top of Carlito. Chavo returns to the ring and poses to the crowd and they cheer. Carlito returns to the ring and the two lock up. Chavo tosses Carlito to the ropes and hits a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker, 1...2...Carlito kicks out. Carlito gets back on his feet, hits a rake to the eyes of Chavo and connects with a DDT, 1...2...Chavo kicks out. Carlito covers again, placing his feet on the second rope, 1...2...Chavo still powers out. Carlito hits a big Suplex on Chavo, 1...2...Chavo kicks out again. It is well documented that Mickie James is the #1 fan of Trish Stratus. Mickie James won a #1 Contership match against Victoria a couple of weeks back and therefore she will face Trish for the Women's title right here, tonight. Two weeks ago on Raw, Mickie and Trish were under a mistletoe and Mickie actually gave Trish a kiss! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] A rather controversial kiss. Against the seven foot tall, 500-pound Big Show. This rivalry got started when Big Show was Edge's guest on the Cutting Edge, and Edge made some remarks about Big Show not accomplisihing anything since the November of 2002, where he beat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. He is a 2-time WCW Champion and a 2-time WWE Champion, he has held every major title in this business and he is one half of the World Tag Team Champions. Edge is stunned and Big Show floors him with a Big Boot. Edge rolls out of the ring goes to Lita. Lita says something to Edge to encourage him and returns him to the ring. Edge goes to the ropes and connects another Clothesline. Show is still on his feet, Edge goes for another and Show still doesn't move. Edge bounces off again and this time hits a Dropkick, causing the giant to fall down, 1...2...Show powers out. Edge waits for Show to get back up and he does. Big Show backs Edge to the corner, tells the audience to quiet down and slams his right hand on the chest of Edge. Big Show then does this at every corner of the ring. Big Show then goes to the other end of the ring and rams Edge. Edge falls down and Show covers, 1...2...Edge just gets the shoulder up. Big Show lifts Edge up on his straight hands and connects a seven-foot-tall Press Slam, 1...2...a last second kickout. Big Show hits a Sidewalk Slam on Edge, 1...2...another kickout. Big Show hits a Hog Log on Edge. Big Show poses to the crowd and signals for the Chokeslam. Big Show is going for the Chokeslam, but Lita distracts the referee and Edge hits a low blow on the seven-footer. [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] It's only cheating if you get caught, Joey. Edge goes to the second rope and hits a Tornado DDT on Show, 1...2...Show powers out. Edge goes to the outside and grabs a steel chair. The referee doesn't allow Edge to use the weapon. As the referee is disposing of the steel chair, Lita slides in the Money in the Bank briefcase and Edge drives it right off Show's skull. Edge waits for the referee to see Show and covers, 1...2...Show just gets the shoulder up. Edge climbs to the top rope and connects with a Missile Dropkick, 1...2...another kickout by the giant. Edge goes to the corner and calls for the Spear. Big Show turns around, and Edge launches the pear, but Show counters with a boot-to-the face. Big Show grabs Edge by the throat and connects the Chokeslam, 1...2...Lita pulls the referee out of the ring. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] The Big Show had the match won, but Lita pulled the damn referee out of the ring! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] Sometimes people do silly things for love. Show looks at Lita and leaves the ring. Lita is terrified and runs away. Lita enters the ring and Show follows him, not noticing Edge with the briefcase and gets it driven right between the eyes. The referee gets back in the ring, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] And the match is over! It wasn't a clean win, but it was a win nontheless by Edge. [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] You know, when you're in this business for real, you will do whatever it takes to win. And that's just what Edge did in the ring. [color=#FF0000][b]Angle:[/b][/color] So, with Raw'a best interests in mind, I think you should rename Daivari as the official referee for the main event. [color=#FF0000][b]McMahon:[/b][/color] Kurt, the best interests of Raw are the very last thing you have on your mind. But that's ok. I'm ok with it. As far as I'm concerned, Daivari can referee the main event. Why? Because I feel like it. As I said before, the year 2006 will be about one man, and that is Vincent Kennedy McMahon. And what a great way to start off the new year by Rob Conway: beating the Nature Boy Ric Flair for the Intercontinental title! [color=#FF0000]"Woo!" the reigning Intercontinental Champion, Ric Flair makes his way to the ring and gets the biggest pop yet.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] The former 16-time World Heavyweight Champion, the Nature Boy Ric Flair! [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] Listen to this ovation! It's deafening in here! [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Ric Flair promised that he will take the Conman to school here tonight. [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Flair immediately floors Conway with a chop to the chest, followed by another one. Flair knocks Conway out with a right hand and gives out a few woos. Flair hits a stalling Suplex on Conway, 1...2...kickout by the Conman. Flair hits a knee drop on the face of Conway. Flair grabs Conway by the head and hits right hands. Flair takes Conway to the corner and slaps him to the chest at least ten times, each time getting a "Woo!" from the crowd. Conway holds his red chest in pain, and Flair connects with a Back Suplex, 1...2...Conway grabs the bottom rope. Flair grabs Conway's legs to the air and kicks him to the thigh. Flair goes for the Figure-Four Leglock, but Conway just escaped the hold. Conway gets himself back together, sends Flair to the ropes and executes a Back Bodydrop with Flair taking a sidebump. Conway hits a Neckbreaker on Flair, 1...2...Flair gets the shoulder up. Conway covers again, 1...2...another kickout. Just concentrate at the task at hand. Conway takes Flair to the corner and slams his head to the turnbuckle. Flair counters and slams Conway's head to the corner, as well. Flair then climbs to the top rope, but Conway slams him down to the mat. Conway goes to the second rope and hits a Fist Drop on Flair, 1...2...Flair kicks out. Conway lifts Flair up by the head and does some trash-talking, but Flair answers with a poke to the eye, followed by his trademark kick to the groin, with the referee not seeing anything. Conway turns around and Flair hits a Chop Block. Flair does the strut walk and gets a lot "Woos" out of the crowd. Conway interrupts him with a surprise reverse DDT, 1...2...Flair kicks out. Conway tosses Flair to the ropes and goes for a Back Bodydrop, but Flair counters with a kick to the jaw, followed by a Clothesline. Flair covers and places his feet on the second rope, 1...2...Conway escapes at the last second. With Daivari as the referee, I