1. AEW is bush league with fancy lights. You have to sit through a lot of shit to get to the little bits of very good stuff. It's like most of the time WWE sits at a boring 5, never much higher, never much lower. But AEW can go from embarrassing 2 to an 8 but there's a lot more 2,3,4 than 8's going on. I can't help but also feel the divisions/booking would be better if Omega and Bucks weren't around.
 2. With the game being released 2/3 weeks earlier than what was originally predicted and there being 16 updates to fixes and India not implemented into the game fully it really feels like the game in its original state was a beta release or early access that we paid full price for. Only now does the game feel more like how it should have been at the start and whilst I think the game is good, man it didn't hit the mark on release day looking back. Clearly more time was needed testing. From the replies people have got I also feel the devs need to embrace constructive feedback in order to improve things in the future rather than going on the defensive with people that have criticisms. This isn't a thread to shit on Adam or anyone else with involvement in the game but maybe a chance for everyone to learn and grow as the game has certainly divided the community.
 3. Storylines are very very useful in getting a guy over. I also find it handy having ageing guys with good pop hanging around who can put over your Midcarders. Someone has to lose to put over the rising guys. So why not have it be old guys you're not pushing. Their matches may not be rated the best but if it's in the middle of the card it won't matter much. Like look at NXT Cesaro v William Regal. Regal used his reputation and popularity to put over Cesero in promos and in the match.
 4. it's not fully functional, because if you start the game as per normal the region doesn't work. It doesn't create new workers because there's no pics. So either have t change settings and have most of the region with blue face. or you have to rely on others to make the pics for you so the region works properly. At the end of the day it shouldn't be down to us to fix a region in his game. Also you missed the point, Adam just wouldn't have announced it early, it would just be coming out when he originally said it was, only all the regions would work from the start.
 5.
@d12345 What sort of arse gravy of a solution is "lets make all future Indian worker Hispanic", They look nothing alike and it's borderline racist.

What needs to happen is Adam needs to release the game fully fleshed out, he's releasing a game with a broken feature that has a simple solution. Create more Indian pics.

Why should we, as paying customers have to be doing his job for him for an entire region on the game to be playable properly for day 1 release. He set the release date originally for June/July right? instead of wanting to release it early why didn't he just fix the broken the region.

The more apologists give excuses for him, the less of a finished game we get. @mharmon99 "Lets just be thankful with what we get and if we're nice he may actually fix the region"

 6. WWF 1987- September 1992 WWF World Heavyweight Champion Bret Hart: Defeated Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania VIII in passing of the torch moment. WWF Intercontinental Champion The British Bulldog: Defeated Randy Savage for the title at Wrestlemania VIII WWF World Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors: Won the titles back in January from Austin/Pillman. WWF United States Champion: Dustin Rhodes : defeated Yokozuna in August WWF Junior Heavyweight Jushin Thunder Liger: Defeated Eddie in August. WWF: T.V.Champion Steven Regal: Defeated DDP back in June. WWF United Stated Tag Titles The Rock n Roll Express:Defeated Austin/Pillman back in August.
 7. It just shows that not as much work went into the game calculations from the very start of the series Matt Wrestling and Submissions are two very different things so why are they the same? Why is the game being nerfed down rather than made more nuanced to make it more realistic? It's stuff like that which makes me question how is the games re-write and implementation of new features going to be handled. More of the same, that'll do, mentality? I dunno, it's been a bad week overall for announcements tbh.
 8. This forum is a bit rubbish for handling any sort of criticism, it's why many people leave. @jwt13 The best mods are mostly made by the mod squad (there are a couple of exceptions of course) have had help from members of the mod squad or are used using parts of mod squad mods. without them you lose a hell of a lot of quality mods. 3/4 of the modders that actually finish mods and that are of a great quality are from them. To say otherwise is incorrect. By the way I like a good chunk of the features and looking forward to seeing how they're implemented into the game. This game as the potential to be one of the best in the series. I'm going to be critical as I love the series and I'm paying money for the game. I don't expect it to be 100 percent as it's mostly Adam doing everything and it's mostly a 1 man operation. I'm not expecting the word, just for the features to be implemented decently. However I will not have the deriding of the contributions of people that help elevate the game and make it more attractive for people, for free and spending hundreds of hours putting out the best mods possible.
 9. There is literally zero reason to not have a proper calendar by this point.
 10. The AI is one of the main things that I hope gets improved. The AI is not very good at all, the longer your save the worse it gets.
 11. I'd like the ability to have Events that are like B events.. like the NJPW Road to event... like an event to build up your big event... the game currently see's it as the same kind of event as your big show.
 12.
I want to do a long game with TCW but something is just missing from them. They have no soul for me since Tommy left.

Everything could do with developing and with the amount of changes I want to do it doesn't quite feel like TCW anymore.

I love a strong tag division, it can really help build stars and keep UMC/MC over. TCW needs 4 more teams really. Tigre Salvaj/ El Janguar , Storm/ Marval, Finday / Bulldozer, Massive Thunder on PPA and maybe use Dean Wardorf and Marv Slater (Jobbers) . I'd bring in some other disposable tag teams.

