Tony Khan said he felt like his life was in danger

So i'm guessing

CM Punk / Jack Perry - Hatred

CM Punk / Tony Khan - simmering tenson

CM Punk / Miro - simmer tenson

i don't know anyone else involved

The Miro/Punk thing has been debunked already. They were joking around.

- Real1 is signed to NJoA / NJPW

- WWE Women's World needs to be switched to Brand 1

- WWE Women's needs to be switched to Brand 2

- CBS, 10 Bold, The CW needs to be under "Paramount Global" media group

- William Regal WWE contract needs a 5% merch cut, instead of 25%

also MIZUKI popularity needs a slight boost, her whirling candy move has apparently blew up on TIKTOK / social media with one her highlight videos reaching 11 million views and 1million likes. having her as a champion has really been a great move for the company

The CW is now majority owned by Nexstar Media Group.  Should be separate.

Nanae was literally working out with Kairi at Kairi's gym today?

Bro's post was loading since 2015 😁

Anyway, so I'm not just here to quip:

-Suwama and Minoru are out of Voodoo Murders (Minoru has been out since December and is now using his full name in AJPW).

-Evolution is now a stable again.

-Dunno how you're gonna handle the Saki Akai situation. Might be worth it to add a women's division to AJPW then again she might already lose the belt by October 1st.

-60 Seconds is disbanded in GLEAT. Keiichi Sato is now with BGI

-Issei Onizuka is now with Yan's Family.

-Oji Shiiba seems to be out with a knee injury.

Would be neat just because they're unique, but they're more suitable for an expansion than full inclusion imo. They've been completely irrelevant forever, none of their talent goes anywhere and this show is going to do nothing for them because nobody watching is interested in OVW as a show, it's the backstage drama that's interesting

The litmus test for these sorts of things is always do people still care in a few months time. If they capitalize on the groundswell of fans coming from this then fair enough but if they've slid back to where they were pre documentary then it's probably not worth the time Quest and the team will put in to get up to speed and stat the people working there.

I think there is an argument that the promotion will be more desirable to play and relevant than over 50% of the promotions on the august version.

Temporarily maybe so but considering I'd be the one who'd have to start watching and researching OVW, I'm gonna need them to be relevant for longer than like one week to bother putting in the effort it would take to add them

Some Japan Notes:

AWG:

Asahi left Ice Ribbon and is now exclusively working for AWG

AJPW:

AJPW and DDT now have a working relationship

Ryuki Honda left Gungnir Of Anarchy and is now in a tag team with Yuma Anzai

Yuma Anzai could use a big boost to his stats and popularity. Despite being a rookie he already is a main eventer and has pinfall wins over CIMA, Takao Omori, Shotaro Ashino, Manabu Soya, Suwama and Yutaka Yoshie.

Yuji Nagata finished his AJPW dates and is now back full time in NJPW

Kenoh and Manabu Soya finished their AJPW dates in June so those contracts can be deleted

Hideki Suzuki and Fuminori Abe are booked for a lot of AJPW dates coming forward, maybe they should have a contract with them

GLEAT:

SB KENTo and Takuma Fujiwara are now in GLEAT and are making their debut in October. They are also working regularly in AAA and have made tape recently, so maybe they should also have AAA contracts.

BJW:

Foreigners Remington Rhor, AKIRA, Tempesta and Leyton Buzzard have started touring with them

Hideki Suzuki is back working with BJW, so maybe he should have a contract

Mad Man Pondo and Necro Butcher are back in BJW and will be touring there for the foreseeable future

Takuho Kato announced his retirement. His last show will be on the 28th of September

NOAH:

Chris Ridgeway left mid tour and vacated the Junior Heavyweight Tag Titles. He has also announced that he will only take booking in the UK for the time being.

Manabu Soya created a youtube channel and there he announced that he is married to joshi wrestler Koharu Hinata

Dragon Gate:

Takuma Nishikawa made his long awaited Dragon Gate debut after wrestling and training in Mexico for a year. He is being treated as a main eventer and has gone undefeated since his debut, with big pinfall wins over Dragon Dia, U-T and Jacky Funky Kamei

In the Open The Voice Gate podcast, the hosts who know people inside the company said that the higher ups in Dragon Gate are mad that SB KENTo and Takuma Fujiwara started working for GLEAT and that the little chance that they had of returning is now gone

On the same podcast a couple of months ago, Dragon Gate English Commentator Jae said that GLEAT exists in part to kill Dragon Gate. So that tells you what people inside the company think of GLEAT

Not at home so can't check the most recent data, but Bryan Danielson and Tony Khan should have Strong Friendship at least. They both gush about how good of friends they've become. Bryan said even if he never wrestles again, he'd still talk to TK on a regular basis because he's been there for Bryan during injuries and just providing general support to Bryan and his family. Definitely seems worth adding imo
