We was really excited for this one. During the night myself, Doug and the rest of the team started planning for 2021 and how Pro Wrestling Manchester will change going forward. These are exciting times and we can't wait to share them with you all. At the end of the post I will leave a poster for one event we will book for 2021 and it's our biggest yet! <img src="https://i.ibb.co/q5pTNH3/UPRISING-1.png" alt="D4-S92q-GXs-AAJMMW" border="0" width="400"> Show Rating 48 Sell out Main Event Contenders match Cara Noir Vs Timothy Thatcher The Main event of the night was a match with the winner getting a shot at Zack Sabre Jr. The bookies favorite on paper was Thatcher, but the Cara Noir continued his great rise this year in the UK and won the match to become number one contender. Winner: Cara Noir 50 Showcase Championship Kyle Fletcher Vs Scotty Davis In Kyle Fletcher's first defense the Aussie Arrow defeated Scotty Davis to keep of of the Showcase Championship. Winner: Kyle Fletcher 41 Women's Championship Martina vs Lana Austin Manchester's Own Lana Austin had the opportunity to take the Women's title from Martina and both women had a decent match with the fans firmly behind both. In the end it was Martina who pinned Lana Austin for the win. Winner: Martina 46 Joe Nelson and Chris Ridgeway Vs Anti-Fun Police In a rematch from last month The Anti-fun Police defeated Nelson and Ridgeway when Dunne pinned Ridgeway Winners: Anti-fun Police 37 Chuck Mambo Vs Spike Trivet Spike Trivet carried on his winning streak by defeating the ever fun Chuck Mambo. Winner Spike Trivet 37 Joe Hening vs Luke Jacobs Luke Jacobs had a big chance here when we went against a Second Generation and former WWE Superstar Joe Hening. Luke Jacobs showed how good he is and battled all the way, but in the end it Davey Boy Smith Jr. helped Joe Hening win the match and then beat down Jacobs and his partner Ethan Allen who was at ringside. Cara Noir showed why everyone is talking about him with some great wrestling with the best technical wrestler there is in Zack Sabre Jr. The end of the match saw Zack force Noir to tap out to the Article 50 submission for the win Winner: Zack Sabre Jr./B] 63 Showcase Championship Kyle Fletcher Vs Lewis Girvan Kyle Fletcher's reign as Showcase Champion didn't last very long as Lewis Girvan was able to defeat the Aussie Arrow and become the new Showcase Champion. Winner: Lewis Girvan 47 Women's Championship Martina vs Millie McKenzie Millie McKenzie had the opportunity to dethrone the current Women's Champion Martina and the female suplex machine nearly walked away with the title but Martina managed to hit the Satellite DDT for the win Winner: Martina 50 Chris Ridgeway Vs Chief Deputy Dunne After The Anti-fun Police defeated Nelson and Ridgeway last month The chief and Ridgeway battled in singles competition. It was "Smash Mouth" Ridgeway who picked up the win. Winners: Chris Ridgeway 46 Dani Luna Vs Lizzy Styles Vs Bobbi Tyler These three young ladies had a contenders match to face the Women's champion at Uprising 12. It was Bobbi Tyler who got the win over Lizzy Styles.. Winner Bobbi Tyler 50 Young Guns Vs Perfect Dynasty After Luke Jacobs and Ethan Allen were beat down last month by Joe Hening and Davey Boy Smith Jr. the Young Guns had the opportunity to battle the Perfect Dynasty tonight. Hening and Smith are a team we are going to enjoy having in PWM and they showed the Young Guns that by wining the match and making a statement! There was quite a few new promotions that opened up in the area and we are glad we are one of the many who are still going and gaining followers. It terms of what we have achieved we are pleased that we were able to push Wrestlers like Joe Nelson, The Anti-Fun Police and The Young Guns, We are happy with how we have had Zack Sabre Jr. stand tall with the PWM Championship and are delighted with having names such as Timothy Thatcher and Tyler Bate Wrestle for our fans. 2021 looks to be a bright future for us and we have so much planned out. Like we announced we are going to be running two shows a month now. The extra show will be a monthly show called Tuesday Night Graps where we can showcase the Young Lions of wrestling and there will be another monthly show with different names.
