It focuses on 2012, an interesting year for wrestling. There was still hope for a revolution of young guys in WWE; TNA was being good again; iPPV was being adopted at a greater and greater level by the indies; NJPW had a new star in Kazuchika Okada. Sounds like a great time to step in! I chose June 2012 as that's the time that WWE started filming the developmental show NXT (as opposed to the game show NXT). Don't expect extremely fast progress as I'm not using a base DB, I'm adding in these workers one by one. Your hype will be what motivates me to push further. It's not compatible, as I've added some images of my own to fit the era. I was checked out of wresting at this time, but have recently started a sequential rewatch of NXT and ROH from around this period -- been fun to watch the growth of today's stars. Acey Posted June 6 Share Posted June 6 Man, this is awesome! I love the Yes! Mod, which is from a similar time, but have always wanted to take over TNA just before Aces and Eights! Having to resolve the Aces and Eights in the Yes! Mod in my own head is the reason I usually create a new company, rather than play with TNA.
