Best Non R/W Mod

Recommended Posts

<p>Hello,</p><p> </p><p>

I have had TEW 2016 for awhile and have continued to play various Real World Mods and all with moderate success before i get bored or repeat the same things as i personally know several of the Indie guys in the game and want to make a company with them. I want your opinion on what is the best Non Real World Mod out for TEW 2016? Should i just use Cornellverse or is there some other you recommend? </p><p> </p><p>

My plan is to create a user into the mod that i can build as well as have game have characters i dont know so its easier for me to develop and use storylines.</p>

I haven't tried them all but IMHO of the ones i have tried there are three standouts.

The two that are more straight forward in style closest to original game but definatly has their own stamp is

A) Thunderverse http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=536291

B) Londonverse http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=535373

Those two are the mods i play most often along with Fleisch's real world mod on occassion.

If you are looking at a more truly fantasy mod with like cartoon and comic characters then Diablo X by Fleisch http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=533463 would suit you well.

This is the first iteration of TEW that I really got into the CVerse. The default is great, but I highly recommend<a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=533579" rel="external nofollow"> Derek B's 1997 mod</a>. It's a good entry point to the CVerse letting you go back and play through history. After playing that for awhile and then returning to the present day CVerse, the default data felt much more fleshed out.
