I am playing with the RealWorld mod and picked KOTC which was ranked at #24 from the start, I only changed recovery rate to less severe and every other setting is default. After 3 years of constantly getting talent stolen and having to hire a bunch of new talent almost monthly, I brought my company to High Level Regional and ranked #8. Now I have the power of hiring fighters exclusively and I could not be more thrilled! Stealing away talent from UFC, Bellator, One and pretty much anyone that has talent I like! It took a while and a lot of work but the revenge is so sweet and worth it! Best part is not many of the big star have retired! Mwahaha, now time to take down the big dogs!
