July 2016, Week 4</strong></p><p>

Attendance: <strong>2000</strong></p><p><strong>

Hudson Drake comes out by himself on the stage. He asks his tag partner to come out before their matchup against Attack and Gilbert. There's an awkward long pause, before Morgan Malone comes out to the stage.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/wAtynk9.jpg</span></p><p>

Hudson looks at his tag partner, and for a second there's tension.</p><p>

Hudson: "Look, I know you blame me for us losing our titles. You showed it when you left me behind in that ring as Thunder & Lightning celebrated. And you know what... you're right to blame me. I gave that one away."</p><p> </p><p>

Malone seems to relax.</p><p> </p><p>

Hudson: "But I promise you, starting tonight I'll show you I'm better then that. You don't need to worry about me carrying my own weight."</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/wAtynk9.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/mJ7eFqT.jpg</span> V. <span>http://i.imgur.com/FZg60Rt.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/5KDBfmP.jpg</span></p><p>

<strong>Malone & Drake v. Zak Attack & Jesse Gilbert</strong></p><p>

The bell rings, and Hudson Drake starts off against Zak Attack. Drake comes out like gangbusters, and is rocky Zak. It's clear he's come out with a purpose. Zak is able to retreat to tag in his partner Gilbert, and Drake smartly tags in Malone who storms Gilbert and bulls him over. It's full on domination from that point on, and Malone has the match in hand, but he turns and tags in Drake and gives him a nod. Drake goes to the top rope and hits a 'Hudson Hawk', and gets the pinfall win.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Malone & Drake w/ a Hudson Hawk (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Rating:</strong> D</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/9MzkRl1.jpg</span></p><p>

The big screen displays a hallway backstage, where Leftie Wilkes is walking around complaining about his bad luck at Best of the Best 21. He still can't get over how quickly he was eliminated. He turns a corner, and bumps into the chest of the man who caused that quick exit.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/dBSRwY1.jpg</span></p><p>

Brody: "Grrrrrrrr"</p><p>

He picks up Wilkes with one hand, and chokeslams him through a nearby stack of tables. Brody slowly walks away.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/U00JCYi.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/y4yD9uO.jpg</span></p><p>

The new tag team Champions come out, and enjoy the crowd's reaction. They both seem to be on the verge of saying something into the mics in their hands at times, but they stop to enjoy the crowd reaction. Finally, after a couple of minutes, Jason Thunder raises the microphone to his mouth.</p><p>

Thunder: "This is our sixth run with these Titles. We've lost them before, and we'll lose them again eventually. But we keep climbing to the top of the mountain because of you, the fans!"</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Thunder & Lightning © v. Bailey & McKane</strong></p><p>

The new tag team Champions come in strong. It's a good match, but it's clear the Champions are in another class. They wrap things up with a 'Thunder Struck'. 1! 2! 3! and they get the win in their first defense of the titles.</p><p>

<strong>Winners, and still 4C Tag Team Champions:</strong> Thunder & Lightning w/ a Thunder Struck (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Too Hot v. Eric Blackley</strong></p><p>

Coming off his surprising win at Best of the Best 21, Eric Blackley looks like a man full of confidence. He starts off pressing against Too Hot, and seems to be taking over the match, but the wily vet Too Hot is able to get himself back into the match. Blackley seems to realize that his best bet is to lean on the same nefarious methods that got him his win last month, and he pulls out some cheap shots. He finishes the match with his 'Flying Vertical Splash'.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Eric Blackley w/ a Flying Vertical Splash (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Nathaniel Ca$ino v. Hugh de Aske</strong></p><p>

The Hardcore Champion is facing de Aske, but not for his belt. The two wrestlers put on a heck of a match going 20 minutes with back and forth offense. At one point Ca$ino goes for his 'Double or Nothing', but de Aske catches him a turns it into a 'Cut-Throat Driver' and gets the pin.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Hugh de Aske w/ a Cut-Throat Driver (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Rating:</strong> D+</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/vwQeqKx.jpg</span></p><p>