I normally made Mobstar and Cali Slick a tag team, they're very very solid and can do a job UMC as singles too.

Have New wave on top until some of the others are built

I'd hire Greg as why not, he has the lineage and the skill and easy to book. Maybe Tag him with Chord.

I'd hire Kid Fantastic, with the right luck he can he be a shawn Michaels.

California Love Machine and ACID II, Both are midcard forever types most of the time but solid mainstays that are quite handy.

Ant-Man - great character to book and with the right roll can do big things.

 13.
Favorite.

CZCW: Love, Love, Love some CZCW... even though I eventually usually tweak the product a little I've really enjoyed this company since TEW10. Love the theme, Love the CZCW originals. Like

BHOTWG: I like NJPW and BHOTWG are the Cverse equivalence of them. Like their history, their Junior Division etc.

In the middle:

SWF,USPW,NOTBW, CGC, PGHW

Least Favorite:

TCW: Just no soul since Tommy left. Everything needs rebuilding

All the Hardcore companies

 14.
WWF World Heavyweight:

Randy Savage

WWF World Team Team:

Dusty and Dustin

WWF Intercontinental Title:

Randy Savage

WWF United States Title:

Dusty

WWF Junior Heavyweight Title:

Biran Pillman

WWF T.V. 15.
50th State Big Time Wrestling (NWA Hawaii) on the 1970 Mod.

6 months into the save, got the schedule sorted out. 4 Big NWA supershows hosted in Hawaiiwith lots of the big NWA stars and a few of my big guys.. The rest of the year having my own Hawaii big shows where my roster is mostly one with maybe 1 or 2 outside guys brought in if i need a change for a month.

Before each of the big shows of the months there's a smaller monthly show where I continue or set up feuds for the big shows.

50th State Champion: Peter Maivia - I'm looking to him to be my figurehead a guy that's an islander for the natives to get behind and take on the biggest villains of the days

50th State Tag Champion: The Blond Bombers (Ray Stevens & Pat Patterson) Took the titles from Ripper Collins and his partner. Ray and Pat are the two best performers in the company so i'm saving their split and feud for the top strap for the top ratings further down the line.

NWA World Champion Dory Funk - I don't have Dory on my usual roster but he I bring him to defend his title against one of my top guys.. I may put the NWA title on Ray Stevens if he continues to perform very very well.

NWA Junior Heavyweight: Danny Hodge: He's a part of my roster, had him defend the title on every NWA supershow and a couple of my big shows.. I'm planning a big feud between him and Johnny Saint that I brought in to build up. Once ready I have Saint taking the strap of Hodge.

Overall just having fun, I haven't overloaded my roster, sticking with my core guys and bringing in others to put them over when needed. Brought in a chunk of older stars on 1 show deals before they retire... like Freddy Blassie, Considering bringing in El Santo to lose to Hodge as well as Pat O'conor and Gotch to have a match or two somewhere down the line.

It's been fun as I don't have 100 guys that I need to do something with. I have more core guys I'm working with.other that are there to mostly put the other guys over that I don't care about too much and 1 or two others like Saint that i'm building up. It leaves room for special guests and keeps me focused on my core guys.

..................

WWF 1987-1991.

October

September ended with the WWF v Japan Supershow in Japan with WWF,AJPW and NJPW wrestlers on the same show.

Beggining to lay the ground work for the Rumble in Jan which leads to the end of the Hulkamania Era and the start of the New Gen at 92's Wrestlemania.

WWF Heavyweight Champion: Randy Savage

WWF IC champion: Randy Savage

WWF World Tag Team: Dusty and Dustin

WWF United States: Dusty

WWF Junior Heavyweight: Brian Pillman

WWF TV title: Chono

The lull before the Rumble/Mania build I decided to have a bit of fun.. added the TV title at the WWF V a japan show, as a title I can mess about with as every other title is built properly with feuds. This I can just do whatever I fancy with. I gave chono the strap to the give a NJPW guy a title win. He'll lose on TV this week due to his 2 show loan contract.

The Junior Division: Really having fun with this division it started with Mutoh, Owen and Liger having the strap between them.. I pushed Mutoh up the card towards Flair... and put HBK in the slot, taking the strap a couple of times.. I intend on having Owen team with Neidhart soon so I brought Pillman in the division to take his place whilst I build up Negro Casas. The title has been in the hands of Owen, Liger, Mutoh, HBK,Pillman... not a bad lineage so far.

US title, Dusty defeated the Monster Yokozuna for the title with slight help from Hogan. Yokozun was destroying whoever came up against him but the American Dream Baby took down the monster.. this will lead to Yoko v Dusty rematch at Wrestlemania.

