In a bold move, the alliance launched a promotion by the same name, and hired Sharky to take care of things. Sharky made a fortune running questionable businesses. Under his watch, GKOW grew to cult status. He launched his own dojo and a child company, NW: America (New Wave). In 2010, he launched a small network, Global Kings Network, a subscription service with "small" range in the United States and "tiny" in the rest of the world. Sharky finally brought Z-One Pacific, and Battlezone Combat Arts, and Hard Times Wrestling into the alliance to beef things up. January 1, 2017. Global Kings. Cult Size. Sharky gleans over his reports, frothing with rage. Global Kings is bleeding money from too many reckless investments. "WHO DID THIS?! WHICH ONE OF YOU MORONS DID THIS?!", pounding his fist on the desk. Zoe sips a martini and smiles. "You're the genius who launched a child company in each region of the world..." "AND I GAVE THEM ALL AIR TIME ON MY NETWORK!!" Oscar tips his cowboy hat, and speaks in a a West Texas accent. "I reckon we got several thousand fans worldwide... Didya hear me, fella... Thousand." "I TOLD YOU TO GET ME TEN MILLION FANS!!" Arthur laughs with boister! "Serves ya right, stupid! You're the one with a tiny network! You rented out Madison Square Garden and held dark arena matches!!" Gregg chases Lukas and Lloyd chases Zach, blaming him for the loss." Marvin states "Lloyd will go for this, IF we can get a guarantee of a squash win if this doesn't draw big numbers." "DEAL!! "Boss, he wants 100k for the job." "FIRE THAT MOTHERFU..." Oscar shouts, interrupting "Don't swear!! It's a family environment!!" "..." "Ya gonna pay or not?" "..." 3 days later... "LUKAS ASTRO. HOW YOU DOING, NEW GUY?" "Doing great, chief! I was wondering if I... "SO HERE'S THE THING. WE NEED A NEW CHAMP. ONE WHO'S... COST EFFICIENT." "Um, okay?" "What should I do?" -sips martini- "I mean, I just started here 2 weeks ago..." "You're losing the mask. Nobody will ever know you were G.I. Jobber. You will build the Astro Nation." "Any tips?" When the elevator opens, they meet Paul Diamond who smiles. Zoe waives Lukas to the limo, and starts talking about the future. Paul is oddly happy. And the dominoes begin to fall...
