dark cloud Posted December 3, 2021 Share Posted December 3, 2021 I cannot hire my own staff in-game when I play AD. Being the HC is easy, just turn them into a human in the editor and assign them where you want them to go. For assistants, I have more success editing the coaches I want OR you can just offer the people you want A LOT more money but that's also harder to do unless you know how to rig the game to give your program control of your whole recruiting budget (which still only works for a big money program) So picking your assistants -- all 3 almost impossible -- maybe 1, but otherwise...that's it.