Tag Titles: The title had been going between bladerunners, Road Warriors and Tully and Arn the last 2 years so I thought I'd change it up. I really like the image of Dusty and Dustin as a farther son Tag team champions espeically as I don't see Dusty being active post Wrestlemania and Dustin eventual change into Goldust.. this was really the only time I could pull it off. Give Dusty his huge push in the WWF as US and Tag champion. Post Rumble It'll chance to go back to Brainbusters or Road Warriors.

IC title: Bret defeated Savage a year ago for the strap to start Brets singles rise. Bret is moving up towards the Heavyweight title for Mania so I had Savage take the strap back. The future see's Savage take on Bulldog at Mania. Bulldog being the nearly man so far in his quest for the title.

WWF Heavyweight title: 92's Mania see's Hogan v Bret for the strap... Hogan was the holder of the strap since the previous Mania and intended on him holding the strap for the year untill he faces Bret... however... I noticed that Savage has only held the strap once.. and with his performances he really should have had more love.. so during this lull I decided to put the strap on Savage defeating Hogan due to help from Yokozuna (Yoko was pissed that Hogan helped Dusty defeat him so returned the favor). It'll be the Savage v Hogan Rematch at the Rumble in which Hogan will take back his strap which will make Savage a 2 time champ and Hogan a 4 time champ.

 16.
Bulldog with another Brit seems feasible..... or Bulldog being the power man in a tag team with a tec guy.

Not sure what Brit's would be suitable in 99 tho.

 17. I'd like to know the same thing. Yuma was getting that note for me too. She did get over up to Alicia Strong level of pop from 0 too.
 18.
In terms of the AWA title. I'd treat it as a pure wrestling title, for proper wrestlers. No hardcore or cage matches. Maybe the odd submission match.

The title in general doesn't really fit AE WWF tho. But I suppose it could be like a tough man title. For the Shamrock, Blackmans, Dr Death and the technicians like Owen, Regal etc.

With the Coastal Climax winner getting a shot at the big show of the year, Welcome to the Coastal Zone.

To mix things up sometimes there may be a triple threat or something if the champion is feuding with another guy and there's a another person with the tournament win.

 20. @rayelek I may just have to steal that House of Chord stable name at some point.
 21.
CZCW 2016 - Feb 2019.

Just done CZCW Vendetta with the most noteworthy news being a record breaking on this save for highest match rating.

The Main event of Matthiew Keith Defending his CZCW Championship against Ernest Youngman in a 45 min match got a 99 rating.

This has also brought the title back to 100 prestige for the first time in 2 years. Keith is becoming the greatest worker in CZCW History. all of his matches so far this year have been 90+ rating.

Other Notable news.

In the match involving my user v Phillip Cooper... Coopers stable was revealed when Nicky Gilbert and Ricky Decolt ensured Coopers victory.

.....................

Up next is the 3 day CZCW Coastal Climax Events with the winner getting a title match against the champion at the biggest show of the year Welcome to the coastal Zone.

 22.
I'm CZCW and need a stable name for

Phillip Cooper, Nicky Gilbert and Ricky Decolt.

Could swap Ricky with Lenny Brown if it makes a difference.

I'm thinking they are a group of guys that think they are the only stars in the company, what with coming to my newly cult company from bigger promotions.

 23.
CZCW Oct 2018

Hardcore Halloween.

A new landmark event for CZCW.

The highest Match rating and highest event rating I've had by a long shot.

My previous highest match rating was Matthew Keith def my User 84.

My new highest rated match is now Matthew Keith def Huey Cannonball 94

My previous highest rated show was Wave of fury 2018 - 83

My new highest rated show is now Hardcore Halloween 2018 - 90

What helped was the increase in heat in the feuds, in 2018 I introduced a second event a month as build to the big shows. The last month I also started to add a promo at the start of the show to try and get the storyline heat up. It looks like its worked well. I do it in the format of the commentary team hyping up 3 of the feuds. The hype promos got like 85.90. which helped boost the storyline heat.

My regular midcarders were starting to get poor momentum, so i've hired 5 midcard level guys to job to my regulars.

I have also brought in the California title, a title for the midcarders to feud for. It'll force me to keep a few more of them higher in momentum.

The CZCW Extreme has developed to the same level as the IC title in the 90's. it has been on par with the CZCW World championship a few times too. Thw extreme is seen as the heart and soul of CZCW, what the product was originally build upon.

 24.
@ Apupunchau@optonline

Yea I mean I never push anyone that stats don't warrant it, up to a certain point they won't get a push. Then when they have something to offer they will get the start of a midcard push and see if anything else improves or if they stall.

Past a certain point of overness and skill even if they peak below my main event level that I expect they can still do a job.

Sometimes guys that are average can perform and get over as hell or have an increase in stats like Cali love machine in a previous save.

Unfortunately this time i have 5 guys that are very samey, not bad, can serve a role.. saying that I haven't tested how over they can become. Maybe I just need to test them out a bit more, see how over they can get.

I suppose they can be the fodder for the other guys.

It comes down to liking some guys at the top of card that I had a hand in developing from rookie or average guy to star. rather than relying on getting lucky and grabbing stars like Kobe, Keith from other places.
