Below I'll leave the link to where you can download NWAvsWWF's 2002 MOD. (Or click "January 2002") - 2002 Mod! As the title says, this takes place after the Attitude Era. I've been digging around, trying to find mods from the late 90s to early 2000s and once I came across this, I gave it a shot. I won't say that my North of The Border Pro Wrestling diary is completely finished, time to time, I may play the save and add more pay-per-view results but it'll be very rare for me to do so. I know I have started numerous dynasties on the TEW 2013 Boards and this one and they all crumbled, mainly because I expect way too much from the mods and that I lose interest and don't know what to do. I was reading in the TEW 2016 General Board s on how to stay invested in a game and most of the suggestions really have helped. I never really took the time to sit down and write out what I wanted to do, I just had a couple ideas in my head or went with the "whatever happens, happens" mentality and come up with something along the way. Back to when I say "I expect way too much from a mod", I had a test save for this one and I booked the first show, which, was pretty hard for me. There weren't really "that much interesting storylines going on" (the game) and it really killed the ratings the first time. When I first simulated the show, I got like a C+ rating due to the storylines issue and not having enough females on the show to satisfy my DUDES in the crowd. I had to go back, add like two more eye candy/sex appeal segments, I also changed the segments I had for Jericho/The Rock around (they pulled A's off the bat) and managed to get like a B-. Yeah, the B- may not be bad, but I lost popularity in 35 regions of the game.. is that still good? Yeah, I agree with ya'. I finally understood that I can't expect to pull the best ratings for every show and segment and that I just have to book my segments/match well and properly. Still, I am at a disadvantage here, I don't know that much about WWF in 2002 like other board members do so I assume the way I'll be booking the roster is different from the way it was booked in real life. Now, following this post, I hope to make enough reservation posts for titles, show archives, the roster, etc. and then post the first show. I may start off with the Royal Rumble pay-per-view being the first show I post on here, and carry on from that event. SOME of the matches will be the same that occur'd on PPVs in real life and I plan to do this until the No Way Out pay-per-view so I could make my own WrestleMania 18 card. I really do hope that I can stay invested in this. The roster has some good workers, especially Chris Jericho, The Rock, 'Taker, Christian, Edge, the Attitude Era originals, etc. Well.. WWF fell to cult in one of my duplicate saves and I'm having the same problems, all the shows are getting poor ratings and I end up losing lots of popularity. In this new save I started with the WWF, I tweaked the database, add more prestige to the storylines, and started booking again. I get an 81 B rating, then, 2 days later, WWF falls to National Size.
