Yoshi Oshiro's Mansion - Kyoto, Japan

Onji Takahashi (better known as Burning EXILE), the head booker of EXODUS 2010 sits on the balcony outside of Oshiro's mansion, awaiting him. Onji is the head booker of EXODUS 2010, and is essentially their star wrestler, ending up the first ever World Junior Heavyweight Champion.

He was called in January 2010 by multiple men at a time, to ask about the interest of booking EXODUS 2010. The unusualness of these calls and how he ended up working alongside media-shy and mysterious Yoshi Oshiro still remains unknown, but he has arguably found his best role in EXODUS and has no plans to stop.

However, it was time for the yearly New Years Day council meeting with Oshiro. Except there was one problem. Where was Oshiro? Onji had gained a key to one of many mansions from Oshiro in 2011, and still has no idea how the company has gained so much money over the years.

"Sorry I'm late." Yoshi Oshiro finally arrives, the mysterious businessman who is very media-shy but holds a big amount of wealth that he's carried into EXODUS2010. Not much is known about him, but he is the owner of the company and is unsurprisingly not the best figure to talk to behind the scenes. Onji looks over to Yoshi who's finally arrived, and stands up. Onji never takes his mask off, even in front of his own boss, who probably has no idea what he looks like under the mask.

"I've been waiting, Yoshi." Onji says, watching as Yoshi fully comes out to the balcony. "I'm sure you were." Yoshi responds, "I've just been, so busy. But let's get down to business shall we?" Yoshi says. Onji looks to Yoshi and nods.

Onji sits down, as well as Yoshi. Yoshi holds two glasses and offers Onji some alcohol to calm down the nerves. "I'd say 2015 went well." Onji continues, "We had to deal with the untimely retirement of second-in-command Silver Shibanuma a few months prior, but our young core continued to put on entertaining performances. We're currently working with a solid midcard. Tsuneyo Yanagimoto and Masao Tsubouchi we want to keep firm near the World Junior Heavyweight Championship, while me, Joshuya, and Silver Shark are slowing down in age.

Yoshi looks to Onji and nods, "I think we currently have a good track record of keeping our workers happy, and I think it's time to bring in some newer stars. We can ask our friends in Modern Japan if they're fine with us getting some of their guys on contract as well as looking into places like Black Canvas Grappling."

Onji sits there, pondering. "Actually, that's a great idea Yoshi. We may not be able to gain anyone from BCG, but I'm sure our friends in Modern Japan will have no issue with letting us sign some of their guys."

Onji continues, "Let's put pen to paper and continue planning. With all the money we have at our disposal, I can just tell this will be a good year for us. I'll get back to working and put together a list of wrestlers I want to sign."

Yoshi looks at Onji with a smirk on his face, he puts his cigar down and takes a sip of his drink. "That's exactly what I want to hear Onji." Yoshi gets up and shakes hands with Takashita, "To a great 2016 my friend."

After they shake hands, Yoshi walks back inside of the mansion and heads off to do more work. Onji gets to his feet, satisfied with the meeting. But now it's time to start meeting with wrestlers and gaining some names.

OOC: I am really fond of Puroresu in both real life and the CornellVerse and I was also heavily inspired by the BCG scenarios from Dark_Raider and southside_hitmen collectively. EXODUS 2010 is a company that really doesn't get touched on by people (doesn't even have it's own company thread!) but I've decided to try and let it shine with a scenario I am pretty excited to run.

<div style="text-align:left;">Kita, Narahashi, and KAZ are all both notable for their work in Pro Wrestling SAISHO, the former feeder league of PGHW. Kita and Narahashi form the team of Black Iron Corps, and Kita is the current SAISHO Destiny Champion, standing at the top of the company as of now.

Motoyuki Miyake is perhaps the most unrecognizable name on this list, but comes in with an extensive background of Muay Thai as well as possessing some of the most dangerous ground-wrestling skills seen in Japan. It'll take him awhile to reach his full potential and hone his skills, but he is far from not already a force to be reckoned with.

