Bigpapa42 Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 Many databases have limited options, and when in a region with limited workers, it can be extremellly limiited. To make them eligible, go to the In Game Editor, Workers, then select the Worker. Click on the Business section, then give them a Business Reputation above 0. Make sure the company size for your development fits into what they will own. Adjust the Booking Reputation & Skill above 0 for the person you want to book. They should then be available so long as they can work in that area and aren't too young (not sure what the limit is TBH). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
