Thursday 3 Week, February 2005 Location: TN Kingsport Civic Auditorium Attendance: 1,000 Mike Tenay and Don West greet us from the commentator table and talk about Against All Odds. The two Announcers remind us that tonight we will have two interesting Triple Threat Match between the participants of the match for the NWA Tag Team Titles. <hr></hr> Triple Threat Match Eric Young vs. James Storm vs. Chase Stevens It starts immediately with the first of two Triple Threat Matchs tonight. Of course, eyes will be on Young, who will have to defend Team Canada's honor in this match, without the help of his partner Bobby Roode. But you immediately notice the little experience of Young, who immediately seems to be put in difficulty by the two opponents, to the point of throwing him out of the ring, forcing him out of match for a long time. Scott Hall appears in front into the scene. Hardy is ready for battle, but Hall advises him to spare his strength for Sunday. Because he asked Rhodes to book it in a match against Hardy for AAO, to avenge his friend Kevin Nash, who is at home with a concussion. The former Razor Ramon wishes Hardy good luck, because the Kings Of Wrestling are coming to send him away definitively. <hr></hr> AGAINST ALL ODDS SINGLE MATCH <hr></hr> Tag Team Match Kid Kash & Dallas vs. Hector Garza & Johnny B. Badd Kash and Dallas are looking for a ransom, after the last defeats. On the other hand we have a team, which in recent times is in great shape and has a decent winning streak at Xplosion. Above all, Garza has been unleashed in the last period and he is proving it this evening too. The match ended with a victory of the face, after another mistake by Dallas, who accidentally hits his Tag Team Partner and gives Garza the chance to close with a Frog Splash. <hr></hr>Winners: Hector Garza & Johnny B. Badd Lenght: 06:48 Rating: 56 <hr></hr> The cameras take us into a dark room, where we see a television on. The images look like old DDP matches in WCW. One person is in front of the TV... Raven. The crow does not turn to the cameras, but starts talking anyway, while watching TV and continuing to change VHS. Raven says that it all started from that period. His unconditional hatred for DDP, his desire to eliminate it once and for all. It has always been his nemesis, his shadow, to the point of making him leave the federation of Atlanta, to find himself in other shores. Everything will end on Sunday. Sunday will sweep away DDP. On Sunday the DDP dynasty will end and Raven will reach the pinnacle ... to fulfill his destiny. <hr></hr> Scott Hudson is with Christopher Daniels. Before Hudson can talk, Daniels pulls the microphone from his hands. The Fallen Angel is tired of always having Skipper among the balls. Whenever he is ready to turn the page, there is always Skipper who brings him back. At Against All Odds this situation must end, once and for all. Will defeat Skipper and turn the page. Forgetting the Triple X forever. <hr></hr> Single Match Monty Brown vs. Simon Diamond Little to say about this match. Diamond tries to react to Brown's offensives, but each attempt fails miserably. After four minutes of pure domination, Brown closes with Pounce. <hr></hr>Winner: Monty Brown Lenght: 04:07 Rating: 51 <hr></hr> Monty Brown wants a microphone right away. Alpha Male warns Abyss, because at AAO it will be a bad night for him, because he will face off against the leader of Serengheti. After getting rid of Abyss, he will switch to Jarrett... or Styles. Because Brown is a lone wolf and doesn't need anyone. The Alpha Male does not need aid to reach the prey. <hr></hr> Triple Threat Match Andy Douglas vs. Chris Harris vs. Bobby Roode A more balanced dispute than the first. Here the match is not only contested bilaterally, but plurilateral. Roode does not hold back, on the contrary, he fights on equal terms with his opponents. Harris seems very inspired, in fact more than once he goes close to victory, especially when he hit both opponents with a Spear, but in the end the count stopped at a disappointing two. Let's go into the final stages of the match. Roode momentarily out of the ring. Harris and Douglas are fighting in the ring. After dodging another spear, Douglas performs a Running Tornado DDT. The Naturals member sees the victory in hand, but as soon as he gets back he