just can't see Kurt Angle losing this match. I just can't. He has been involved in all of them and he has won the two out of three Elimination Chambers. Triple H truly plays the experience advantage in this match-up. But these odds may be two big even for John Cena. HBK gets Cena in a side headlock, followed by a hammerlock and a takedown. HBK then gets Cena in a front facelock on the mat. Cena fights back and the crowd boos. Cena hits a knee to the gut of HBK, followed by a series of right hands. HBK floors Cena with a kick to the ankle. HBK hits a Suplex on Cena, 1...2...kickout. HBK tosses Cena over the top rope to the steel. HBK hits a springboard Crossbody on Cena. Michaels poses to the crowd and does some mocking on Angle who is still in his chamber. Cena revives and slams HBK face-first to the chainlink wall of the Chamber. Cena tosses Michaels to the ropes and he bounces to the steel again. Cena Clotheslines Michaels to the ring over the top rope. Cena hits a Throwback on Michaels, 1...2...Michaels gets the shoulder up. Cena takes HBK to the corner and hits him with shoulders to the gut. Cena lifts Michaels to the second rope and hits a Superplex, 1...2...Michaels just gets the shoulder up. Cena climbs back to the second rope and hits a shoulder tackle on Michaels, 1...2...Michaels still powers out. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0 a new chamber opens and [color=#FF0000]Kurt Angle[/color] enters the match. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] The Olympic Champion is the first man out of his Chamber! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] Shawn Michaels and the WWE Chanpion have been beating each other up for a good five minutes, but it is still a huge disadvantage to be among the first men to enter the match. Angle immediately floors Cena with a right hand and goes for the Ankle Lock, but Cena breaks the hold just before Angle gets it locked in. HBK blindsides Angle, but Angle counters, goes to the back and hits three German Suplexes in a row and covers, 1...2...HBK gets the shoulder up. Cena charges with a Clothesline on Angle and sends him over the top rope to the steel. Cena slams Angle to the chain wall three times and Scoop Slams him to the steel. Cena goes for thr FU, but Angle slips through the backdoor and gets in the Ankle Lock. Cena is obviuos pain and yells out, but is able to counter the move. Angle doesn't let go, though, and locks in in again. Cena almost taps, but HBk comes from out of nowhere and hits the Superkick on Angle. Michaels rolls Angle back to the ring and covers, 1...2...Angle powers out. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Well, that was a rather clean count from Daivari on Angle. I'm shocked. Michaels sends Angle to the ropes and hits an inverted Atomic Drop, followed by a right hand. Michaels goes to the top and signals for a Diving Elbow, but Angle was playing possum and rushes to the second rope and hits an Angle Slam off the top. Both men are down, and Angle just gets the arm across HBK, 1...2...kickout at the last second. Cena gets back in the action and Clotheslines Angle. This is followed by a Hiptoss Slam, and the "You can't see me" pose. Cena goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but Angle moves out of the way and tosses Cena over the top rope. Angle saws Cena's face on the chainlinks, busting him open. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] The Champ is busted wide open! 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0 the time is up and [color=#FF0000]Shelton Benjamin[/color] is the next man out. Benjamin goes to the outside and attacks Angle. The two men exchange punches and Benjamib gets the upperhand. Benjamin sends Angle to the wall and slams him onto the steel. Benjamin slams Angle's head on the chains again and this time the Olympic Hero starts to bleed profusely. Benjamin gets back into the ring and is confronted by HBK. After a short staredown the two men get into a fight. HBK gets the upperhand, tosses Benjamin to the ropes and connects with a Back Bodyrop, followed by two Clotheslines and a Scoop Slam. Michaels goes to the top rope and connects with the Diving Elbow. Michaels goes to the corner to tune up the band, but when he tries to connect Sweet Chin Music, he is cut-off by Angle's Clothesline. Angle stomps on HBK, whips him to the ropes and connects a Belly-to-Belly Suplex. Angle then waits for Benjamin to get back to his feet and hits the Angle Slam, 1...2...HBK actually saves Benjamin from getting pinned and assaults Angle. Angle and HBK start changing punches with neither man gaining the advantage. HBK gets one big punch in, grabs Angle by the legs and Catapults him to the turnbuckles. HBK rolls Angle up, 1...2...but Angle just pops out. Angle questions Daivari, as he almost counted Angle out. Daivari tells him not worry. John Cena staggers back into the ring, all bloody and bruised. Cena hits a right hand on Micheals, followed by a punch to Benjamin. Cena lifts Benjamin up on his shoulders and for the FU, but Benjamin lands on his feet and hits the T-Bone on Cena, but before Benjamin can get the cover, he is Superkicked by Michaels, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000][i]Sheltom Benjamin has been eliminated.[/i][/color] Michaels is stunned, as he obviously wasn't aware that it was Shelton he Superkicked. The referee tells Benjamin to leave the Chamber, but Benjamin gets furious at Michaels, and the two get into a fight. Benjamin hits the T-Bone on Michaels and the referee tells him to leave. 10...9...8....7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0 the ring is entered by [color=#FF0000]Triple H[/color]. Triple H immediately covers HBK, 1...2...Michaels just gets the shoulder up. Triple H then notices Cena bloody on the outside and goes to work on him. Triple H Suplexes Cena onto the steel and Cena holds his back in pain. Triple H hits Cena's head to the steel floor and picks Cena up for the Pedigree. Cena counters with a Back Bodydrop, and sends Triple H to the wall a couple of times. Cena then pulls Triple H's face up and down the wall, eventually making him bleed. Angle also enters the outside area and attacks Cena with a kick to the injured ankle. Angle stomps on the ankle and then picks it up and places it on the chainwall. Angle then drops his leg on the ankle. Triple H joins the battle and the two double-team Cena together. Angle gets Cena to the Ankle Lock, while Triple H talks trash to him. After a while, Angle let's go as decisions can only happen inside the ring. Angle then rolls Cena back into the ring and goes for the cover, Daivari makes a quick count, 12...Cena somehow gets the shoulder up. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Well there's the Daivari I know! That was the quickest count I've ever seen in my life! