<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Dead On Arrival</span></strong></p><p>

D.O.A. Pain and D.O.A. Smash</p><p>

Gimmicks: Power and Paint (both)</p><p>

Finishers: Pain - Heart Stopper (Last Ride) and Smash - Crimson Crush (Choke Slam)</p><p>

Tag Team Finishers: Judgment Device (Superbomb, neckbreaker slam combination)</p><p> </p><p>

Dead On Arrival storms into LSW with the sole goal of destroying every other team that dares to set foot in the ring against them. Pain and Smash both are big, mean, and powerful. Their no nonsense attitude fits perfectly with their desire to pummel anybody they cross paths with. While their goal maybe to simply destroy everybody else, that doesn’t mean their sights are not on the gold. It is only a matter of time before Dead on Arrival have goal strapped around their waste.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="tfkR3aq.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/tfkR3aq.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="hmkLteh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hmkLteh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Army of Two</span></strong></p><p>

Reaper and Carnage</p><p>

Gimmicks: Reaper - Enforcer; Carnage - Bad Ass</p><p>

Finishers: Reaper - Silent Nightmare (Clothesline from Hell); Carnage - Alpha-Line (Spear)</p><p>

Tag Team Finisher: The 40th Day (Spear and Clothesline from Hell at the same time)</p><p> </p><p>

Rumor has it that both Reaper and Carnage are former mercenaries who did fought, and killed many around the world. Their trademarked masks started in order to protect their identities when they went on top-secret assassination missions. Now that they are joining their purpose is to capture the tag team belts at any costs. From battlefields, and behind enemy lines, these brothers know what it takes to form a winning team, and will use their years of experience to dominate anybody who gets in their way.</p></div><p></p><p></p>

Finishers: Relik - Darkness Rising (Reverse 450 Splash) and Dragon Lee - Breath of Fire (Phoenix Splash)</p><p>

Tag Team Finisher: Death From Above (Double Air Bournes from opposite corners)</p><p> </p><p>

The silent, mysterious, dark forces of Relik and Dragon Lee invade the LSW ring. But don’t let their silent, brooding nature fool you, these two are two of the most exciting, fast-paced wrestling you will ever see in any ring. Once the bell rings, you don’t want to blink because you could easily miss one of their many high-flying moves. Their quickness is only matched by their sheer willpower to win at any cost, even if that means sacrificing their own bodies to do so... </p><p> </p><p>

"Pretty" Paul Torrence and "Precious" Pat Castle (both by Historian)</p><p>

Finishers: Paul Torrence - Goodnight Kiss (Middle Rope Leg Drop); Pat Castle - Spiked Punch (Swinging Neckbreaker)</p><p>

Another impressive showing, and again TL and Kassius really delivered another show stealing match. I am a little bummed that their feud is over, for now, but I have big plans for Kassius. TL will continue to get good exposure as he was responsible for how good the matches were, it's just Kassius has that menacing factor that makes everybody take notice. </p><p> </p><p>

I was pleasantly surprised with our main event, as Monty really helped to make Cole look good despite his limitations in the ring. Their first showing, Monty barely squeaked out a win, so Cole will be able to find an angle to get another match. I originally wanted to have Dorian interfere and cost Cole the match, but I thought that was a little to predictable so I scrapped that idea. </p><p> </p><p>

Now what I am most excited for is the Faith Tag Team Classic which starts in next month. We have started to run hype videos and and articles on our blog, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube channels in hopes that it picks up some more steam. Unfortunately, our 4 new debuting teams are still green as grass and it really showed in their matches. Luckily some of our more “established” workers are also entering the tournament which should help bring some local hype. </p><p> </p><p>

Kassius makes rather quick work of Monty. He goes to pick up the title when Cole and Dorian enter the ring. They both offer their hand to Kassius, which he goes to shake. Kassius then proceeds to destroy both Cole and Dorian before leaving the ring.

It felt good to finally get home and relax. I usually left the house early in the morning when we had our big shows and it was approaching midnight. Everybody was already sleeping in the house so I didn’t want to bother anybody. I made my way to the kitchen and turned on the Keurig to make myself some coffee. I decided to pull out the IPad, even though I know better and to pull up some of the dirt sheets. TotalWrestling.com was always my go to when it came to wrestling websites, so I figured that would be the best place to start. A few articles talked about the show and overall it seems they liked most of the show, and even saying we outdid some of the bigger companies. That is what I want to see! The boys really pulled through tonight. Despite 4 of the teams making their official tag team debuts, the crowd still seemed to be into them. I was a little disappointed in D.O.A and The Army of Two, but I have to keep reminding myself it was their first official match.

Tabitha and Ms. Buck are coming into their own, I just really need to find something for Ms. Buck to do besides be a pretty Authority figure character. Thomas is consistently getting better on the mic, and even the comments on YouTube and our website are agreeing. Monty and Kassius are also improving, but their sheer menacing quality will always be their go to. I am a little worried that if and when Monty drops the belt he will get lost in the shuffle. I mean he is a straight up menacing, powerhouse, but he lacks the distinct look of Kassius or the mic skills (and look) of Cole. If I can just give him that something extra, I really think he could be our figurehead.