Sayeed Ali is seen backstage. He looks into the camera.</p><p>

Ali: "Tonight, I take on some kid. What's his name? Chris Pinn? Something like that. Doesn't matter. It could be Jack Bruce for all I care. I'm so good right now, I could beat anyone. This kid? This kid's just another notch on my belt."</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>30 Minute Iron Man Match</strong></p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/73aRCbv.jpg</span> V. <span>http://i.imgur.com/yr7qy3m.jpg</span></p><p>

<strong>Rajah v. Frankie Dee</strong></p><p>

Both Rajah and Frankie Dee seemed pumped for this matchup. They both seem to want to rebound from their loss last month. The match starts off back and forth, and the two seem pretty evenly matched. Frankie hits an 'Shinanju Kick' to get the first pin. Rajah is upset, and starts charging Dee. He is pushing with all of his offensive skills, and gets Dee with a 'VIP Pass'. Dee is slow to get up. Replays show that Rajah botched the execution of his finisher. Dee seems to be really struggling. Still, he pushes through. He tries to slug it out, but the match is going in Rajah's favour. Rajah seems to be lining him up for a second 'VIP Pass', but Dee hits him with an Enzuigiri, picks Rajah back up and hits him with a 'Shinanju Kick'. He gets the three count right as the timer runs out.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Frankie Dee wins two falls to one</p><p>

<strong>Sayeed Ali © v. Chris Flynn</strong></p><p>

Sayeed Ali is playing to the crowd as the match starts, and clearly not taking tonight's match too seriously. He starts off in control, but Flynn takes advantage of Sayeed's attitude. Soon the young stud goes on a rush of offense, and he's looking good against a winded champ. He even gets Sayeed into a 'Flynn-Lock', but Sayeed is able to pull himself to the ropes and get the release. He then puts on his game-face and takes over the match, hitting Flynn with a 'G.B.H. Driver' to get the win via pinfall.</p><p>

Thunder & Lightning © v. Joe Gilbert & Shiva

The Tag Team Champs get the night out to a hot start, defending their titles against the veteran Gilbert brother and the young Shiva. This mash-up team puts up a very good match against the Champs, but in the end the experienced teamwork of Thunder & Lightning wins out and Jason Thunder puts away the match with a 'Thunder Struck'.

On the front stage comes a woman not seen before in 4C:

http://i.imgur.com/owqi6rn.jpg

Jessie comes down to the stage in a suit, and the crowd goes wild. The SWF mainstay just left SWF in April, and it was thought she was a lock for bigger promotions.

Jessie: "Welcome to the first ever 4C Rising Star Tournament! This is the dawn of a new era in 4C, and will feature the young stars in our fold. It's a chance for all of our young talent to showcase what they can do on a bigger stage for One Night Only! Our first match-up tonight features the most recent graduate from the 4C academy Eric LaMonica against perhaps the most impressive graduate of the academy, #1 seed Morgan Malone."

#1 Morgan Malone v. #8 Eric LaMonica

Eric LaMonica looks a little concerned as the match starts, and with good reason as Malone goes right at him, and soon has him up in a German suplex. LaMonica has one short burst of offense, but otherwise Malone dominates in a short match.

Winner: Morgan Malone w/ a Malone in the Dark (pinfall)

Rating: E+

#4 Mosher v. #5 Zak Attack

Mosher comes into the match looking comfortable and confident, as he faces the young flyer Zac Attack in his first match since his solid showing at Best of the Best 21. He starts the match off in total control, and seems on the verge of ending it, but Zak escapes from a near pinfall and takes to the ropes. Mosher doesn't have an answer for his aerial offense, and Attack hit's a 'Z-Bomb' for the win.