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] He is not a professional referee, Joey! Angle doesn't believe it and covers again, 12...another miracle kickout. Angle picks Cena up and hits a Snap Suplex, 1...2...still not enough. Triple H then sends Cena to the ropes and connects with a Spinebuster, 1...2...Cena still powers out. Triple H and Angle discuss what to do with Cena, when Michaels hits a top rope Dropkick from out of nowhere on Triple H, 1...2...Triple H powers out. HBK is blindsided by Angle, but HBK counters and puts Angle into the Sharpshooter. Angle gets to the ropes, but Michaels pulls him back into the center again. Angle is about to tap out, but Triple H breaks the hold with a Harley Race High Knee. Triple H grabs Michaels by the head and slams it to the top turnbuckle and tosses him to the outside. As Triple H works on Michaels on the outside, Angle tries to beat Cena on the inside. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0 the last man in is [color=#FF0000]Chris Masters[/color]. Triple H goes for the Pedigree on Michaels, but Michaels counters and catapults the Game to the chainwall. [color=#FF0000][b]Michaels then Superkicks Triple H right through the bulletproof glass of one of the mini-chambers[/b][/color]. Triple H is a bloody mess and Michaels falls down to the floor. In the ring, Chris Masters and Angle are double-teaming on the helpless Cena. Masters holds Cena up, as Angle goes to the ropes and charges up a Clothesline, but Cena ducks and Angle hits Masters. Cena then hits a big Back Suplex on Angle, followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena then locks Angle into the STFU. Cena yells "Tap!" to Kurt Angle, as he tries to escape the hold. Angle is somehow able to reverse the hold into an Ankle Lock and Cena is in pain again. Cena crawls to the ropes and his blood is everwhere in the ring. Angle pulls him back to the center and Cena almost taps out, but is able to kick out of the move. Michaels enters the ring, and goes for the Sweet Chin Music, but Angle ducks and locks in the Ankle Lock on him, but this time with the grapevine. Michaels struggles and fights, but eventually has no chance, but to tap out. [i][color=#FF0000]Shawn Michaels has been eliminated.[/color][/i] Angle celebrates and turns to look at the bloody mess that is the WWE Champion John Cena. Angle tells Masters to put the Masterlock on him, and he does. Cena tries to struggle out of the Masterlock, but the hold doesn't break. Angle slaps Cena on the face and talks trash to him. Cena then lifts his feet and kicks Angle to the head. [b][color=#FF0000]Cena then runs to the corner, uses the leverage to push himself down and falls on Masters, but the hold is still locked in[/color][/b]. Cena starts to fade, and Daivari checks up on him. The arm falls for the first time, the second time... but at the third time Cena holds the arm up. Masters in disbelief and tightens the hold. Angle gets back up and attacks Cena, but also gets Masters in the progress, knocking them both down, thus breaking up the Masterlock. Angle goes for the Angle Slam, but Cena lands on his feet and knocks Angle out. Cena then trades punches with Masters and knocks him over the top rope to the steel. Cena then uses the momentum to send Angle over the rope, as well. Cena poses to the crowd, but they boo. Triple H enters the ring and stares down the Champ. They get it on, and Cena gets upperhand, sending the Game to ropes and going for a Backdrop, but Triple H counters with a knee to the face. Triple H hits a big Suplex on Cena, 1...2...Cena kicks out. Triple H covers again, 1...2...another kickout. Triple H hits Cena with a stiff DDT, 1...2...Cena still powers out. Triple H tells Masters to hold Cena up, and goes for the Clothesline, but Cena ducks and Triple H connects the Clothesline on Masters. Cena then knocks the Game out and hits Masters with the FU, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000][i]Chris Masters has been eliminated.[/i][/color] Triple H gets back up and tosses him to the steel. Triple H slams Cena's head to steel several times and sends him to the wall. Triple H drives Cena's face to the glass of one of the mini-chambers, but it doesn't break. Angle revives and joins the fight and the two men double-team the helpless Champion. Triple H and Angle use both toss Cena to the wall a few times and Triple H Backdrops Cena to the the ring. Kurt Angle goes to cover Cena and Daivari gives another quick count, 12...Triple H pulls Angle out of the cover. Angle asks him what the hell he's doing, and the Game says that he wants to be the one to pin Cena, 1...2...Angle breaks up the count and the fight is on. Angle hits a German Suplex on Triple H, followed by a Belly-to-Belly Suplex. Angle goes for the Angle Slam, but Triple H counters, tosses Angle to the ropes and connects with a Spinebuster, but Daivari refuses to count Angle out. Triple H gets right in his face, and as they argue, the Game knocks him out. Angle then grabs Triple H by the knee locks in the Ankle Lock. Triple H taps out, but Daivari doesn't see it. Angle let's go of the move and climbs to the top rope. Angle is about execute a high risk manuever, but then stops and climbs all the way to the top of the mini-chamber. [color=#FF0000][b]Angle comes off from the mini-chamber with a Moonsault, but the Game moves out of the way and Angle lands on nothing.[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] AAAW MAI GAAAWD~! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach[/b][/color] Did you see that? [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] I saw it, but I don't believe it! Cena then takes advantage and hits the FU on Angle, as Mick Foley runs to the ring and tells Cena to make the cover, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000][i]Kurt Angle has been eliminated.[/i][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Mick Foley counted the three and Kurt Angle is out of here! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] Wait a minute! This isn't right! Daivari's the referee! [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Daivari was knocked out and is seems that Mick Foley has taken over the officiating job, after all! Cena falls down right after the FU, looking like it was the very last thing he had left in him. Triple H then uses the ropes to get back up and looks at the bloody Champion. Triple H has a smirk on his face, as he approaches Cena, but Cena fights back and the two exchange right hands. Cena gets the upperhand and hits the Hiptoss Powerslam on Triple H, followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena calls for the FU and gets it, but Mick Foley is occupied with a guy wearing a skimask on the outside. Cena breaks the pin, and goes to look what's going on. As Cena and Foley both have their backs turned, Chris Masters comes from the crowd and slides a sledgehammer into the ring for Triple H. Cena re-enters the ring and Triple H drives the sledgehammer right between his eyes. Cena blacks out and Triple H tosses him to the outside. The man wearing the skimask hands Triple H a pair of handcuffs and the Game locks Cena into the chainlinks of the chamber well. [b][color=#FF0000]Triple H begins a bloody and brutal assault on Cena with the sledgehammer, and there's not a damn thing he can do about it.