<p>The 'trick' involves adding a second player to the game (options --> add new player). You then advance to the next day and play as the second player, taking control of your child company. Finally, you make the necessary changes and remove yourself from the game again before advancing to the next day.</p><p> </p><p>

edit: I'm sorry, I tried it and the game freezes. So it's a no-go (only works for regular companies).</p><p> </p><p>

The alternative is to import a narrative into the game that adds a weight class to the company in question. Make it trigger the next gameday, the effect being "Company Adds Bantamweight division (Female)" for instance. That should do the trick.</p><p> </p><p>

Or, finally, you can probably use Access to edit it. But I don't recommend that.</p>
