Apparently the Auto Booker has got a pretty big overhaul in Patch 1.08. Looking forward to testing it out once I get into work this morning. I've bought TEW'20, but I really don't intend to play it until the start of next year, when a bucket-load of patches has been released. Yeah, it does seem to be improved. More variety in the segments and more workers in angles. it is still trending a little long in angle length (~8 mins), but that's readily fixed. It will still take me about 5 to 10 minutes to "polish up" those cards, but at least they're perfectly useable starting points. The cards churned out pre-1.08 with 15 to 20 minute angles and three matches per card were just utter rubbish that took me forever to have to fix. Now if only the AI booking could be fixed. They're still filling cards with single-worker angles and spamming the same tag matches and results over and over. I'm just pretending it's an early access release, and fiddling around until they are patched up. There's been a lot of progress made, to be fair - it's just a shame so much got through testing. It's not in any sort of order of priority. It will be updated as I go along. An idea not appearing here does not mean it isn't being considered, only that it isn't planned for a patch in the near future. There is no exact timeframe on any of these as error fixes take priority and so it will depend how time consuming tech support is over the coming days and weeks. If the autobooked is working properly and if the booker is less tedious, the game should be in a good place. For now I'm still fearful of booking a big org (for the first time ever in TEW ) because I had to quit in previous iterations as it was just too tedious. When you have a big TEW session and only advance 2 weeks in-game... If you're booking storylines it has to progress or the fun and immersion is gone, at least in my case. Grand Avatar Posted May 28, 2020 Share Posted May 28, 2020 I've gotten used to it over time, but one thing that still annoys me is how when you're booking the Protect and Keep Strong notes it cycles back to the first worker everytime you click instead of staying on the worker you just picked. It would be much more intuitive if the selector would just stay on the worker you were just on so you could just arrow down the list. It's especially cumbersome when booking a Puroresu promotion that uses lots of multiman bouts for example. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