[/color][/b] Triple H then hits and kicks Cena to the head, turning his whole head and upperbody area into a crimson mask. Foley tries to stop him, but Triple H just shoves him away. Eventually, Triple H releases the handcuffs and rolls the lifeless Cena back into the ring. Chris Masters and the man with the skimask celebrate as Triple H puts Cena in the Pedigree. Triple H drives Cena's head into the mat with the Pedigree and the reluctant Foley counts, 1...2...3. WWE will probably now redo the chasing-the-title -style of gimmick with Cena and will try to make him over with the fans. It is unknown whether or not the WWE will acknowledge the heat Cena has been getting in his future promos. -Edge is rumoured to be pretty down backstage. It has been almost a year since his Money in the Bank win, but WWE seems to have absolutely no plans for Edge to use his contract for the WWE title shot. Edge still has until WrestleMania to make his lifelong dream come true. -Triple H, Shawn Michaels and the WWE Head Booker Stephanie McMahon have been less than pleased with the stale work that OVW Television Champion, CM Punk has been doing in the ring recently. The plans were for Punk to debut in WWE Television during early 2006, but now it seems that the former indy Superstar will not be seen in WWE action for a while. Punk also suffered a minor knee injury during an OVW show last night. -And in this week's major news, former seven-time WWE Champion and now a major Hollywood Star, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is rumoured to return to the ring at WrestleMania 22. Some sources have booked Shawn Michaels as opponent for the night, but he also has a planned match with Shelton Benjamin. The Rock has also trashed Shawn Michaels in the past pretty openly, mainly for HBK being a dick to him in the past. There is no doubt the match would be a blockbuster and Match of the Year Candidate, but it is pretty unsure if it will ever happen. Last night, during a SmackDown! house show, he got into a major backstage fight with Hardcore Holly. Holly suffered a broken nose during the brawl and they had to be seperated by road agents. Hardy also showed very little respect towards some of the experienced officials. For those of you expecting a huge Hardy push in recent months, don't hold your breath. -Stone Cold Steve Austin may have one more match left in his pocket. And WWE would like to use this match for a WrestleMania confrontation between the Rattlesnake and the Immortal Hulk Hogan. The past between these two major Superstars is well documented, but it has never been an issue kayfabe-wise. This rumour got started during the WWE Homecoming, when Hulk Hogan issued a challenge at the Rattlesnake, but the match wa soon cancelled due to Austin's departure and unwillingness to put Hogan over. But the rumours are going strong again, and we'll have to wait and see. [/font]

Chavo crawls to the corner and Snitsky tries to connect with a Snake Eyes, but Chavo slips out of the backdoor, rams Snitsky to the corner, hits a Tornado DDT and the big man is down, 1...2...Snitsky grabs the bottom rope. Chavo goes to the outside ring apron and hits a Plancha on Snitsky, 1...2...but it's not enough for the three. Snitsky gets back on his feet and sends Chavo into the ropes, but Chavo ducks a Clothesline and hits Tilt-a-Whirl Headscissors. And Shawn took some beating last night inside that Elimination Chamber. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] And Rob Conway is not a happy camper following his loss to the Intercontinental Champion, Ric Flair just 24 hours ago. This is the perfect opportunity to prove himself to these fans and let out some steam at the same time. [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] And let me be the first one to point out Ric Flair cheated last night to retain the Intercontinental title. If you ask me, Rob Conway is the deserving Intercontinental Champion. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Thank God no one asked you, Coach. [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] HBK tosses the Conman to the ropes and connects with a Clothesline, followed by a right hand. Conway counters with a rake to the eye and a Neckbreaker, followed an Elbow Drop and a cover, 1...2...an easy kickout by Michaels. Conway grabs Shawn by his hair and connects an uppercut, followed by a headbutt and a Suplex, 1...2...another kickout. Conway connects with a brutal Backbreaker on Shawn, followed by another one. Conway flexes his muscles, lifts Shawn up and hits a DDT, 1...2...Shawn gets the shoulder up in time. Conway presses HBK's throat on the second rope with his knee until the referee counts to four and he has to release the hold. Conway gets the Heartbreak Kid on an Abdominal Stretch, grabbing the top rope for extra leverage. The referee doesn't see Conway holding the rope and the pressure starts to build on Shawn. The crowd starts to chant "HBK!" as the referee drops the arm for the third time, and this time Shawn finds the strength to hold it up and counters the hold. Last night, these two Divas entered the match as friends, but when the match came to an end, Trish betrayed her friend and tonight we're gonna hear what she has to say about it. [color=#FF0000]Trish Stratus makes her way to the ring, recieving boos, but also cheers from the horny middle-aged men in the crowd.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Last night, at New Year's Revolution, greed took the best of Trish Stratus and it resulted in her beating the hell out of Mickie James after she won the Women's title. Fair and square! [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] And let's not forget how she did it: with a Chick Kick, Trish's own trademark manuever. That's gotta be tough for her. He will face the battered Triple H who took abuse last night from five other men in the Elimination Chamber. Shelton was one of those five men, but he was eliminated earlier, so he is much better shape than the new Champion. And what a class act it was for Shelton to tell Shawn Michaels not to be at ringside, as he wants to do this on his own! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] You call it a class act, I call it stupidity. We all know Triple H will have Carlito and the Masterpiece by his side in this match, so what makes you think Shelton really stands a chance? [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Shelton Benjamin may be the greatest pure athlete in the WWE today and he is confident. Extremely confident and motivated to become the new WWE Champion here tonight. [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] So you're saying that Triple H's title reign would last for less than 24 hours? [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Stranger things have happened here in the WWE, Coach! [color=#FF0000]"The Game" by the English Hardrock Legend starts to play and the familiar silhouette marks the arrival of the WWE Champion, accompanied by his new henchmen, Carlito and Chris Masters.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] The WWE Champion, Triple H. Alongside his new proteges, if you will, Chris Masters and Carlito. [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] And those are some impressive proteges, Joey Styles. