sd_jones
So I love playing real world/real world scenario mods, but my only complaint is that they tend to be games where... once the current world of guys retires, there isn't much of a challenge or talent to develop. Is there a game that lends to longer games? like 10 or 20 years?
Bigelow Cartwheel
I struggle to go too far on real world games, for the reason you just mentioned. if you've the time and inclination I find it is worth playing the CVerse as the possibilities are endless. You play it for as long as you can keep finding interesting things to do with your company.
Historian
I would say if you're wanting 10-20 years, your best bet is going to be to pick a historic mod that starts in the late 80's or early 1990s. 1992 was 30 years ago, so if you started around there, you'd have roughly 30 years before you'd run out of talent. You're always going to find that issue with real world mods that once you start to go past the current crop of people wrestling that have been added into the game, you're going to have more and more random generated workers. It's the nature of not knowing who is going to debut next year, or five years down the line, etc...
