stebbinsd Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 I think I had this problem with TEW 2016 also. I had to reinstall the OS, and when I did that, I also had to reinstall the game. When I reinstalled, it asked me to input my license. I kept the confirmation of purchase, and copied and pasted the Order ID number into the license. I got this error message: https://i.postimg.cc/rmRdWPnc/A.png Can you help me out here? I paid for this game, so I would like to be able to play it. Adam Ryland Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 As per the FAQ linked above, your license is locked to the operating system; if you wipe that, you remove your license.