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] I'm not denying that. But until the referee calls for the bell, this match can go either way. Don't forget that! [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Shelton and the Game stare each other down and the referee calls for the bell. The crowd starts an immediate "Let's go Shelton!" chant. The men lockup and the Game gets Shelton in a side Headlock. Shelton counters it to a Takedown, and gets Triple H into an Armbar on the mat. Shelton turns the move into a pinning combination, 1...2...the Game pops out. Shelton covers again, 1...2...but another kickout by Hunter. Shelton gets up and so does the Game. They lockup again, and this time Shelton tosses Triple H to the ropes and sends him over the top to the floor. The crowd cheers and Shelton poses in the ring and Carlito and Masters help their mentor back on his feet. Shelton tells Triple H to show him what's he's got. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Shelton Benjamin can taste the WWE Championship! He's telling the Game to get into the ring! Triple H climbs back in, tries to connect with a right hand, but Shelton ducks and connects with a kick to the side of the head, followed by a bridge rollup, 1...2...Triple H kicks out. Triple H gets back up, tosses Shelton to the corner, but Shelton leaps to the top rope and comes down on the Game with a Cross Body, 1...2...another kickout. Shelton hits some right hands on the Champion, lifts him up and tosses him to the ropes for a Backdrop. Triple H holds his back in pain, as it still hurting from last night. Shelton hits a big Suplex on Triple H, causing more damage on the back. Carlito and Masters climb to the ring apron and Shelton turns at them. Triple H takes advantage and blindsides Shelton with a shot to the back. Triple H bounces off the ropes with a Harley Race High Knee. Triple H then gets himself back together, goes to corner and removes the padding from the turnbuckle. Triple H has his back turned and doesn't see Shelton getting up and attacking him with a Stinger Splash, causing him to crash on the unpadded turnbuckle. Shelton rolls him up, but the referee is distracted by Carlito and Masters. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Oh, gimme a break! Shelton had the damn match won, but Carlito and Chris Masters are distracting the referee! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] That's the name of the game, Joey, no pun intended. The referee is distracted, and Triple H low blows the challenger. Triple H follows up with a stiff DDT, 1...2...Shelton kicks out. Triple H connects a high knee drop right on the face of Shelton. Shelton gets back on his feet, goes to the ropes, but Triple H counters with a Spinebuster. The WWE Champion poses to the crowd and as they boo, takes Shelton to the corner and slams his head right on the steel ring several times. Triple H floors Shelton with a hooking Clothesline, followed by a Backbreaker, 1...2...Shelton finds the strength to kickout again. Triple H gives some mounted right hands on Shelton until the referee tells him to stop. Triple H kicks Shelton to the knee a few times and locks in the Figure-Four Leglock. Carlito extends his hand to Triple H for leverage, undetected by the referee, of course. Shelton screams in pain, but is able to reverse the hold, putting the pressure on Triple H, forcing him to release the hold. Shelton climbs back on his feet and goes for a Spinning Heel Kick, but the Game ducks and Shelton takes out the referee. Triple H takes notice and tells Carlito to hand him the WWE title. Masters gets into the ring and locks Shelton into the Masterlock. Triple H talks trash at Shelton and drives the WWE title right to his skull. Triple H goes to revive the referee and cover Shelton, but [b][color=#FF0000]Kurt Angle[/color][/b] runs down to the ring. Angle Angle Slams Carlito and Masters, then sends them over the top rope. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Kurt Angle! Kurt Angle is laying waste! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] He's not supposed to be out here! Referee! Angle and Triple H get into a fist fight with Angle getting upperhand and hitting the Angle Slam on Triple H. [b][color=#FF0000]Angle pulls Shelton on top of the Game and revives the referee[/color][/b], 1...2...a kickout just in time. The crowd is clearly disappointed about the kickout. Shelton calls for the T-Bone Suplex and connects, 1...2...Carlito pulls the referee out of the ring. Angle attacks Carlito again, but Masters blindsides Angle. The referee then sends all three men to the back and the crowd cheers. Triple H is furious. Shelton comes from behind and sends the Game to the ropes and goes for a Backdrop, but Triple H counterd with a knee to the face, followed by a Clothesline. Triple H calls for the Pedigree. [b][color=#FF0000]Shelton counters the Pedigree into a Back Bodydrop, followed by a Dragon Whip[/color][/b]. Shelton gets the arm across Triple H's chest, 1...2...the Game gets his foot on the bottom rope. Shelton calls for the T-Bone, but the Game counters and connects with the Pedigree. Triple H tells the crowd that it's over and covers, 1...2...Shelton gets the shoulder up. Triple H is in absolute disbelief that someone kicked out after the Pedigree. Triple H calls for another Pedigree, but this time it's countered into a Catapult into the exposed turnbuckle, followed by a Tornado DDT, 1...2...Triple H just gets the shoulder up. Shelton sends the Champion to the ropes and drives him to the mat with a Powerslam, 1...2...another kickout by the Champion. Shelton refuses to give up and climbs to the top rope. Triple H gets on his feet and Shelton comes down with a flying inverted Bulldog, 1....2...Triple H still gets the shoulder up. Shelton asks himself what the hell is he supposed do to beat the Game. Shelton tosses Triple H to the corner and goes for a flying Clothesline, but he accidently knocks out the referee again. Triple H does some signals to the crowd and Carlito and Chris Masters return to the ring. The two double-team on Shelton with Triple H talking trash. Triple H is about to hit the Pedigree, but [b][color=#FF0000]Shawn Michaels[/color][/b] joins the match and attacks Carlito and Masters. HBK Clotheslines Carlito over the top and floors the Masterpiece with Sweet Chin Music. Triple H goes for a Clothesline, but Michaels ducks and calls for the Superkick, but this time Triple H ducks and as Benjamin is getting back on his feet, [b][color=#FF0000]Michaels accidently connects with the Superkick[/color][/b]. Michaels is shocked and the Game tosses him over the top rope and as the referee comes to, covers Shelton, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000][b]Winner and STILL WWE Heavyweight Champion: Triple H 18:55 Grade: A*[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Aftermath[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000]The referee hands Triple H the WWE title and the trio of the Game, Carlito and Chris Masters celebrate in the ring.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Oh, come on! Not this way! Damn it! Damn it! For the second night in a row, Shawn Michaels has accidently Superkicked Shelton Benjamin and caused him the WWE Championship. [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] Let's admit it: Shelton didn't really stand a chance. Just like I said. