Should be limited to companies that have a strict face/heel divide. As for benefits/drawbacks, I have a couple ideas. I'd say that relationships forming would tend to be limited to your actual side of the divide -- a face could only develop friendships only with faces, and hostile relationships with heels. You'd also have to have a possibility of your workers ignoring the rule, which should affect prestige and popularity negatively, and probably the worker's respect and popularity. On the other hand, I think that it should give a *slight* boost to segment ratings, and it should make it so that fans are more tolerable of gimmicks, allowing them to last longer before shifts/turns.