Winner: Zak Attack w/ a Z-Bomb (pinfall)

Rating: E

#2 Avalanche Takano v. #7 Robin Newman

The crowd is pumped for Avalanche Takano's return to the ring after a very strong showing two month's ago. Takano starts the match rushing Newman, and hits him with a European Uppercut. Newman never gets started, and soon Takano has him locked into a 'Takano Crossface' and the youngster taps out.

Winner: Avalanche Takano w/ the Takano Crossface (pinfall)

Rating: E+

#3 JvP v. #6 Irwin Gutmann

JvP awaits in the ring for his mystery opponent, as new music hits and Irwin Gutmann comes down the ramp. The 28 year old is all about the competition, and runs down to the ring. He gives JvP a heck of a match, but JvP hits an 'Axe Kick' and gets the pin.

Winner: JvP w/ an Axe Kick (pinfall)

Rating: E+

Rajah v. Jesse Gilbert

Rajah comes down to the ring, looking to try to get back on track after a couple tough losses. Jesse Gilbert is coming in trying to separate himself from his brother. Gilbert rushes Rajah off the bell, and get's in some good hits. He even takes to the air, throwing Rajah off his game plan. Still, Rajah gets himself out of trouble and sets Gilbert up for a 'VIP Pass', followed by a quick pin.

Winner: Rajah w/ a VIP Pass (pinfall)

#2 Avalanche Takano v. #5 Zak Attack

The match is closer then it would seem to be, with Zak Attack bringing the best of his high-flying arsenal to the ring, but Takano is just too strong and too determined to lose. He eventually hits Attack with his rarely used 'Space Mountain Takano', and gets the three-count.

Winner: Avalanche Takano w/ a Space Mountain Takano (pinfall)

#1 Morgan Malone v. #3 JvP

Everyone's favourite to win the tournament, Morgan Malone starts off the match like a man possessed. He seems driven to win it all, and takes the action straight to JvP. JvP seems to struggle with Malone's strength, and all looks lost, but JvP hits and Enzuigiri followed by an 'Axe Kick' to steal an upset win in a marathon of a match.

Winner: JvP w/ an Axe Kick (pinfall)

Nathaniel Ca$ino © v. Chris Flynn

Flynn comes to the ring with fire in his eyes. He clearly is still upset about losing his shot at the 4C Championship and seems primed to try and grab the Hardcore Title as a consolation prize. Flynn presses hard, and hits a couple big moves. Ca$ino counters with some big moves of his own, but Flynn shrugs off most of them and keeps coming. It looks like we're about to have a new champ, but out of no where Ca$ino hit's a 'Double or Nothing' and gets the pinfall to retain.

Winner, and still 4C Hardcore Champion: Nathaniel Ca$ino w/ a Double or Nothing (pinfall)

Rating: D

Leftie Wilkes v. Frankie Dee

Frankie Dee is looking to keep things going and he does so in a pretty dominate matchup against the young Wilkes. Leftie has his moments, but it's clear Frankie is a step above him. Dee ends it by submission, something which is out of character for him.

Winner: Frankie Dee w/ a cloverleaf lock (submission)

Rating: D

Eric Blackley v. Hugh de Aske

Both Blackley and de Aske come into the match riding waves of momentum, and it's a chance for de Aske to get revenge for his surprising loss to Blackley at Best of the Best 21. Blackley again seems full of confidence to start the match, but de Aske starts to get momentum pretty quickly. Blackley decides to try to scramble away, and several times he slides out of the ring to catch his breath. de Aske goes for a moonsault from the top of the rope while Blackley is outside the ring, but misses. Blackley pulls him into the ring and locks in his 'Black Out', and de Aske seems close to tapping out, but the crowd cheers him on. de Aske seems to get strength from this, and forces himself to his knees while repeatedly elbowing de Aske in the stomach. Blackley releases his grip, and de Aske picks him up and hits his 'Cut-Throat Driver', before getting the pin in for a win.