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Didn't stand a chance?! Did you see the same match I did? Shelton has the Game beaten on several occasions. If it hadn't been for Chris Masters and Carlito, Shelton Benjamin would be the WWE Champion as we speak! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] But he's not. That's the bottom line. [color=#FF0000]Shawn gets back into the ring to check on Benjamin, but Carlito and Masters attack him. John Cena! The former Champ is Here! [color=#FF0000][b]Coach:[/b][/color] He's not supposed to be here! He should be in a hospital right now! Benoit takes Finlay to the corner and hits more chops, causing the "Woo!" effect in the crowd. Finlay fights back with right hands and a Bodyslam, followed by an elbow drop. Finlay gets Benoit locked in a Headlock, but Benoit fights his way back up. Benoit connects a Northern Lights Suplex, 1...2...Finlay kicks out. The two lockup again and Finlay overpowers Benoit. Finlay sends Benoit to the mat with a Hiptoss. Finlay hits a Back Suplex on Benoit, 1...2...Benoit kicks out. Benoit gets back up and counters a Finlay right hand into a Crossface attempt, but Finlay counters it into an Armdrag. Finlay goes for a Clothesline, but Benoit counters it into a German Suplex, followed by another German Suplex. Benoit goes for the third German Suplex, but Finlay counters with an elbow to the side of the head and a Neckbreaker. Finlay kicks Benoit to the surgically repaired neck, and starts to work on it. Finlay connects another Neckbreaker and lays Benoit's head under the bottom rope. Finlay goes to the outside and drives an elbow to the neck of Benoit and slams it to the ring apron. Finlay pulls Benoit to outside and slams his head on the steel steps. Finlay takes Benoit back into the ring for the cover, 1...2...Benoit gets the shoulder up. Finlay covers again, 1...2...still not a three. Finlay puts Benoit in a Headlock again, putting the pressure on the neck. Finlay turns the move into a Sleeper with scissors trying to knock Benoit out cold. Benoit starts to lose it and the referee checks up on him. The arm falls down for the first time, the second time... but not for the third time. Benoit feeds off the energy from the crowd that chants loudly for him. Benoit starts to build some momentum and escapes the hold, locking in the Crippler Crossface. Finlay makes it to the ropes and the referee counts to four. Benoit releases and puts on the Sharpshooter. Finlay escapes, but Benoit puts him back into the Crossface. This time Finlay doesn't manage to crawl to the ropes, but he rolls out of the move and hits a stiff Clothesline. Finlay hits the spinning Fireman's Carry Slam on Benoit and calls for the Tombstone Piledriver. Benoit counters the Tombstone into yet another Sharpshooter. Finlay slips out of the move, but Benoit goes right on the attack with the Three Amigos, which recieves a big "Eddie!" chant in the crowd. Benoit goes to the top rope and goes for the Headbutt, but Finlay moves out of the way and Benoit crashes and burns to the mat. Finlay covers, 1...2...last-second kickout. Finlay mocks Benoit by getting him set up for a German Suplex, but Benoit counters the move he knows very well and hits a German Suplex of his own, followed by another one and then a release version. Benoit goes on top and this time connects with the Headbutt. Benoit gets the arm actoss Finlay, 1....2...Finlay just kicks. Both men are down and out and the referee starts the count. The referee gets up at seven, and both men slowly get up and lockup. Finlay gets control and hits a modified Neckbreaker on the knee on Benoit. Finlay works on the neck again with a Camel Clutch-like manuever. Benoit is somehow able to counter the move into a Crippler Crossface. Finlay crawls to the bottom rope, but Benoit rolls him back to the center of the ring. Finlay tries to slip out, but Benoit holds on like a damn pitbull. Finlay has no choice but to tap out. Rey Mysterio and Batista defended the Tag Team titles against MNM and they had the match all wrapped up, but Randy Orton interfered and cost them the titles. In three weeks, he will face Batista for the World Heavyweight title in Miami at the Royal Rumble. And tonight, we're gonna have ourselves a preview of what's gonna happen. Rey runs to the ropes and hits a Dropkick on the sitting Nitro, followed by a standing Moonsault, 1...2...Nitro kicks out again. Rey grabs Nitro by the head, runs to the ropes and connects with a springboard Bulldog, 1...2...still not a three. Rey tags in Batista. Batista Clotheslines Nitro to the mat and connects a Press Slam. Batista takes Nitro to the corner and rams him three times with his massive shoulder. Batista lifts Nitro to the air and drops him down with a Sidewalk Slam, 1...2...Mercury breaks up the count. Batista drives Nitro to the mat with a Powerslam and tags Rey back in. Rey connects with an Armdrag, followed by a Head Scissors and a Mule Kick. Rey goes to the ropes, but Melina grabs him by the leg, causing him to fall down. Rey talks trash at Melina, and Nitro attacks him from behind. Nitro hits a Side Suplex on Rey and makes the tag to Orton. Orton knocks Rey with an uppercut, followed by a big Suplex, 1...2...Rey kicks out. Randy locks Rey into a reverse Chinlock. Rey counters the hold and turns it into a jumping DDT. Rey tags in Batista. Orton gets up, they staredown and go at it. Batista gets the upperhand and Clotheslines Orton to the mat. Orton gets back up just get knocked out again with another Clothesline. Batista lifts Orton up and connects with a Military Press Slam. Batista is about to hit a Suplex on Orton, but Orton counters with an inverted Headlock Backbreaker. Orton makes the tag to Mercury. Mercury climbs to the second rope and hits a Missile Dropkick on Batista, 1...2...not enough. Mercury connects with two Neckbreakers, 1...2...Batista powers out. Mercury tags in Nitro, who goes to the second rope for a Cross Body, but Batista grabs him in mid-air and turns it into a Powerslam. Batista goes to tag in his partner. Rey jumps to the top rope and hits the Drop the Dime to the back of the head of Nitro, 1...2...Mercury breaks it up. And it is now time for... [color=#3333FF][b]Commercials[/b][/color] We come back and Orton is on the top rope and connects a high Cross Body on Rey, 1...2...last-second kickout. Orton calls for the RKO, but Rey counters, tosses Randy to the ropes and connects a Facebuster. Rey crawls to the corner to tag in the Animal. Batista comes with a full head of steam and unleashes on Orton, driving him to the corner and hitting him repeatedly with shoulders to gut. Batista tosses Orton to the other side of the ring with a huge Hiptoss. Batista tosses Orton to the ropes and slams him to the mat with the Spinebuster. Matt has been on a bad mood, so to speak, ever since he was made to put Edge over in the Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Homecoming. Matt says that he's starting to realise than rejoining the WWE was the worst career move he's ever done and is now trying to get himself released from his contract so that he could wrestle on the indy scene or maybe even join up with former WWE starts such as Christian and Jeff Hardy in