Tama Tonga vs. Nobuo Yoshihashi.
Both men starts with a lock followed by some shoulder blocks and Yoshihashi eats a dropkick from Tama Tonga before locking in the Boston Crab for the win.
Winner: Tama Tonga

AJ Styles vs. Rene Dupree.
Styles attack Dupree with strikes and the Irish Whip is on with leaping around before the Flapjack from AJ Styles connects. AJ stomps on Dupree before hitting the DDT for the 2. Dupree makes a short comeback but soon the Pele kick strikes on, followed by the Styles Clash for the win.
Winner: AJ Styles

[The British Invasion] Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams vs. [3D Squad] Yoshihiro Taijiri & Black Tiger Mask IV.
Taijiri and Black Tiger Mask IV starts attacking on the British Invasion before the bell ring but The British Invasion takes care of it anyways. Back into the ring Magnus is working on Black Tiger Mask before tagging in Doug Williams and hitting the Double team Backdrop Neck Drop Combo for the 3 count.
Winner: [The British Invasion] Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams

[seki-Gun] Yuji Nagata, Claudio Castagnoli, and Super Strong Machine vs. [RISE] Tomohiro Ishii, Kazuchika Okada, and Hirooki Goto.
Nagata and Ishii starts elbowing each other and Goto gets tagged in to hit more elbows on Nagata before the Cocky Okada comes in to follow up with slaps. Nagata and Okada exchanged holds up Okada keeps kicking Nagata’s head and the low dropkick from Okada connects. Strong Machine comes in to beat up Okada but soon a brawl comes up to which Castagnoli and Okada gets some showdown. Nagata and Claudio gets in the double team combo but Goto hits the clothsline on Castagnoli for a 2. The suplexes follows and the tope atomico from Okada connects on Claudio. However after working on more Claudio, he comes back with elbows on Okada and finally hits the gutwrech suplex for a breather. The Dropkick from Okada connects and finally setting up the German Suplex, but Claudio counter and the roll-up follows giving Claudio the victory! An Underdog Vicotry.

Okada is furious on the referee and argues with him. Claudio and team mates laughs on Okada and company. Not taking any more of this Okada sprints towards Claudio and starts a heavy brawl with every members of Seki-Gun that leads to the back.

[Great Bash Heel] Yujiro KUSHIDA, Kota Ibushi, Yujiro Takahashi, Tetsuya Naito, and Prince Devitt vs. [seki-Gun] Mistico, Ryusuke Taguchi, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, and Wataru Inoue.
All exchanges of high flying, moves as Taguchi comes in to hit the right fists on Deviit. He takes it to the corner where he chops the chest weakening him down. Working after working, and we are on action with the Champion and the Challenger, as Mistico and Devitt fights on with whipping and Misitco hitting Devitt with the springboard attacks. Onto the ground Ionue locks up some good looking submissions on Naito. Shelley and Sabin comes in to work on Naito but soon Naito counters and comes back with the Enzuigiri on Shelley following with the low kick and the middle kick. The running Frount Dropkick connects before the running Splash connects onto the corner by Naito. Every exchanges of tags were made and finally Naito gets in to hit the float over DDT followed by The Phoenix Splash for the win.

The taunting continues as usual and Devitt cuts a promo saying that the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship will be his. He says that he will destroy Mistico mentally like he did to Ryusuke. This will be a war as Devitt says so.

Togi Makabe vs. Toru Yano.
Both of them starts with locking up but Yano whips Makabe before rolling out of the ring. This continues for some moment before Makabe finally gets in the grasp and starts working on him, but Yano counters with the spear followed by some elbow drops. Makabe comes in with the Lariat before ending it with the King Kong Knee Drop for the win.
Winner: Togi Makabe
Match Rating: 70

Makabe stomps on Yano before striking him with a chair shot right onto the head, knocking Yano out cold.
Segment Rating: 80

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Tomoaki Honma.
High Paced good action with Nakamura and Honma connecting with fists leading to the corner with the splashes connecting. To the outside there goes Nakamura over the guard rails and Honma works on Nakamura as he bashes the head of Nakamura onto the guard rails. Back into the ring Nakamura and Honma exchanges holds before Nakamura hits the Landslide on Honma before setting up for the Bomaye for the win.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura
Match Rating: 85

Brock Lesnar comes sprinting to the ring and starts attacking Nakamura with Honma joining in. Brock, like Makabe strikes chair shots to the helpless Nakamura knocking him out cold. Brock Lesnar cuts a promo saying along the lines “The Remedy…is coming!” before laughing like a maniac.