Winner: Hugh de Aske w/ a Cut-Throat Driver (pinfall)

Jessie: "Ladies and gentlemen, I want to introduce to you or two challengers for the first ever Rising Star Tournament belt. First, our number 2 seed coming into the tournament, this man needs no introduction..."

#2 Avalanche Takano v. #3 JvP

Takano and JvP shake hands to start the match, but the good feelings end there. Both are out to prove something, as they try to stake claim to being the first ever holder of the new tournament title. Takano is bringing the pain, and he hits his 'Mountain Takano'. He gets JvP's shoulders down and goes for the pin, but JvP kicks out after two and a half. Takano tries bashing JvP's head against the turnbuckle, but JvP stops him just in time, and hits a drop kick to knock Takano down. He then climbs to the top rope and hits a sunset flip, and then follows it up with his 'Axe Kick' finisher. He lays across Takano, clearly exhausted, and just barely gets a three count. JvP is the first ever Rising Star Champion!

Winner: JvP w/ an Axe Kick (pinfall)

Sayeed Ali © v. Too Hot

The two vets put on a heck of a match, but it's pretty clear that Ali is always a step ahead of Too Hot. While Too Hot looks better then he has in years, it's not enough, as Ali wins with a 'G.B.H. Driver", getting the three count and retaining his title yet again against an old foe.

Winner, and still 4C Champion: Sayeed Ali w/ a G.B.H. Driver (pinfall)

Rating: C-

As has become custom after his wins, Sayeed Ali takes his title from the ref, picks up a mic, and starts spitting fire.

http://i.imgur.com/vwQeqKx.jpg

Ali: "Didn't I say no one here could beat me? I've beat all the top contenders, and most of them twice! This company holds no challenge for me anymore. I may as well retire and take the title with me. Is there no man who can even challenge me?"

Just then, someone shows up behind Ali in the ring. Who is it? It's hard to see at first, but he looks up and grins as everyone but Ali takes notice of him.

http://i.imgur.com/vYZGsgQ.jpg

OZZIE GOLDEN!

Ali seems to realize everyone's attention is behind him and turns around, just for Ozzie to hit him with a 'Golden Shower'. The Champ is out, and Golden stands over him smiling, before slowly bending down and picking up the belt and the microphone that Ali once held. He looks around the arena, puts the belt on his shoulder and puts his mouth to the mic.

Golden: "This belt looks pretty good on me. I think I may just keep it."

He drops the mic, and strolls out of the arena, a shocked crowd left in his wake.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay, but I just finished moving. Moving sucks. But the good news is I'm about a year and a half ahead in actual gameplay versus the posts now though, which has helped define a couple stories. I haven't played with a company this small before, so I didn't realize the poaching that was coming at points, so playing ahead that much allows me to adjust the storyline in my write-ups to match what's coming.

They'll be a post tomorrow with results from Demolition Derby.

<strong>Mosher v. TJ Bailey</strong></p><p>

The crowd is still a little confused by the kickoff to the night, but the match gets underway with the veteran Bailey taking it to the young metalhead Mosher. Bailey seems on the verge of getting a win finally, but he stumbles and Mosher is able to connect with a dropkick followed by his 'Head Banger' finisher.</p><p>

<strong>Thunder & Lightning © v. Joe Gilbert & Preston Fuller</strong></p><p>

Things don't look good for the Champions at the start of the match, as Jason Thunder is clearly still hurt from the attack earlier tonight. Lomas starts against Gilbert, and gets momentum going there way, but Fuller takes advantage of his partner being slow and gets in some cheap hits on Lightning before Thunder can get in to help. Lomas sneaks in a tag to Thunder, and while he doesn't look great doing it he's able to pull out the win with a risky Thunder Struck and the three count. The Champions celebrate, but it's clear Jason Thunder is still pretty beat up.</p><p>

