Fortune Dream Wrestling: A New Breed of King's Road

Breaking news for wrestling fans all around the world as Kenta Kobashi announces the creation of Fortune Dream Wrestling! For those who aren't familiar, Fortune Dream started as Kobashi's self-produced shows ever since his retirement with 5 shows under the banner and all of them taking place in Korakuen Hall. This event was created as a way to celebrate Puroresu and has featured multiple stars of Japanese wrestling such as Kento Miyahara, Daisuke Sekimoto, Kaito Kiyomiya, Go Shiozaki, Shingo Takagi, Io Shirai, Hiroyo Matsumoto, Kairi Hojo and Meiko Satomura along with many others. When asked about why he had decided to open this promotion the legend simply said: "that it was time to unify Japan once again under one promotion and it was time to create a brand new era of King's Road style." And when another question was asked about if foreigners will be including for this promotion he simply replied with a yes and nothing else.

 

No other details were given but Kobashi did say that the roster of FDW will be announced over the next coming days and that the first event will be happening at Korakuen Hall on the second of January 2019. Until Kenta Kobashi announces the card all we have is speculations about who is a part of this brand new promotion.
