I'm fast forwarding to January 2021 and need things like pregnancies, injuries and personal reasons to be removed but I cant find it? TeemuFoundation Posted May 2, 2020 Share Posted May 2, 2020 In-game? You can't. You can disable "Random Incidents" and Injuries from happening through your User Preferences, though. But you can't remove existing hiatuses, injuries, etc. that have already taken place in your save game. Unless I misunderstood your question, in which case I apologize.
