shadowmaster Posted October 3, 2018 Author Share Posted October 3, 2018 <p>The reason I ask this is, normally, I sign my workers to written contracts and then send them down to my child companies to work if I want. Well, a couple of them started complaining that they wanted to be brought up, even though they had no popularity etc because I had just signed them.</p><p> So, I figured I'd sign someone to a Developmental contract. I signed them and it looks like the AI automatically assigned the worker to one of my CC's. I was just wondering if anyone knows how it determines where to send them etc.</p><p> Are there any other differences between written and Developmental that I should be aware of?</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Matt_Black Posted October 3, 2018 Share Posted October 3, 2018 When the contract finalization page pops up, there will be a drop down box in the upper right hand corner.