[3D Squad] Kurt Angle, Brother Ray & Brother Devon vs. Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, and Hiroshi Tanahashi.
Kurt Angle and Tanahashi connects with some ground work before both men tagging out to their respective partners. Both tag teams clash alongside Tanahashi and Kurt coming in to keep the match at stake. Angle comes into work on Tenzan and then Kojima single handly. Angle shows his strength by pulling out the power moves and strikes down Tenzan with the Angle Slam before locking up the Angle Lock for the win.

Transitioning to the back where Williams hit Dupree with the backdrop. The working seemed to be pretty effective. Williams is doing well here and this match was a pretty solid match. Williams finally cuts off Dupree with the ‘Chas Theory’ for the win. Styles, however makes a good comeback and shows the crowd that he is being serious here. Styles, comes on with the ‘Pele Kick’ before cutting off Magnus with the ‘Styles Clash’. Okada and company starts with an ambush before getting in the ring to berate Yuji Nagata. Okada hits the Running Front Dropkick before working on Nagata hard. Nagata has had enough of Okada’s “berating” and starts to fire up on Okada with the stiff combos followed by the signature ‘Wheel Kick’. Goto and Ishii finally get in and Nagata starts fighting them off too. A brawl forms once again, but in the midst of the chaos we see Okada getting the ‘Running Lariat’ on Nakanishi for the win. This was an upset on Nakanishi, but Okada looked really strong out there. What will happen when they finally clash at ‘NJPW Leonis II’? Tetsuya Naito and Yujiro Takahashi, known as the ‘NO Limit’ are up against the IWGP Junior Tag Team champions, Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin at ‘NJPW Leonis II’. First of all Gedo & Jado were the one to start all this chaos between the Apollo 55, then things started out in a really unexpected way. On the other hand we have Prince Devitt, the Junior Ace of New Japan up against the IWGP Junior Heavyweight champion, Mistico. Mistico is a great build from Mexico and can take up on any challenge, also Devitt. Mind it not, but while Devitt is the Ace, Mistico is the champion. Deviit comes with off with Dark ‘Aura’ and strikes against his former friend and partner Ryusuke Taguchi. They both start chopping each other and try to outsmart one another before exchanging quite a bit of holds. All members get in to exchange their set of moves, but Devitt made a good impression here as well the challengers, ‘NO Limit’. This was a really good match, with solid ring work and finally Devitt comes running to hit the ‘Front Dropkick’, before hitting the ‘Bloody Sunday’ followed by the ‘Diving Double Footstomp’, knocking the lights out of Wataru Inoue for the pinfall. The clash is near, it’s only about time to settle it down. Brock Lesnar is a malicious guy who has a characteristic that of a violent man, wearing a suit to the ring and beating the shit out of anyone. It all started at WrestleKingdom IV, where Lesnar attacked Nakamura and challenge for the IWGP Tag Team titles along with Tomoaki Honma. After much of the staring and taunting, the match starts with the usual moves flowing around with some mix of chops. There is always that grudge or passion in New Japan that everyone possesses. Nakamura and Lesnar try out the test of strength, which Brock easily wins and whips Nakamura to the corner thus making some work out of him. Nakamura eventually gets the comeback and the situation soon turns around to the hot tags. All of them eventually had enough tags before Brock Lesnar finally comes in end Toru Yano with the thunderous ‘F-5’ for the win. Winner: [3D Squad] Togi Makabe, Tomoaki Honma, Brock Lesnar. Here we are at the mainevent. Hiroshi Tanahashi, the IWGP heavyweight champion and Kurt Angle its righteous challenger. The 3D Squad and the Seki-Gun seems to have a lot of trouble against each other. 3D squad seems to be rising on the mainevent level pretty fast, with the amount of awesome members they have got. By the time you are reading this, you may have noticed that not only do 3D Squad has problems with Seki-Gun, but with everyone in New Japan as well. Tanahashi and Angle comes out first, circling through and locking it up for good. The tags come in handy and both teams clash against each other. Team 3D and Tenkoji fight it off in a battle of fists and chops, whereas Bard Intentions and Team 2000 fight it off in the ringside. This match had really good qualities with some brawls taking place, receiving some heat from the crowd. The guard rails are everyone’s favorite in New Japan, why not? After much of war gone through we see Kurt Angel locking up the Angle lock for good on Tenzan, making him tap out. Winner: [3D Squad] Kurt Angle, Brother Ray, Brother Devon, Karl Anderson, Giant Bernard. Both young lions made a good impression towards the crowd. Takahashi worked on the legs especially before locking in the [boston Crab] for the submission victory.