<strong>Nathaniel Ca$ino © v. JvP</strong></p><p>

Cashing in on his momentum earned through his Rising Star Tournament win, JvP gets a match against Hardcore Champion Ca$ino. It's a good back and forth effort matchup, with lots of offense from both sides. At one point Ca$ino seems close to pulling out his 'Double or Nothing', but JvP counters with a surprise 'Axe Kick'. The crowd is going nuts, as he lays across the chest of Ca$ino, 1... 2... 3!</p><p>

<strong>Winner, and NEW 4C Hardcore Champion:</strong> JvP w/ an Axe Kick (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Rating:</strong> D</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

JvP is celebrating his victory in the ring, when Katie Cameron's music hits.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/yVO72Ou.jpg</span></p><p>

Cameron looks at a confused and annoyed JvP in the ring. "I don't mean to ruin your moment, Jason, but I wanted to be the first to congratulate you."</p><p> </p><p>

JvP nods in thanks and acknowledgement, while gesturing for a mic of his own.</p><p>

Cameron: "I also wanted to come out here, and tell you that while I respect everything you've done to earn this championship, there's a looming question out there that the fans are still asking... did J V P just get lucky against my client Avalanche Takano?!?"</p><p> </p><p>

The crowd starts chanting "TA-KAN-O! TA-KAN-OOO!!!"</p><p> </p><p>

Cameron: "So my question to you is, are you willing to prove it wasn't luck? Will you put your new title on the line next month at Blood Brothers?"</p><p> </p><p>

JvP pauses in the ring, and looks around at a crowd still chanting for Takano. He's clearly not too pleased that his moments been hijacked, or that anyone would question his victories. He raises the mic to his mouth: "Lucky? I don't know what lucky feels like. I earn everything that I get, and at Blood Brothers I'll prove it to you (gestures to Katie, then pointing at the audience), and to YOU!"</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Flynn v. Ozzie Golden</strong></p><p>

Chris Flynn is looking stone-faced in the ring, as Ozzie Golden's music hits for his first walk to the ring. He's playing to the crowd the whole walk down, and the crowd loves him. Flynn is clearly annoyed by this, and when the bout starts he takes Golden to the mat and starts hammering him with blows. Golden regains control, and while Flynn at times looks like he's able to compete, it's clear Golden's mostly playing with him. Golden hits him with the 'Golden Shower' to end the match, and winks at the camera while the referee counts to three.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Ozzie Golden w/ a Golden Shower (pinfall)</p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/vwQeqKx.jpg</span></p><p>

Sayeed Ali is shown on the big screens, and he looks like he's got something to say.</p><p> </p><p>

Ali: "Tonight, for a second time, I will show this young upstart Hugh de Aske what it's like to go up against the best this company has every seen. I'm going to bury him tonight, and when I'm done with him I know who's next on the list.. and this time, he won't have the element of surprise to save him."</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rajah v. Too Hot</strong></p><p>

The two vets go at it, and both get extended runs of offense. It's clear they're both close in skill level, but the slightly younger Rajah has just a bit more endurance, and manages to use that extra energy to catch Too Hot coming off the top rope, and hit him with a 'VIP Pass'.</p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Rajah w/ a VIP Pass (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Sayeed Ali © v. Hugh de Aske</strong></p><p>

The match starts, and Hugh de Aske grabs the early momentum. He's hitting move after move, and really exposing Ali's lack of aerial skills. de Aske is looking real strong, and the crowd is really getting behind him. It seems like he's on the verge of taking completely, when the ref takes a bump and is dazed. Ali takes advantage and low-blow's de Aske. By the time the ref's head is back into the match, Ali has de Aske setup for the G.B.H. Driver and pins him in on quick motion. The crowd rains down boos.</p><p>

4C Presents...Blood Brothers

October 2016, Week 4

Attendance: 2600

Quebec City Arena (Quebec)

Show Rating: C-

The show begins with a video on the big screens. Hudson Drake and Morgan Malone stand backstage.

http://i.imgur.com/wAtynk9.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/mJ7eFqT.jpg

Malone stands with his arms crossed, just staring at the camera, while Hudson Drake paces in front of him.