Alongside him are both Razan Okamoto and Stone Yoshikawa. Okamoto is known for his work in Black Canvas Grappling, where he is the most recent winner of the Yoshifusa Maeda Grand Prix. The most known name on here to most fans would be Stone Yoshikawa, who still currently works in Pride and Glory Honor Wrestling. Yoshikawa has been over to all over the world and hopes to bring what he's learned to those of EX2010.</div>

Pretty Okakura scored a victory over Kaoru Shibasawa and even through the controversy of the pinfall, EX2010 owner Yoshi Oshiro says he likes Okakura's fire and has decided to give him the title match against Shibasawa anyways.

-Deemed to be KAZ's first test since coming into the company, he goes up against Super Joshuya who is for sure a threat to be reckoned with at the top of EX2010. If KAZ gets a win over Joshuya there could potentially be big things for him.

Silver Shark and Orange Tsuchie vs Massive Thunder (Commander Kawagishi and Shimpei Horose)

-Orange Tsuchie and Shimpei Horose are clashing at blows again, but this time they've brought some friends with them. Horose and Kawagishi is undoubtedly one of EX2010's best tag teams, and Silver Shark and Orange Tsuchie have never teamed before, so this will for sure be tough battle on the behalf of Silver Shark and Orange Tsuchie, but maybe they can pull it out as Tsuchie holds a victory over Horose.

With the match over, backstage Orange Tsuchie didn't look so happy about the loss, but Silver Shark assured him that he put up a good fight and not to worry for now, but would love to team with Tsuchie again in the future.

This was a great way to showcase KAZ and Joshuya definitely looked shellshocked after taking the loss to a younger and lower on the totem pole opponent like KAZ.

This was a competitive tag team match, with The Revengers battling for the order of EX2010 against the Pro Wrestling SAISHO mainstays of the Black Iron Corps.

It looked like the sheer experience of a team like The Revengers would get them the win and retain their tag belts once more, the sheer skill and talent of Black Iron Corps as singles wrestlers and now tag team wrestlers was enough to get them the win, and become new World Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships.

Musashi and Japanese Phoenix debated where they would be after this, contemplating going back for their belts or even going for the All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Both Shibasawa and Okakura not only had to fight for the All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship, but prove to themselves, the crowd, and EX2010 management why they truly belong in the company.

It wasn't a war by any means, but a simple, traditional way of just showing, who truly is the best out of these two. Despite both having a mindset to win with different ways of achieving it, it was Kaoru Shibasawa who came out on top, retaining his belt.

Okakura will live to fight another day, and although he doesn't have the singles gold around his waist right now, he can always rely on Shirai Yanagawa to run alongside with to try and gain the World Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.

Burning EXILE knows he is aging, in which lead to the first two time EX2010 World Junior Heavyweight Champion putting his all in to gain the belt for a third time. This was a true battle of the old guard against the young guard, showcasing the former star, against the current one.

These men threw everything at each other, and at the end after reserving a desperate Exile Driver attempt, it was Tsuneyo Yanagimoto who got Burning EXILE up and down for the Mikado Bomb to retain his belt.

But retaining the EX2010 Junior Heavyweight Championship just wasn't enough, in fact it was far from enough for Yanagimoto. While celebrating his victory, he wasn't aware of the uninvited guest who came down to the ring and confronted Yanagimoto.

Razan Okamoto of BCG fame stood in the ring, across from Yanagimoto where the two stared off. Yanagimoto raised up his belt in front of Okamoto, who just simply gave off a smirk and pat him on the shoulder.

Okamoto motioned that he wanted Yanagimoto's belt, and just like that, Okamoto has already made an impactful debut and had many of the fans on the edge of their seat, wondering what would happen then and there. Perhaps the seeds have been planted for a match between Tsuneyo Yanagimoto and Razan Okamoto?

What ever happens, the fans will know next month when Okamoto makes his in-ring debut, but for now they get a closing view of these two staring off to cap up Aura of The Dragon, a successful first big event for the start of the year.

