Feuds where won against every top star in the early 70s. Race, Funks, Patterson, Stevens. Jay York with help from his Manager Freddie Blassie, became top of the Power 500 and NWA World Champion. Rules No edits, out side of retiring the Wrestling Bears. Roster no Larger then 30 with use of Local talent for Jobbers. Wont rush out to Hire Future Legends In the end it is ALL about Jay York! Jay York: Yea sure, I am sure I am out to fill out the card and put over Stevens. Roy: No I have plans, to take on Sam Muchnick's power and STLW by using you to become the best Heel NWA Champion in the History. Jay: You know they rarely use Heels for long term Champions. Always to put over the new Face, the new American Dream. Roy: We will grow into TV, Heel make the best TV. Soon work rate will be secondary talent. If you as a Heel keep the fans coming to see who can beat you, and you do something to cause the win on your part. The fans will hate you and come back next week to see if the next face can finally beat you. Be ready Thursday first set of New Years tv tapings. That day I will start your growth.
