DStevens2016 Posted January 11, 2021 Share Posted January 11, 2021 What would be the best way (both short term and long term) to improve somebody's gimmick, that would have immediately been classed as 'poor' or 'adequate'? (FYI, 75% of my workers are good/great and more). If it just about tweaking the gimmick, when is best to do this? How much time does the worker need to work on the gimmick, or do things not improve (or get worse?) over time?