~[seki-Gun/Young Lion] Jushin Thunder Liger, Tiger Mask IV, Nobuo Yoshihashi, Ryusuke Taguchi vs. [Great Bash Heel] Gedo, Jado, Kota Ibushi, Yujiro KUSHIDA

Both teams starts up with some light takedowns and offenses. The young lion Yoshihashi goes after Ibushi, working him towards the corner, but Ibushi being the experienced wrestler, reverses Yoshihashi’s strikes and catapaults him before landing a nice looking [super Hurricanrana] from the top rope. The match did have a great flow and solid looking moves from both teams, finally Ibushi ends Yoshihashi with the [Pheonix Splash] for the pinfall.

Winner: [Great Bash Heel] Gedo, Jado, Kota Ibushi, Yujiro KUSHIDA

Kota Ibushi takes the microphone and starts talking about how the competition nowadays lack due to the consistency of the young lions here. Ibushi asks the crowd if they want to see a young lion turn into a real wrestler. He says that real wrestlers can only join “The Great Bash Heel”. He seems to have found the right candidate for this job, he continues to say that he is familiar to us and wants to fight for a reason, just like everyone else in “The Great Bash Heel”. Hiromu Takahashi makes his way down to the ring, taking the microphone from Ibushi, Takahashi starts talking about how Ibushi helped him into the greatest faction of them all, “The Great Bash Heel”. Takahashi says that he is here for one and one thing only and that is “Glory” itself.

~[RISE] Tomohiro Ishii, Masato Tanaka, Hirooki Goto vs. [seki-Gun] Super Strong Machine, Manabu Nakanishi, Claudio Castagnoli

This was a hard fought match with both teams making the best out of the situation. Castagnoli’s strength was used on Ishii, while Ishii used his brawler skills to work on Castagnoli. Both men had near falls and Castagnoli tags in the veterans to take care of the situation. Goto and Tanaka teamed up on Machine and Ishii hits the [Running Lariat] for a near fall. Ishii and Claudio tears the house down before Ishii hits Claudio with the Ishii Driller but still Claudio hangs in there. Both men fought to an absolute best but Nakanishi comes in after Claudio makes an hot tag and so comes in Goto. Finally after an really good match Goto hits Nakanishi with the [Go To Heaven] for the pinfall.

Winner: [RISE] Tomohiro Ishii, Masato Tanaka, Hirooki Goto
Match Rating: 80

In the mind of Ishii runs how to destroy Clastagnoli. Ishii seems to find his arch nemesis, the one who can actually be an equal to him. Ishii cuts a promo saying that he is coming for him and for sure…destroy him.

~[Great Bash Heel/No Limit] Tetsuya Naito & Yujiro Takahashi vs. [seki-Gun/Motor City Machine Guns] Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin © - IWGP Junior Heavyweight Titles.

Both teams know why there are here, and they do know what they are fighting for. Naito and Takahashi sets up the battle, while Shelley and Sabin are on defence mode. The pieces are setting up and Naito hits the dropkick for a near fall on Sabin. Both teams counter wrestle each other before Sabin hits Takahashi with the [Hesitation Dropkick] for 2 counts. Naito and Takahashi sets up for the signature special, but Shelley comes in with the springboard dropkick. After an awesome bout between the two Junior Heavyweights, Motor City Machine Guns comes in around with the [Made in Detroit] but not before hitting the [bullet Point] for the win. Motor City Machine Guns makes number 1 defense of their IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.

