Scott Vibert
If the DPI settings and everything are on 96 DPI (which is typically 100%/Normal) you should be able to exit (you may want to restart the computer) and then start the game without that issue. The issue you are seeing typically impacts windows machines where the resolution is allowing a greater DPI than the interface can draw too, resulting in the buttons in the game window, not appearing lined up with the background. GridironGamer
Can the game go full screen at 1920x1080? Settings are at 100% but I'm getting same result as OP.
Scott Vibert
The window is set at 1024x768 resolution. The other thing you can try is to ensure your screen is at a resolution that is a 4:3 ratio with the 100%/Normal font-sizing. Usually the issue you are showing is a scaling issue which is causing the interface to not align with the buttons on the screen. The interface itself is just an image with the hot spots in certain locations. When everything is working they all line up as expected, when you see that the buttons are in the same relative location, but the background image is not showing you where to click properly.
