Game won't work for me.

Hi, I bought and downloaded the full game but the shortcut on my desktop doesn't work. The demo worked and I could play the game there but not for the full game. The game window doesn't pop up. Not sure if there is a problem on my end. Appreciate the help.

It's probably elicense related in that case. What does it do exactly when you double-click on the desktop icon?

It doesn't do anything. The game display doesn't pop up. Which is weird because when I played the demo everything worked fine. You are probably right that it is a elicense thing. I typed in the e-license code from my email after the purchase to see if the downloading it from there would work or specifically the display would pop up but nadda. I also downloaded it from the main greydog hub but same thing download works fine but nothing pops up. I click on the shortcut the arrow from the mouse does the spinning blue circle for about three seconds and then nothing. Weird.
