Even better would a flag that also shows which can be hired. Thanks. I'm guessing you are playing a real world mod where the fighter pictures are not transparent. With the default data the fighter pictures are transparent gifs and the backgrounds for the head-shots is the logo of the contracted company (or blank if the fighter is unemployed).
