<p>I don't know if you're planning to create a 1.05 for this data at any point, but if you do I have a few small things that could use adjusting that I noticed while playing a DIASPORA game.</p><p> </p><p>

1. Zodiac & Sairento start off as the Junior Tag Team Champions, but aren't set up as a tag team in the data.</p><p> </p><p>

2. In the data Ukon Kajahara is set up to have a HONOUR specific tag team with Nobusuke Takabe, which is odd because Takabe is a LETHAL lifer who has never been in a promotion with him. I'm fairly certain this is a case of the wrong Nobu being selected, and he's meant to be in a tag team with fellow HONOUR member Nobuhisa Yasutake.</p><p> </p><p>

3. New Solution and HUSTLE Umiro have no US popularity despite them all having extended runs in DRAGON and being multi-time champions. This normally wouldn't be a big deal since they're working full time in Japan now, but with the alliance between DRAGON and DIASPORA they become much less useful as part of trade deals if they don't have name value in the US.</p><p> </p><p>

DG have a few teams like this in their title history - Dragon Kid & PAC, Naruki Doi & Ricochet etc.</strong></p><p> </p><p> 2. I meant to say, when I was doing some database addition stuff, it says that there is over 1000 free pics. But when I was looking in the picture folder for people, there were no free pics in the folder beside the basic grey blank defaults. So I didn't know if there was somewhere else go download the free pics, or if there was a mistake, or maybe I missed something. Just wanted to be sure.</p>

<p>Just wanted to thank you for the work you put in. I downloaded the demo for TEW 2016, and immediately searched for a TVerse update. Loved playing it for 13, usually in 2-3 player mode (which I always wind up doing for spurts in TEW for some reason), but unlike the CVerse and other mods, with your mod I always find myself straying from my usual go-to set-up (1 sports entertainment, 1 traditional, 1 modified by myself). Typically pick The Club, Wrestlasaurus, and PWSUX with this one.</p><p> </p><p>

I do have one quibble that I had with the 13 version, though:</p><p> </p><p>

The PR promotions having a "lucha libre" product in the Mexican sense. As someone with family from both areas who grew up watching both styles (along with the mainland US stuff), while it's called lucha in PR it <em>really</em> isn't all that similar to Mexican lucha libre at all and bears more of a resemblance to the mainland US stuff overall. Characters aren't as "colorful", there's far less masks, less gymnastics, and there's a bit more "edge" and roughness to both the in-ring and outside-the-ring product. For a while there it was basically southern-style "rasslin'" with a more hardcore edge (the most common mask was a crimson mask <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />), and over the years with the heavy WWF/E influence quite a bit of that style of sports entertainment creeped in as well. Granted, there's been some Mexican style luchadores over the years in the PR promotions (and vice versa), but not enough to be anything more than a relatively minor influence that simply provides the occasional change of pace from the norms of those areas' scenes.</p><p> </p><p>

I mean, it's a relatively small quibble I chalk up to this being an alternate universe, but it kinda stands out to me with my background and all. I've never played as either of the PR promotions in the game (and now that I think of it I might not have done that with <strong>any</strong> of the universes), but I gather if I do I'd greatly decrease the lucha libre aspect of the product and greatly increase the hardcore aspect.</p><p> </p><p>

Other than that, though, like I stated, really loving it so far just as I enjoyed it in 13. Might have to shell out for 16 after all....</p>

I decided to try something completely off the wall and start a new Australian company. Since Rajesh Patel's bio says he's interested in turning some of his supermarket money into a new company, I used one of southside_hitmen's logos and created Premier Championship Wrestling. We're small sized but already a bigger draw than Gold Coast Wrestling only four months in. I'm having tons of fun booking a promotion that basically rents out space at a bar one time a month.

 

Vic(tor) Rotten ended up being my inaugural champion by winning a one-night, four-man tournament that also involved Kelly Prince, Ryan Anthony, and Wildstyle. Seeing as though he botched a move in each of his matches injuring both Wildstyle and Prince, I called him out on it backstage and he didn't take too kindly to it at all and put in his notice before the next show. Luckily it was close enough he could drop his belt in person to Prince. Next month we crown our first PCW Tag Team champions in a three-way between the Mighty Bikers, Arishima & Haryko, and my thrown together team of Lachlan Palmer and Troy Wilson, Team Never Say Die.

I noticed in the Thunderverse that there are 1187 items in the free picture section. I went through the 2016 Thunderverse threads but I do not see these pictures in the picture downloads. I must be missing the thread or something. 1187 is a LOT so thank you a lot for the guys who made them.

- The remnants of a Halloween DLC we had planned. 5 new characters and 4 spooky alts.

 

- Bug fixes posted in thread that I've probably still ended up missing some.

 

A major thanks goes to dannewman and BigPapa42 (apologies lads if I've proper butchered your screen names, it's late) as their combined efforts sees 1.04 have over 1000 Free Pictures for generated characters in game. They make up the bulk of the people folder included in 1.04's download so it is advised to download & merge the people folder for the Thunderverse graphics. It's a mix of dan's own renders, renders from the Rest of the World Expansion from the early days of Thunder and the Cutting Room Floor renders that were released with Diamond. This does mean that there are potential clashes with pictures. Apologies in advance.

 

As normal, if there is anything you folks notice please point it out.

The free workers should be attached to the file names so any new worker that is supposed to use a picture from the free workers should work and you shouldn't have to start a new game. But saying that I can't be 100% sure, I guess the only real way to know is to try it.