Drake: "At Best of the Best 21 we hit our first major stumble as a team, and Jason Thunder and Lightning Lomas were there to capitalize on it. I made a mistake, and we lost our Titles." Malone nods in the background "But the better team did not win at Best of the Best 21! And tonight we finally get our chance to reclaim our Titles! And we will reclaim them!"

Jesse Gilbert v. Joe Gilbert

The rematch between the brothers is finally here. Way back in January, the two faced off and Jesse picked up the win, but Joe picked up the mental advantage and got a win next time. The crowd is really excited to finally get the final rematch, and the two twins go all out in this match, trying to destroy one another. After many dangerous moves, Jesse is able to hit his brother with a 'Slap Shot' to pick up the win.

Winner: Jesse Gilbert w/ a Slap Shot (pinfall)

Rating: E+

This time, remembering his brother's post-match attack from Cage Rage, Jesse proceeds to kick his brother after the match. He puts his boots to him, and picks him up for another Slap Shot. He then gets out of the ring, and slowly walks over to his brother's hockey stick. He picks it up, smiles at Joe... and then slowly puts it down again before walking back down the ramp with a big smile on his face.

Eric Blackley v. TJ Bailey v. Sterling Whitlock

Blackley makes pretty short work of the veteran Bailey and the young Whitlock, and seems like he's really hitting his stride. He finishes with a 'Flying Vertical Splash' on TJ Bailey.

Winner: Eric Blackey w/ a Flying Vertical Splash (pinfall)

Thunder & Lightning © v. Malone & Drake

Morgan Malone and Hudson Drake look intense as they await the start of the match. They both take turns really targeting Lightning Lomas, and it seems like things are going more their way when Jason Thunder finally gets into the match and starts to even things up. This has all the makings of a classic... when out of no where Giant Brody comes into the ring and attacks all four men. The ref calls for the bell.

Draw: Called for outside interference against both teams.

Rating: D+

JVP makes his way down to the ring towards a waiting Avalanche Takano, and takes his time celebrating his new championship with the crowd. Takano doesn't look too pleased.

JvP © v. Avalanche Takano

Takano and JvP take turns exchanging offence, and both men seem pretty evenly matched. JvP hits his 'Axe Kick', but Takano kicks out. Takano then hits his 'Mountain Takano' only to have JvP kick out. Takano is frustrated, and rushes JvP while raining down blows. The ref tries to get Takano to back off JvP who's against the ropes, but Takano slaps the ref. The ref calls for the bell and JvP is declared the winner, causing Takano to attack the ref and storm out of the ring.

Winner, and still 4C Hardcore Champion: JvP via Disqualification

Leftie Wilkes v. Zak Attack

Wilkes seeks to keep some momentum going, and takes the match to Attack. While Zak is able to break away and getting in some flashy high-flying moves, Wilkes is mostly in control and hits a Boston Whiplash on Attack to get the pinfall victory.

Winner: Leftie Wilkes w/ a Boston Whiplash (pinfall)

Rating: D-

Ozzie Golden v. Clutch McKane

Ozzie Golden again eats up the crowd's reaction as he struts to the ring. Clutch McKane on the other hand seems a little out of his depth, and Golden rocks the youngster with a bunch of his best moves. He really takes his time setting the kid up, and hits him with the 'Golden Shower' to end the match while smiling the whole time.

Winner: Ozzie Golden w/ a Golden Shower (pinfall)

Rating: D

Sayeed Ali comes down to the ring and he looks, as always, like he's got something to say.

Ali: "I told you all last week that I would beat down that chump Hugh de Aske." Boos rain down from the crowd. "And I did! He's not in my league!" More boos. Ali stops and just basks in the boos. "Ya, ya.. boo me all you want, I'm still you're Champion! Now as I was saying, I've put that Hugh kid in the ground and it's time to try something new... so tonight I'll defend my belt in a Ladder match. Maybe it'll make it at least a little more of a challenge."

