sgtsly Posted January 17, 2023 Share Posted January 17, 2023 You're regularly gaining popularity, but not full points, thus it stays at 0 until you've reached a full point gained. I often do "from-scratch" promotions and if I run one show per month, I've generally found every 4-5 months it'll increase (if I recall correctly).
