[CVerse] PGHW: A Professional Sport

Recommended Posts

It's 12:00, Midnight. The party's roll on with everyone celebrating the new year. I was the only one not though, I was thinking. I had a long and storied career with this company, and it continues to fall victim to BHOTWG, and there embarrassment to Japan. Changing there schedule to only TV was the most idiotic thing in the history of the sport, it worked though. The Hammer got 10 Million dollars only in the first year and have used that popularity to steal our own fans. We are now one of only 2 promotions that stay to are roots. I called up the owner of BCG right after the switch and we made an working agreement quite quickly. I also called up Yoshimi, and told him he will be champ for at least 6 more months. I don't know if I will follow through with this but I have to try to, as Yoshimi is are best wrestler, and needs to be prepared to elevate someone else to his position. Holmes and Art were outside my office, this is there last month with us in the tour. I called them in and basically tried to keep our relationship on good terms. It's now 2:00 Am and I'm still not tired. I get a call by someone who I never want to talk to... "Hello Tatsuko. Are you ready for war?"

PGHW:Night of RESPECT in Kinki

Show Rating: 80

1: Dnager Kumasaka, Art Reed, Hirokazu Yamanoue, and Mamoru Nagahama beat Haranobu Kobayashi, Hirobuni Takimoto, Goemon Komiya and Kamachi (69)

Comments: The usual Vets versus Young Lions type match

2: Yano And Kikuchi beat Eien Miyamoto and STONE Yoshikawa (74)

Comments: Brute and Bison are both young stars and I need to groom them for success

3. Ray Diaz, Bryan Holmes, and William Hayes beat Totoya Munakata, and KitoGuchi (82)

Comments: Hayes is on the verge to becoming a full fledge Midcarder/ME.

4. Yoshimi and SATO beat Kozue Kawashima and Gonnohyoe Kada (78)

Comments Give Yoshimi some momentum before his Title match next week.

5 (International) Tetsunori Yasada beat Kazushige Matsuki, Seiji Jimbo, and Eisaku Kunomasu (88)

Tied for the best match of the night. Yasada looks pretty good in the match and had a better performance then all the other competitors in the match.

6 (Tag Titles) Kwakami and Sanda beat Muruyama and Ugaki (88)

Switch. I have big plans for both Muruyama and Ugaki as single stars so decided to get the belts off now rather then later.

Holmes is the bigger name but past his prime and SATO could use the pop bump that a win here gives him. Might be a good boost for the belt too.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Naga-Mori vs <strong>STONE Yoshikawa and Eien Miyamoto</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Show Rating: 78</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

1. Hayes, Danger, Kada, and Hirokazu beat Kobayashi, Komiya, Kamachi, and Takimoto</p><p>

Comments: Hayes is now gonna get a mini push as he is the best foreign wrestler in the company (Sorry Diaz. Not getting the numbers for that spot.) Kamachi is going to leave the young lions in a few months. (63)</p><p> </p><p>

2. KitoGuchi beat Munakata and Reed</p><p>

Comments: No surprise here. (80)</p><p> </p><p>

3. Diaz, Matsuki, And Jimbo beat Yasuda, and Muruyama & Ugaki </p><p>

An upset here. Jimbo is gonna be pushed slowly. Also Yasada is gonna have a weird reign, to say the least. (78)</p><p> </p><p>

4. Miyamoto and Yoshikawa beat Naga-Mori </p><p>

Eien and STONE are going to be a team as we have a lack of them. Naga-Mori are not gonna last that long. (78)</p><p> </p><p>

5. (Historical Japan) Bryan Holmes beat SATO (New Champ) </p><p>

SATO is still a young lion and though he is a great wrestler, he still has training to do. + I need to make sure Bryan Holmes is on good terms when he leaves at the end of the month. (74)</p><p> </p><p>

<p><em>February, a new month, and an off month for the company. I have to prepare for the next tour starting in march obviously. I had to say goodbye to Bryan Holmes and Art Reed, hope I see both of those men again. I also realize that there should be a change in the Elite Series. Fans of Japanese professional wrestling are not as patient and energetic as they used to be. So for this year only, I'm getting rid of the round robin format. My plan is for a 4 man tournament at Night of Elite to determine the holder of the crown. I hate this idea, as well as the purists, but it must be done. Hopefully we don't lose many fans as I'm mad at them for making me do this as well. I signed up 4 names for the next tour. I have signed the Ring Generals as an extra tag team, Greg Guage as a favor to a friend of mine, and JoJi, a young talent to test the young lions. We had 3 dojo graduates this month. Kazuo Tenshin, who looks and feels like strong style with a look of Taro Shionoya, Shinzue Yamura who isn't the most promising figure, and Shuzo Utagawa, being trained by Yoshimi Mushashibo. I feel good about This tour and I'm excited to see how we do. But then I got some bad news. During the tour Eiasku Kunomasu botched up a tombstone pile driver and broke his neck in the process. He was but on a stretcher and brought out to a local hospital, he was paralyzed for a week but he can now move his head and body, which is good for his career. Docs say he will be out for a year and two months, which mean he may have to retire, who knows where this effects his career </em></p><p> </p><p>

<p><em>March is over...yay. We had to fire two wrestlers last month. First was Simon Femmingway...who can go fu*k himself. Fails 4 drug tests, and is champion for half of those failures. The other was Eien Miyamoto, who took some drugs and is now fired. GCG can now deal with him. We hired a recent dojo graduate, Ichisake Kira. Kira is a decent worker, who has a Orange streak of hair right front and center (technically a few threads of hair, but whatever.) BHOTWG have inspired me...I guess. They have stables which are like MMA gyms of sorts. So I have kindly copied there system while giving them the middle finger. We have 2 starting stables. Yoshimi Army, and APEX. Yoshimi Army is a four man group consisting of Yoshimi Mushashibo, Masaru Ugaki, Ryoma Muryama, and SATO (The groups young lion) Apex consisit of leader, PRIDE KOISO, Kozue Kawashima, Gonnohyoe Kada, Mamoru Nagahama, Hirokazu Yamanoue, andSeji Jimbo.