Rajah v. Hugh de Aske

Hugh de Aske gets a big pop from the crowd, and rides that wave to a great match with the vet Rajah hitting some big moves. Rajah almost botches a move and hurts de Aske, and the crowd holds his breath, but de Aske seems fine and hits Rajah with a 'Cut-Throat Driver' and gets the three count.

Winner: Hugh de Aske w/ a Cut-Throat Driver (pinfall)

Sayeed Ali © v. Too Hot v. Frankie Dee

Sayeed Ali is playing to the crowd, savouring all the boos. Frankie Dee hits some good offense, including his 'Shinanju Kick' on Ali, but Ali kicks out and runs the two faces into the ground with a 'G.B.H. Driver' to each before climbing the ladder and claiming his Title.

Winner, and still 4C Champion: Sayeed Ali after claiming the Title from the top of the Ladder

Bailey & McKane v. Preston Fuller & Shiva

Bailey & McKane both are in desperate need of a win, and can't seem to get their feet under them to start this one as Fuller & Shiva start out hot. Still, TJ Bailey finally gets in some hits, and starts to turn the tide, and he teams with McKane to hit the 'Double Missile Dropkick' to end the match.

Thunder & Lightning © v. Giant Brody & Sterling Whitlock

Thunder & Lightning are clearly angry at Brody's interference in their rematch last week, and we're happy to put up the titles for a chance to show Brody what he's got coming. There are moments Brody's strength carries him and Whitlock, but Thunder & Lightning are tag vets who are fighting with renewed passion, and they combine to hit Brody with a 'Double Thunder Struck'.

Thunder & Lightning are celebrating in the ring when the lights go out. The crowd goes silent, as no one's sure what's going on. Then the light's come up and Thunder & Lightning are surrounded.

Three masked men in all black surround them. It's impossible to tell the difference between the three, except one is slightly larger then the other two. They proceed to attack Thunder & Lightning, with Giant Brody joining in. They keep going, even after both men are clearly out of it. The crowds getting uncomfortable, and start to boo the men. They just stare out at the crowd and raise one first in the air each. The lights cut out again, and when they come back up seconds later all three men are gone and three words can be seen spray painted in the ring: THE NEW ERA.

JvP and Mosher put on a decent show, with Mosher looking competent against the Hardcore Title holder, but JvP is just a class ahead of the young head-banger and is able to land his best high-flying moves. He finishes Mosher off with an 'Axe Kick'.

Winner: Too Hot w/ a quick rool up (pinfall)

Sayeed Ali comes down to the ring. He looks angered that he doesn't know who his partner is tonight.

Ali: "Jessie! You get out here, lady! I aim to know what the deal is with tonight's matchup. I want to know why you haven't announced my partner."

Jessie comes out to the ramp, with a smirk on her face.

Jessie: "Now, now Sayeed. No need to get testy. You want to know who your partner is tonight? Well that's fair. How about I just welcome him out here right now?"

There's a pause, as Jessie glances back at the ramp entrance, and Ali looks more annoyed at the wasted time then anything. Then, his entrance music hits!

http://i.imgur.com/vYZGsgQ.jpg

And OZZIE GOLDEN struts out beside Jessie. Ali is losing it in the ring, while Golden just smirks.

Golden: "See you tonight, partner!" Then he walks away, leaving Jessie smiling and Ali shaking with anger.

Rajah v. Chris Flynn

Rajah seems energized coming of a nice victory last week, and goes pretty hard at the young Flynn. He's hitting pretty hard, but Flynn reverses a move off the ropes, and is able to land a European Uppercut on the come back. He then quickly locks in a 'Flynn-Lock' on the downed Rajah, who tries to get to the ropes but is forced to tap out.