A bit shocking, but despite having some pretty different predictions, both southside_hitmen and Historian have tied, which allows both of them to give me a wrestler (or tag team) with the max size of Lightweight, gajins are allowed to sign to EX2010!

Aura of The Dragon was pretty successful and hopefully I will be able to get out February's version of Young Lions which will follow for the card for the next show.

With Yanagimoto working with the man he beat last month, Burning EXILE a lot of confidence rose on the side of the champions, but the outsiders including new tag team champions Black Iron Corps brought a whole different side that neither Yanagimoto, Joshuya, or EXILE had seen before. In the end, it was Okamoto who scored a crushing pinfall over Yanagimoto to earn a title shot. After the match ended, the two stared down.

Masao Tsubouchi defeated Orange Tsuchie 68 C+

This match was merely a test to see if Orange Tsuchie was on the level with some of EX2010's best, where on many occassions he almost came out with the win and definitely earned the respect of a former World Junior Heavyweight Champion.

Kuemon Hotta and Massive Thunder (Commander Kawagishi and Shinpei Horose) defeated X Calibre and HUSTLE-X (Shirai Yanagawa and Pretty Okakura) 56 C-

The more experienced group of wrestlers come out on top here in this quick six-man tag team match.

KAZ, Stone Yoshikawa, and Blade Kimiyama defeated Silver Shark and DISCO Boys (Kaii Hanari and Kokei Shoda) 57 C-

Simple tag match, with exception of KAZ gaining some pretty big credibility by scoring the pinfall over Silver Shark.

Mercury and The Revengers (Masashi and Japanese Phoenix) defeated Rusher Kogo and The Legion (Tobei Sugimura and Isamu Kitumija) 49 D+

The former tag team champions get a minor win alongside Mercury over another established tag team and wrestler.

Hyotaru and Kaoru Shibasawa defeated Motoyuki Miyake and Naoya Shinozaki 40 D-

Despite not getting his team the win, Naoya Shinozaki made it clear he wanted a shot at Shibasawa's All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship and nearly came to blows with Shibasawa over it after the match ended. Needless to say, we now know who's next in line.</div>

Coming here as part of EX2010's shakeup of new wrestlers, it was Razan Okamoto who's arguably made one of the biggest impacts, immediately declaring his challenge for Yanagimoto, and then pinning him clean in the middle of the ring the next month. Both men are odds on favorite in this massive title match.

Two wrestlers who are looking to prove themselves, with the thoughts of winning the All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship can push either of them out of the midcard.

KAZ and Stone Yoshikawa vs Burning EXILE and Hyotaru

This is merely a test for Hyotaru, to see how he can mesh with the veteran in Burning EXILE up against KAZ and Stone Yoshikawa, who are both looking to make a big impact in EX2010, KAZ already boasts pinfalls over Super Joshuya and Silver Shark, and his credibility would go to an all new level if he can beat Burning EXILE.

Masao Tsubouchi leads a team of two of EX2010's best tag team wrestlers, while it is surprisingly Orange Tsuchie leading the team along with two decorated wrestlers in EX2010. We saw what Orange Tsuchie and Masao Tsubouchi could do against each other at Young Lions II, but now it's time to see who is the better to work in tag action.

Kaoru Shibasawa © defeat Naoya Shinozaki in 14:52 to retain the EX2010 All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship when Shibasawa pinned Shinozaki with the Tornado DDT 48 D+

This was a pretty underwhelming title match, and when Shibasawa gets to the back, he apologizes for the poor showing, and promises that when he defends next month, he will showcase himself better.

Shinozaki comes to the back, disappointed in himself for losing the biggest chance he's had in his entire career. Promises to improve and maybe one day he'll be back for the All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Black Iron Corps brag about their retaining of the EX2010 World Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships, and although they may be outsiders, they are ready to take over EX2010 for many many years.

