Also I do think they look at the company as a whole and how they would fit. You normally have to offer a LOT more to entice someone from a bigger company. Think of it this way.</p><p> </p><p> If you're offering 30% of their merch, which is $1m a year total, they get $300k.</p><p> </p><p> If a bigger company is only offering 25%, but they shift $3m a year, that is $750k. </p><p> </p><p> Don't underestimate that Merch cut money.</p>