Winner: Chris Flynn w/ a Flynn-Lock (submission)

Sayeed Ali & Ozzie Golden v. Hugh de Aske & Frankie Dee

Ali and Golden are arguing in the ring as deAske and Dee make their respective ways down to the ring. Golden convinces Ali to let him start in the ring against Dee. Golden has the upper hand for the first bit, and seems close to setting Dee up for a 'Golden Shower' when Ali tags himself in and hits a dropkick over the top rope. He's close to putting Dee down, but de Aske breaks up the G.B.H. Driver. Meanwhile, Golden is sulking outside the ring and starts walking off leaving Ali to fight de Aske and Dee by himself. Ali's good, but he's at a big disadvantage and de Aske gets him with a 'Cut-Throat Driver' for the pinfall victory as Golden claps from the ramp.

Winners: Hugh de Aske & Frankie Dee w/ a Cut-Throat Driver (pinfall)

Both teams are getting their licks in, and it seems to be the start of a classic match yet again, when the lights go out. When the lights come back up, all four men are surrounded with Drake and Jason Thunder already knocked out cold. The ref calls for the bell.</p><p>

Three masked men in all black surround Malone and Lightning Lomas, as well as the two downed competitors. It's still not clear who these men are, and the crowd buzzes questions about their motives. They proceed to attack Malone and Lightning. The two strongmen hold their own for a bit, but the number advantage wins out and both men are soon out cold. The crowd boos, and the men just stare out at the crowd and raise one first in the air each again. The lights cut out and when they come back up seconds later all three men are gone and three words can be seen spray painted in the ring yet again: <strong>THE NEW ERA</strong>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>JvP © v. TJ Bailey</strong></p><p>

JvP takes on the vet, and it's a close match with Bailey pulling out some veteran moxy. Still, JvP is the more talented wrestler, and is able to land some high-flying moves before finishing Bailey with an 'Axe Kick' to retain his title.</p><p>

<strong>Winner, and still 4C Hardcore Champion:</strong> JvP w/ an Axe Kick (pinfall)</p><p>

<strong>Joe Gilbert v. Too Hot</strong></p><p>

Too Hot is coming off a win, and it seems like the cagey vet has his confidence back as he takes it to Gilbert right from the ring of the bell. Too Hot is in total control, before hitting a 'Heat Seeking Missile' and getting the three-count.</p><p>

<strong>Eric Blackley v. Frankie Dee</strong></p><p>

Blackley is riding a wave of momentum coming into this match, and he starts off dominating. Dee eventually regains control, and despite some cheap shots and cheating from Blackley he's able to get in a 'Shinanju Kick'. Blackley is out, enabling Dee to get the pinfall victory.</p><p>

<strong>Sayeed Ali © v. Hugh de Aske</strong></p><p>

Sayeed Ali starts the match over confident, but Hugh de Aske takes over and lands some big moves pretty early on. Ali finally starts to take de Aske seriously, and the match evens out. The two are pretty closely matched, but Ali starts to build momentum. At one point the ref gets knocked down, and he seems out cold. Ali manages to get de Aske up, and is about to hit his 'G.B.H. Driver' when Ozzie Golden slides into the ring and spears Ali in the back. He then picks Ali up, and hits him with a 'Golden Shower' before sliding out of the ring again. de Aske gets to his feet just as the ref is as well, picks up Ali and hits him with a 'Cut-Throat Driver' into a pin. 1! 2! 3! New Champion!</p><p>

<strong>Winner, and NEW 4C Champion:</strong> Hugh de Aske w/ a Cut-Throat Driver (pinfall)</p><p>

As Hugh de Aske walks out into the crowd celebrating his win, Ali claws his way to his feet using the ropes to help himself up. He signals for a mic, and the ring announcer gives him one.</p><p> </p><p>

Ali: "Golden... I know this was you! You took my Title from me! You ended my streak! And I tell you what... that means there'll be hell to pay, and the devil is coming to collect!"</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

I've never played with them before this version, but I wanted something that was new to me and also didn't have a lot of other diary love. Glad you're enjoying it.</p>