~Kazuchika Okada vs. Yuji Nagata – Grudge Match

Nagata has been an mentor to Okada since he joined New Japan. Okada says that Nagata is using Okada’s name in an wrong way to gain fame ever since Okada started becoming the great thing. This argument turns into a heated brawled where Okada tortures Nagata and also unleashes his new finish. Okada and Nagata starts with some light touches and kicks before Nagata makes a takedown followed by the headlock. Nagata does some groundwork but Okada gets back with the heavy strikes on Nagata. The slaps from Okada strikes around the arena, but Nagata counters in with the [Wheel Kick] and tries in for an early finish, but Okada counters in with the [Fireman’s Carry Drop]. Nagata and Okada battle it out again in the corner and this followed to both men Irish whipping each other not before Okada hits the [Running Dropkick]. Okada lifts up Nagata, who counters in into an [Exploder Suplex] for the near fall. Okada has had enough and finally gets in the [German Suplex] for the near fall. Both men continues striking each other and this time Okada hits the [Lariat] twice and pins Nagata out clean.

Winner: Kazuchika Okada
Match Rating: 85

Okada cuts a promo saying that he felt everything Nagata had to offer and he felt everything he had to deliver. Okada gives a menacing smile and starts talking about how great he actually is he says that he is taking over the wrestling world as RISE continues to grow and he sure does want a title around his waist.

~Prince Devitt vs. Mistico © - IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title.

Devitt launches himself onto Mistco at the strike of the bell. Both experienced Junior Heavyweights brings in the best the Junior Division is able to offer. Both warriors fights up to points that brings in severe tension between the crowd. Devitt uses the sneakiest skills he has while Mistico is using risk on his side. Devitt and Misitco gets into several sequences that leads up to Devitt hitting the [Diving Elbow] on Mistico. Mistico counters Devitt’s offenses and hits him with the high flying moves alongside the springboard encounters. The match had great action but at the end it was all at Devitt’s hand who hits in with [bloody Sunday] followed by the [Diving Double Footstomp] for the pinfall. Prince Devitt wins the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title.

Winner: Prince Devitt
Match Rating: 85

The Great Bash Heel comes down to the ring to celebrate Devitt’s victory. Devitt cuts a promo saying that he knew all from the beginning that Misitico does not deserve the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title. Devitt raises the title up and poses before The Great Bash Heel raises their fists up showing the brotherhood clearly.

Somewhere in the arena, Ryusuke Taguchi is watching…

~[RISE] Shinsuke Nakamura, Toru Yano © vs. [3D Squad] Brock Lesnar, Tomoaki Honma – IWGP Tag Team Titles.

Nakamura and Lesnar squares off with heavy striking exchange that leads to the corner. Lesnar knows that he needs to defeat Nakamura at all cost. Lesnar keeps striking heavily but Nakamura keeps ducking. Lesnar is bringing out the Shooter Nakamura, who seems to be focused more than anyone else here today. The strikes comes in with both men blocking each other’s fists. The wrestling moves comes in soon after the suplex from Lesnar connects. The superplex from Nakamura connects and both of them are almost out. The hot tags follow in with Yano and Honma getting in the flow but not before Lesnar and Nakamura comes in to kill each other. Nakamura seems to be doing well, but Lesnar hits the [Piledriver] on Nakamura almost killing him. Nakamura hits the [Landslide] but to effect Lesnar gets back in early and hits in with the Striking Combinations before the Triple German Suplex connects. The first F-5 connects and Nakamura is almost knocked out, Lesnar goes for the second one, but Nakamura counters it with the [Cross Armbar]. Lesnar reaches the ropes. Finally Lesnar makes in the call for the F-5, but Nakamura comes in for a counter, hitting in the Flying Bomaye, Lesnar’s fist connects Nakamura’s chin, and both men are almost knocked out. The Referee ends the match stating that it ended in Draw via double knock out. Nakamura and Yano are still the champs now in reign 2.

~Hiroshi Tanahashi © vs. Kurt Angle – IWGP Heavyweight Title

Angle and Tanahashi starts in with some light holds and leads up to some chain wrestling. The groundwork done by Angle was top – notch. Tanahashi used the support of the crowd and the spirit of his own to fight his way through the hard battle. Tanahashi connects with several [Dragon Screws], but Angle counters and targets Tanahashi’s Ankle following up the working that lead up to the [Angle Lock], but Tanahashi didn’t give up yet. Both men counter wrestles each other leading to the outside where Tanahashi hits the running crossbody onto Angle. Back in the ring, Angle hits the High Angle suplex from the top rope, but Tanahashi kicks out at 2.9. The match flows in heavily with the Tension rising in the air, but Tanahashi makes the comeback with the [slingblade] and follows up the [High Fly Flow] X 3 to finally pin Angle to retain his title. Tanahashi retains the title and is in reign 2.