The Legion are proud of their showing and think they really fought for EX2010 and represented well, but unfortunately did not win. Sugimura and Kitumija agree to focus on their singles work after this once more, with eyes on the All Asia Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Tsuneyo Yanagimoto © defeated Razan Okamoto in 21:28 to retain the EXODUS World Junior Heavyweight Championship when Yanagimoto pinned Okamoto with a Mikado Bomb. 75 B-

An extremely grueling battle between both men, Yanagimoto and Okamoto went back and forth. With Yanagimoto bringing in his predominant junior-high flying style, it was almost essentially no match for Okamoto's strong style and hard hitting style.

Okamoto outstriked Yanagimoto, and was essentially beating him to a pulp at times. Okamoto showed no remorse, but he didn't go to end the match. Unfortunately, that's what cost him, and allowed Yanagimoto to come back, and get in some of his signature aerial manuevers over Okamoto.

These moves would have any other wrestler out for three, but not Okamoto, who was dominating the beginning of the match. With Yanagimoto trying his best to stay in the match and imitate the striking of Okamoto, it started to become a problem when Yanagimoto soundly proved that he really was a threat.

Okamoto went to set up for his patented Brainbuster with a lariat, only for Yanagimoto to duck under and hit an Inverted Tornado DDT. Yanagimoto went up to the top rope, where he hit a brutal Frog Splash, only for two.

Yanagimoto knew what he had to do, and after a failed attempt at the Mikado Bomb, Okamoto shoved Yanagimoto into the ropes and nailed a brutal lariat straight to the head. Okamoto picked up Yanagimoto, and tried lifting him for the Brainbuster, only for Yanagimoto to slip out from behind Okamoto and hit a killer German Suplex

He held onto Okamoto and pulled him back to his feet, shoving him into the ropes, so he could pull him in for yet another Mikado Bomb attempt. Okamoto slipped out, went for a lariat, Yanagimoto ducked, and hit Okamoto with an enzuigiri to the back of the head. Yanagimoto watched Okamoto rise and went for a Handspring Cutter, only for Okamoto to catch Yanagimoto with a backbreaker.

The finish was in the head of both men, and when Okamoto thought he was the first one to hit it, to get the match done, Yanagimoto pulled Okamoto in for a flash small package, narrowly getting a kick out before three. Both men got up and traded strikes, and that's when Yanagimoto nailed Okamoto with a stiff thrust kick to the jaw, followed by a corkscrew kick to the side of the face, and then a Tiger Suplex. Yanagimoto pulled Okamoto up after the brutal sequence, and hoisted Okamoto up for the Mikado Bomb. With the fans fully on the side of Yanagimoto, the ref hitting the mat for the third time was a very satisfying pop.

Backstage, Yanagimoto thanked the fans for their support and is glad to still be the reigning EX2010 World Junior Heavyweight Champion. With Burning EXILE and now Razan Okamoto out the window, he wonders who will be next to step up on the plate.

Following the match, an irate Okamoto comes backstage. He says that he's not happy about the match result and thinks that he could've done a few things better and he would have gold around his waist, but thanks Yanagimoto for the tough and entertaining matchup.

EX2010 March Schedule Changed!</div>

By now, since the start of the year, EX2010 has notoriously been known for their monthly shows producing "Young Lions", which gives a general overview of the build up for the big event that month.

This month in March, the upcoming big event has been bumped to the end of the month instead of occurring in Week 2. Along with this have been the announcement of two more build-up shows following Young Lions III, VORTEX and EXCEL.

These two shows will be much more lower scale compared to Young Lions, with only a 90 minute run-time. The big events for the month of March will be EX2010 In The Dragon's Shadow, which leads us straight to EX2010 Enter The Dragon's Temple.

Also, this month will also feature the debuts of a handful of new signings to EX2010, including wrestlers from SAISHO as well as two new gajins never been to Japan before. These wrestlers have yet to be revealed, but the plan is to have all of them showcased on at least one of the five shows planned for the month of March.
