Maps of regions?

Recommended Posts

FYI, the official "Tri-State" area is NY, NJ and CT. Philly gets lumped in there as well, but is not "official". When NY radio/tv refers to tai-state area it's NY, NJ and CT.

Even though it doesn't make sense because of the tri prefix, it makes sense game wise to have Philly, NY, NJ and CT locations all in Tri State and companies headquartered there should be HQ in Tri State region such as WWE, ECW, etc.

The real question is how they are defined in the game engine, that's the only way to accurately map the areas, which should be easier now with the generic arenas.

Is it possible to get that info out of the game somehow?

I've gone in and changed some stuff for historical mods.

Minnesota should be in the Great Lakes region, as it's bordering one of them.

Kansas should be in the Mid West.

Louisiana should be Mid South (it's where Mid South Wrestling was HQed).

That's a great map, though.

My big question comes with California. I try to keep all locations in one State within the same region, but northern California is very different from southern California.

For example, Los Angeles and San Diego are pure south-western cities, but San Francisco from a cultural and a weather perspective fits in more with Portland and Seattle than it does with L.A. or San Diego.

St.T

If the logical immersion for you is that San Francisco locations are North West and Los Angeles location are Southwest, that's fine.

This is one of those odd ball things I agree with because nobody came up from Tennessee on their road trips.