is hit with a Northen Lariat from behind. Roode goes for the final pin and brings victory home, giving more credibility to the champions, who had lost it with Young's questionable performance. <hr></hr>Winner: Bobby Roode Lenght: 08:58 Rating: 44 <hr></hr> Bobby Roode is still not satisfied and calls Team Canada. The canadians hit Chris Harris and Andy Douglas, but in no time at all, James Storm and Chase Stevens arrive to get even with others and save their partners. Someone pulls out of the ring Petey... CHRIS SABIN! He also joins the party and security arrives. Security men try to quell the fight, but it's very difficult. <hr></hr> The cameras move into the parking lot. Where we find AJ Styles lying on the ground. It was thrown against his car, in fact we see the shattered windshield. As if someone had cast Styles against it. We notice that someone is in front of AJ... JEFF JARRETT AND ABYSS! The NWA World Champion smiles with satisfaction and congratulates his monster for their work. Jarrett walks away with his soldier, while AJ is still on the ground holding his ribs, due to the hard blow he previously suffered. .................................................. Rhodes promises an Impact of fire, in fact tonight there will be very juicy news for Destination X. Last week, he promised Jarrett, that Destination X won't be a good night for him and he keeps thinking of it. Then invite Jarrett and Monty Brown to show up in the ring, because now he will reveal his plan. Then invite both wrestlers to the game square. First comes Monty Brown, then Jeff Jarrett, accompanied by Kid Kash and Abyss. Rhodes says he didn't invite Kash and Abyss, but he's happy anyway, because he has news for the monster too. The DOA reiterated that Brown, beating Abyss at Against All Odds, earned a shot for the NWA Title. He is a man of his word and promised it to Alpha Male. But ... he wants to make it more difficult for Jarrett. Because he was wrong twice in the previous weeks and he is tired. So he decided that at Destination X, Jarrett will defend the title against Brown... but they won't be alone. In fact the title will be defended in a Tag Team Match. Jeff Jarrett will team up with his monster Abyss, while Monty Brown will be paired, with a wrestler who has shown so much to Against All Odds and who has earned a big spot in the next Main Event... ... So the Killer invites Hardy to show up in the ring, so everyone will see if he can kick Nash's ass. The Charismatic Enigma is not long in coming and has a steel chair in hand. Hardy takes the floor and says he has a great desire to get in the ring to smash this chair on Nash's forehead, but he has talked to some friends and advised him not to, since he is not in the best condition yet. He talked to the doctors and found that he will recover 100% on the day of Destination X. Then Hardy brakes his hot spirits and challenges Nash for Destination X. Young tries to react, but every attempt is useless. Let's go into the final stages of the match. After dodging yet another shot from Young, Douglas strikes the Canadian with an clothesline. Douglas is ready to close the fight, but is distracted by... Michael Shane, Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks who applaud Douglas sarcastically. The young wrestler gets distracted, Young takes advantage and closes him in a Roll Up! D'Amore holds Young's legs! 1... 2... 3! Eric Young wins this match, which seemed already lost! Douglas is desperate and is consoled by his tag team partner. <hr></hr>Winner: Eric Young Lenght: 07:33 Rating: 43 <hr></hr> Scott Hudson welcomes America's Most Wanted. The match seems to end, but Storm with the last strength, hits Abyss with a Superkick and manages to tag his partner. Harris enters like a fury and stretches both Abyss and Jarrett. Harris is a fury and wants to close the match, in fact he hits Abyss with a Spear. To his misfortune, Jarrett drags the referee out of the ring and sends him to the ground. As usual, Jarrett wants to use some impropriety to escape defeat, but this time he is not lucky, because DDP arrives and hit him with an clothesline. It's not over in the ring yet. Abyss got up and took Harris by the throat. Storm returns to help his partner tag team and hit the monster with another Superkick. To close the match, the AMW perform a Sudden Death.
