Should I edit a 2006 mod and release it?

So, I liked the TEW 2010 2006 mod released by XxFutureLegend112xX.

But I thought that I should edit it to June 2006 to the rebirth of ECW and update it to TEW 2016.

 

Of course I would credit XxFutureLegend112xX as the main creator.

 

I didn't wanna create a new hype thread without asking should I do it.

I already edited half of the mod.

And I won't rush it with the release.

 

I would create my own pic pack and etc. (Workers are KyKy Background so it's suiting for 2006)

 

I didn't PM XxFutureLegend112xX yet as I don't know is he still into this TEW stuff...

 

THE MAIN QUESTION IS:

SHOULD I RELEASE THE JUNE 2006 MOD THAT I HALF EDITED!?

<p>There's a lot of changes between 2013 and 2016 to really make a mod feel complete and up to date compared to last year, worker based in regions, personality tweaks etc which will be the bulk of any mod converted from the previous version to this one. It can be quite a lot. </p><p> </p><p>

Why am I doing this mod? Is it just for me, or other people?</p><p> </p><p>

Generally I find a mod I have quickly made for myself I'm happy to make a few ninja tweaks and just play it sometimes. But for public release, there's a lot of details I would look at that I wouldn't normally care for in my own games (I never use Agers and not too fussed about Narratives but know people like them in their own games etc). <p>Yep not at all trying to discourage you at all, but sometimes sizing up a project can make it a hell of a lot easier to tackle or decide its best left to one side. </p><p> </p><p>

<p>I used to play Legend's 2006 mod back in the day a lot. 2005 is when I started watching wrestling (which didn't last very long <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />), so I would be very interested to see this being converted and modified for TEW16. Actually, I converted it myself in TEW13 and eventually to TEW16 and had a nice save game and all, but my hard drive crashed like 3-4 weeks ago and I lost all of it. So I feel like I should ask you to backup everything already <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

And Legend is definitely still around. Doesn't post nearly as much as he used to, but I still see some of his game updates in the forums every now and then.</p>

It's a very interesting period indeed.We got a 2005 mod released and a 2004 one on the works,I believe,but a 2006 one would still be very welcome.Booking pretty much anything in mid '00s is always a lot of fun.