The biggest problem of the night was that Comanche sustained a shoulder injury. The good news was that it wasn’t too serious, as he just texted me before getting home. The bad news was that he was going to miss Thanksgiving to Remember. I think I will do an announcement that Butch is allowed to choose another partner prior to the event. Luckily, he will return for Christmas Bash so it won’t mess up my long-term plans. Now I just need to make sure this card is set and final before emailing to my media guy.

I'm really liking what you're building so far. I'm liking the introduction of tag teams, as I think that will really help the shows and give Mr. Faith more to play with.</p>

I was very pleased with all the boys tonight, they pulled off a great show. While there was some weak spots, mostly the tag matches (as The Prom Kings and D.O.A. are not that over) and Jackson vs Mikey, the show did a good job on getting us continuing to move forward in a positive directions. Tabitha and Ms. Buck continue to grow, but Ms. Buck still lacks that something to get her over as more than a vanilla authority figure. Our storylines are moving along nicely and the boys continue to slowly improve in the ring. I can’t lie I am extremely excited for Kassius vs Monty as the build has been the most talked about on social media since Kassius to Monty that he was next. Let’s just hope the matches and angles live up to all the hype.</p><p> </p><p>

The Faith Classic is coming to a close next month at Christmas Bash so it will be nice to have tag belts and established tag teams to give the crowd some changes in match-ups. Now let’s look at the card for Christmas Bash.</p><p> </p><p>

I am loving the Prom Kings, I just need to get their pop up slightly more as all the new tag teams struggle to put on decent matches. That and they are basically new RtG characters so their skills are not the best either; not that my roster has any real superstars in the ring lol.

Big Kassius with the win! Poor Wild West, I was rooting for 'em!

I really went back and forth between them and Rock City and slightly regretted having Rock City win as I have grown to like Wild West a lot more. I think for the time being Wild West has more potential, long term, than Rock City does as a team. Both Hector and Esteban have really good mic skills and Hector is the only non RtG character on my roster. He was created for a different version of a created company where I gave the guys higher skills and I forgot to delete him from my game and forgot to nerf his stats lol. With that said his stats are not anything super elevated though.

What an exciting and exhausting year it has been. Kassius and Monty closed the year out with the best match to date, plus it was our best show to date! Everybody is starting to come into their roles, and our newest tag teams are slowly getting over with the crowd. I do regret debuting D.O.A. as they are going to lose their menacing, monster quality due to them probably being our poorest workers and not having jobbers to let them squash. I may remedy that in the future and bring in local talent to let some of our bigger guys squash. Hindsight will kill you and if I could start over I would change a few things up, but either way we are headed in the right directions. In 2017 we are going to focus on expanding to another region and I am talking to a local station to try to get out Events on their channel, probably late night or graveyard, but anything would help. I have met the top executive a few times in the past, and he really wants me to do some regular guest appearances on the network in exchange for running my events, so it may happen.

The other part I loved about the end of the year, when I was in SWF was the end of the year awards. Mave Deltzer always did top awards and top 500 workers which usually favored PGHW and SOTBPW but I was hoping we could snag most improved company and a young wrestler of the year award:

2016 Year End Awards:

Wrestler of the Year: Yoshimi Mushashibo

Company of the Year: PGHW

Tag Team of the Year: Kawashima @ Koiso

Match of the Year: Yoshimi Mushashibo defeated Eisaku Kunomasu at PGHW Night of Pride

Show of the Year: SOTBPW EL Día Nacional De Lucha

Young Wrestler of the Year: Jormungund (SOTBPW)

Veteran Wrestler of the Year: Eisaku Kunomasu (PGHW)

Female Wrestler of the Year: Lauren Easter (NOTBPW)

Most Improved Company of the Year: Lone Star Wrestling

Independent Wrestler of the Year: Texas Pete

Manager of the Year: Akahito Miwa (WLW)

Announcer of the Year: Duane Fry (SWF)

Color Commentator of the Year: Emma Chase (SWF)

Referee of the Year: Ric Young (SWF)

While I wasn’t shocked none of my guys made the top 500, I was pleased we won the most improved company, as that should get us some extra fans.

Looking over my emails, I see that TL, Kassius, Logan, and Dorian all are asking me for a meeting, let’s hope nothing too bad has happened, but it’s the end of the year you never know.

Way to win most improved! Two end of year cycles (coming up on a third) and I'm hoping to finally have won it myself! That's a really good first year for LSW. I'm definitely a fan of the crew you're building.

I would love in the second year to see some mini-featurettes on some of the guys. Since they're all created, I think it could be really interesting to have like, mini-docs about each guy, or at least the top guys to give the fans more of a backstory on some of them!

Just my own thought though.

I have definitely thought about doing that but wasn't sure the best way to do it. I did it a little with the tag teams and though about doing WWE style website bios on the workers, due a few at a time but still thinking about it.

I won the most improved award because I jumped sizes which was because I was running weekly "training" shows the first several months before I did my first real event. Also it helps that on the beginning of the first shows I used Christian Faith in angles which greatly raised my angle scores in the beginning.

That's probably fair! I'm happy for you for winning the award! Lone Star Wrestling deserves it!