TNA. But it is likely that the WWE will not let Hardy join the rival company before his contract runs out. And the contract goes on for at least two years. -People backstage were extremely impressed by the outing that Fit Finlay put on against Chris Benoit in the Best of Seven Series match-up last night. This was originally supposed to be a one-time-deal, but if Finlay keeps on putting on matches like that, the WWE is probably interested in offering him a longer contract and perhaps some further action with Chris Benoit. -Rob Van Dam will return to the ring in the Royal Rumble match. And one could say that ole Van Dam is going to be extremely over when this happens and it may be what RVD needs to break into the main event spot and maybe even walk home as the 2006 Royal Rumble winner. Another good Rumble prospect is Edge, who has the Money in the Bank contract that guarantees him a WWE or World Heavyweight title shot antyime he chooses until WrestleMania 22. The plans would probably for Edge to lose the first match and then cash-in his rematch and then win the gold. John Cena is also not an impossible pick. Although, the rumours state that Cena would take on Triple H at the Royal Rumble for the WWE title match and maybe even win back the belt. -Speaking of John Cena, the crowd reaction he recieved Monday night during the ending segment was tremendous. If he keeps on going like this, he will probably have the WWE title around his waist in no time. Bret stated that if he's ever going to appear in a wrestling show, it is going to have to be Madison Square Garden and it will also need to be the very last segment of the show. -Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been getting weak reviews from his latest movies and this has brought down his mood a lot. Wrestling fans around the world, on the other hand, should be thrilled as this may mean that The Great One will return to the ring. The rumours have been flying for a possible Rock vs. Shawn Michaels match-up at WrestleMania, but The Rock is not said to be very keen on working with Shawn. Michaels also has program going on with Shelton Benjamin. Another good prospect for The Rock to face at WrestleMania is JBL. JBL himself has been said to very excited about the possibility to face The Rock at the Grandest Stage of Them All. -Antonio Inoki was backstage last night during the SmackDown! tapings and he was said to have a meeting with Chairman Vince McMahon concerning the IWGP and former three-time WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar. What the meeting was all about is not known by this time. Brock Lesnar and WWE part ways in early 2004 after Lesnar put Goldberg over in his last WWE match at WrestleMania XX. Since then, the relationship between them has been less than friendly. Lesnar was planned to return to the WWE in mid-2005, but rejected the offer at the last minute and joined New Japan Pro Wrestling, going on to win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. It is no doubt that Lesnar would be a saviour for the lack of starpower currently on SmackDown!.[/font]

[color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Kane starts with Todd. Todd hits a big Clothesline on Kane, but Kane doesn't fall down. Todd hits another one and knocks the big man off his feet. Todd hits a Suplex on Kane and covers, 1...2...Kane powers out. Todd tags in Mike. Mike shows off his powers and Bodyslams Kane. Mike goes to the ropes and hits a flying elbow drop, 1...2...Kane powers out. Kane gets back to his feet and hits a Big Boot on Mike then tags in the Big Show. Big Show tosses Mike to the corner and then rams him. Big Show Choke Tosses Mike to the other side of the ring. Show takes Mike to the corner, tells the crowd to listen and hits a huge frying pan-like chop on his chest. Mike falls down in pain, but Show doesn't give him to breath and Press Slams him on the mat, 1...2...Todd interferes to break up the count. Show is occupied with Todd, as Mike hits a reverse DDT and goes for the cover, 1...2...not this time. Mike climbs to the second turnbuckle and goes for an Axhandle, but Show caughts him in mid-air by the throat. Show goes for the Chokeslam, but Todd interferes again with a Chop Block. Kane comes in and attacks the Gymini with right hands and Big Boots. Kane Chokeslams Todd. The referee tells Kane to get out of the ring and doesn't see Mike banging Big Show to the head with the World Tag Team title belt. The referee turns around, 1...2...3. [color=#FF0000]Shawn Michaels comes out last to the sound of his very own "Sexy Boy"[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Shawn Michaels is here on behalf of his friend, Shelton Benjamin and wants revange on Carlito and the Masterpiece! [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] Some friend. He Superkicked Benjamin right in the mouth last week. [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Accidently, King. Accidently. [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Michaels starts off the match with Carlito and there is tremendous "HBK!" chant in the crowd. Michaels gets Carlito in a side headlock, followed by a hammerlock and an irish whip to the ropes. Michaels goes for the Backdrop, but Carlito counters with a kick to the jaw. Carlito goes back into the ropes but HBK stops him with a Clothesline. HBK plants Carlito the mat with a Suplex, 1...2...a kickout. HBK gets Carlito into an Armbar and drives his knees on Carlito's shoulder. Carlito slips out of the move and tags in the Masterpiece. HBK and Masters lock-up with Masters gaining the advantage. Masters sends Michaels to the ropes and connects a Backdrop. Masters goes for the Masterlock, but HBK escapes before the hold is locked in and tags in his partner. Benjamin goes off with rights and lefts on Masters, followed by a spinning Heel Kick, 1...2...Masters powers out. Masters tosses Benjamin to the corner, but Benjamin leaps to the top rope and comes down with a Cross Body, 1...2...Masters kicks out again. Benjamin sends Masters to the corner and charges with a Stinger Splash, followed by a second rope Bulldog. Benjamin is on fire and the crowd gives him a pop. [color=#FF0000][b]Commercials[/b][/color] Masters and Carlito are both on the outside, and Benjamin bounces off the ropes and hits an over-the-top-rope Body Press on both of them. Benjamin rolls Masters back into the ring, 1...2...Masters kicks out just in time. Masters slowly gets back on his feet and is meeted by Benjamin with a kick, but Masters blocks it and gets hit by a Dragon Whip. HBK calls for the tag, but Benjamin doesn't let him in the match. Benjamin climbs the top rope for a high risk manuever, but Masters slams him to the mat with a big Superplex. Both men are down and out and the referee starts the count. At about five, they start crawling into their corners to make the tags. At the same time, Carlito and HBK enter the ring and start exchanging right hands. HBK gets the momentum going, knocks Carlito with a Clothesline, followed by the Scoop Slam and the inverted Atomic Drop. Michaels floors Carlito with a DDT and goes to the top. Michaels comes down with the flying Elbow Drop, but Carlito moves out of harm's way. Carlito sends Michaels