Obviously in TEW2016 they didn't have things like broadcast style or as many broadcast types, so I just put companies on networks that suited their size.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> This did not work in TEW2020. I knew it wouldn't, but didn't realise how bad it was, pretty much every company got dropped by it's broadcaster first chance it got. The ZEN's, other than original, got dropped from The ZEN Network, CEW and AE in Australia both dropped, NOTBPW were on a mainstream broadcaster and a kids TV channel, of course dropped. SNP and BOH were on mainstream broadcasters, dropped. I think it was SOTBPW on pure sports network, dropped etc. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> So, I have spent the last 4 days at work (shush, don't tell anyone) doing about 30 test games where the broadcast deals all got set to end either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. I have created a couple of dozen new games to see who will neotiate with who, realistic deals you can get financially etc. I tweaked the broadcasters I made to fix issues, so BBV and BBv-Online are now no focus, that sorts SNP. The Women's network were dropping AAA despite owning them, that's been sorted. I moved CEW to "The Bloke Network" as they are small and adult, and moved AE from The Bloke Network to the only new broadcaster I created, a medium mainstream style company called M.A.T.E. If anyone follows what I did with the Australian scene then they'll know that suits the situation more anyway.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Pretty much every company got moved, but nothing crazy. You won't see companies who were on small networks now on huge one's, they've all stayed same level, but now on the right style. The only changes I made to default broadcasters are that The A.S.N. who own RAW now allow Medium companies, as RAW seem to end up that way and they should not drop their own company. C.A.N.N. now allow medium too, again because SWF start at medium and they have a long history. Reverie now allow small companies, but only 2 companies at a time, so that it reflects the fact they purchased MAW and air their shows.</p><p> </p><p> Most recent tests show the game is running so insanely smoothly I'm genuinely surprised. No shock droppings of companies, everyone getting renewed realistically (have twice now seen companies in a slump not get renewed, so it's working great as nearly all are but shows some can still struggle) at same time I have seen companies leave their current broadcaster for a better one at end of contract, again to show they are growing in game or also they have grown since they signed the deal they start on.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Anyone who is looking to play a save with this should download the update before as it will make things much better for long-term saves. Honestly it seems completely playable already, but for the extra details in attributes and popularity, things like title prestige and descriptions etc. mean it's still not quite at full release. But it is certainly playable!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> One other note, that Munit will be happy about, even though I am still going through workers I have mass edited all current road agents I haven't got round to yet to have 100 experience. I know a lot of people will want to stick to the canon version on the CornellVerse but with a couple of weeks still until full release I am hoping people check this out, if for no other reason than to just past the time.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> I really think people should check this out, it is still the BETA version of the conversion but there is so much to see, with 28 extra active promotions, over 500 extra workers compared to TEW2016 (2020 new workers will be added eventually as I don’t want to just import them randomly, need to fit them into the game world. Still got some kinks to workout, mainly with finances, but that might have to wait until longer testing is available I am not looking forward to going through every single worker again to sort out things like attributes and looking at experience and stuff, but hey, I will because I am sadly dedicated haha Shout out to Munit too, thanks for the intro pic! Did a storyline where Eric Eisen just doesn't have "it" anymore... and wanted to prove that he's going to take the world championship again. What happens? He faces Atom Smasher and loses a major upset. It turns into a thing where Eisen is more so losing against himself, rather then Smasher. So far have Smasher beaten him twice, I wanna push my favorite super hero into the Major Star spot, and probably give him a world title run. Idk what it is about him that I like so much. Price is guaranteed to stay so it makes it more fun and like Lavelle said, you can build your company around him. It's a really fun promotion to play with. Lots of good companies in Canada, however this one is its own piece in the scheme of things... waiting to take over Would love for someone to do a Dynasty as QPW tbh.
