Oh man, you have no idea how frustrating it is not being able to work on it! Everyone else is playing the game, I'm waiting for my laptop and itll beca fix after that when the mod is done, who knows when I'll actually be able to do a save! I know they are in the picture folder, I have looked them up and the other mods I have (yet to debut cverse and killing the business) don't have this issue, they just don't seem to all transfer across. I'm not technical, but you wouldn't think that would make a difference!</p><p> </p><p> Once again I am glad people are enjoying the mod, and I enjoy the Christian Price love!</p><p> </p><p> Maybe I'm egotistical but the feedback does keep me motivated, it was horrible going through the workers updating them for the new game. Each one I go in I look at popularity and based in (not they are more specific by region) experience, physical condition (as they have been slightly reworked too) gimmicks (again, they are more specific in 2020) and then attributes</p><p> </p><p> To do that I have my kids laptop hooked up to my girlfriends work monitor, with the default 2020 database loaded up. I then have my laptop with TEW2016 version of this mod and 2020 version of this mod loaded up. I didn't want to just copy the TEW2020 attributes for each worker as some guys have been reworked (a few timid, none sociable guys are now "people person" or guys who had 90+ babyface but 50 heel ability are now "better as heel" for example) so I have to go through all three versions of the worker to decide the attributes for him.</p><p> </p><p> It's a real slog, one day I worked for hours, most of the day with breaks obviously, got 90 workers done!