to the ropes, but he comes right back with a flying forearm. Michaels jumps back to his feet and tunes up the band. Michaels is ready to hit the Sweet Chin Music, but Masters attacks him with a Clothesline. Masters pulls Carlito to the corner and tags himself in. Masters beats up HBK and locks him in the Masterlock. After a while, Michaels is unable to break the Masterlock and passes out. Shawn said earlier that if Benjamin wants to be angry at him after the match, he is welcomed to do so. Flair does the strut walk and goes for the Figure-Four, but Dupree counters and kicks Flair to the corner. Dupree hits a Neckbreaker on Flair. Dupree then connects with the Loire Valley Driver, 1...2...Flair kicks out. Dupree mocks Flair by doing the strut walk and the crowd boos. Flair comes from behind with a Chop Block. Flair locks in the Figure-Four, but Dupree escapes quickly. Flair hits a knee drop on Dupree's face. Flair hits a stalling Suplex on Dupree, 1...2...still not a three. Flair starts to work on the leg and the knee of Dupree, but Dupree escapes and gets back on his feet. Dupree plants Flair with a DDT. Dupree drives Flair to the mat with a Fisherman Suplex, 1...2...Flair powers out. Dupree goes to the outside and grabs a chair, but Flair blocks him from using with a rake to the eyes. Flair climbs to the top rope and goes for the Axhandle, but Dupree throws him down. Dupree tries to lock in the Cobra Clutch, but Flair kicks him right into the groin without the referee seeing a thing. Flair then rolls him up while holding the ropes for leverage, 1...2...3. New World Tag Team Champions, Triple H was the guest on the Highlight Reel, Shelton Benjamin challenges Kurt Angle to a match... and now it is time for the main event to determine the #1 Contender for the WWE title. Kurt Angle vs. John Cena. Next! [color=#FF0000]John Cena comes out and the crowd erupts yet again to love him.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] It is deafening in here as the crowd show their love for the former WWE Champion, John Cena! [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] Yes, the former. Don't forget that. Former. And it's gonna stay that way for as long as Triple H so wants. [color=#FF0000][b]The Match[/b][/color] Angle and Cena lockup and Angle drives Cena to the mat with a Takedown. Angle does some amateur-style mat wrestling on Cena and goes for the Ankle Lock early, but Cena kicks out of the hold. Cena knocks Angle out with a shoulder tackle, followed by a right hand and a Clothesline. Cena hits the delayed Vertical Suplex on Angle, 1...2...Angle kicks out. Angle goes to the back and hits a release German Suplex on Cena. Angle poses to the crowd, as they boo. Angle hits a high Back Suplex on Cena, 1...2...Cena kicks out. Angle then tries a Snap Suplex, 1...2...Cena kicks out again. Cena tries to build some offense, but Angle counters and tosses Cena to the corner. Angle lifts Cena to the top turnbuckle and knocks him all the way to the floor with a right hand. Angle drives Cena shoulder-first to the steel steps and slams his head to the ringpost. Angle goes to the ring to break up the three-count and comes back. Angle slams Cena to the barricade. Cena again tries to fight back, but Angle counters a right hand into an Angle Slam on the outside. Angle breaks the 10-count again. Angle drops Cena gut-first on the barricade and rolls him back into the ring, 1...2...Cena gets the shoulder up. Angle applies a Sleeper with Sciccors on Cena. Cena gets the arm dropped twice, but at the third time he fights back and escapes the hold. But before any offense is built, Angle knocks Cena out with a stiff Clothesline. Angle stomps on Cena and talks trash. Angle punishes Cena with three unreleased German Suplexes in a row, Chris Benoit style. Angle then lowers his straps and goes for the Angle Slam, but Cena lands on his feet and hits a Clothesline on Kurt, followed by a top rope shoulder tackle, 1...2...Angle kicks out. Cena hits the Throwback on Angle, 1...2...but still not enough. Cena walks over Angle, but Angle grabs him by the ankle. Angle keeps the hold locked in, but Cena finds a way into the ropes. Cena leans to the ropes, as Angle bounces off the other side of the ring for an attack, but Cena counters with a Backdrop, sending Angle flying over the top to the floor. [color=#FF0000][b]Commercials[/b][/color] In the ring, Cena hits Angle with the Hiptoss Powerslam and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena then prepares for the FU, but notices that Triple H, Carlito and Chris Masters walk down the ramp, clapping their hands. Evolution takes seats at ringside and enjoy the match. Cena is distracted and doesn't see Angle reviving and coming off with a Belly to Belly throw, followed by another one. Angle then gets a hold of the ankle, but Cena again escapes to the ropes. Angle talks trash at Evolution, especially Triple H. Cena then turns Angle around and goes for the FU, but Angle counters it into a rollup, 1...2...Cena kicks out. Angle tosses Cena to the steel post, shoulder first. Angle lifts Cena to the top for a Superlex, but Cena pushes him down. Angle jumps back up and hits a top rope Belly to Belly on Cena. Both men are down for a while and Angle gets his arm across Cena, 1...2...Cena just kicks out and the crowd goes crazy. Angle climbs back to the top and comes down with a beautiful Moonsault, but Cena moves out of the way. Cena covers Angle, 1...2...but this time Angle gets the shoulder up. Angle and Cena both get up simultaneosly and beat each other up with right hands. Cena gets the upperhand and sends Angle to the mat with a hard punch. Cena then hits three Clotheslines in a row, followed by a modified Neckbreaker. Cena calls for the FU, but Angle lands on his feet. Cena goes for the move again and this time executes, 1...2...Carlito pulls the referee out of the ring, as Masters attacks Angle and Triple H assaults Cena. Masters gets Angle in the Masterlock and Triple H busts Cena open with the sledgehammer. The referee sees what's going on and rings the bell. [color=#FF0000][b]Winner: No Contest 19:37 Grade: A[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Aftermath[/b][/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] Triple H and Evolution just ruined a great #1 Contender's match! And for what? For what? [color=#FF0000][b]King:[/b][/color] Well, don't you get it? Now there's no #1 Contender. Therefore, Triple H doesn't have to defend the title against either one of those men. [color=#FF0000]Evolution celebrates in the ring, but the celebration is brought to an end by the music of Mick Foley[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Styles:[/b][/color] I hope the Raw General Manager does something about this... this mayhem! [color=#FF0000][b]Foley:[/b][/color] Triple H! You think that by interfering in the #1 Contender's match you take care of the competition, is that so? Well you thought wrong, Champ. Because due to the no contest finish of this match, the WWE title will be defended at the Royal Rumble against Kurt Angle! [color=#FF0000]The crowd boos, and Triple H looks at Angle.[/color] [color=#FF0000][b]Foley:[/b][/color] ...and John Cena in a Triple Threat match!
