Scott Vibert
In general, this usually means that your security software on the new computer is blocking the game from launching. You'll need to first, make sure that you are running the game while asking for administrator permission (just logging into the administrator account doesn't automatically give the game administrator permissions when it's running). To do this right-click on the icon you use to launch the game and select "Run as Administrator" from the menu that pops up. Then go into your security software and create exceptions for both fbcb2010.exe and C:\windows\Runservice.exe (this is the eLicense service) so that they are allowed to run. After doing that you may have to reinstall the game on the new computer to put back anything the security program has removed. If that doesn't work then try this: 1. Right-click on "My Computer" 2. Select "Properties" 3. Click on the "Advanced" Tab. 4. Click on the Performance "Settings" Button 5. Click on the "Data Execution Prevention" Tab 6. Verify that "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" is selected. If it is not, select that option and click "APPLY" and then try and run the game. Note: Even if you see that option checked already, go ahead and uncheck and then recheck it to ensure that it's activated! 7. If the problem persists, go back and select the other option "turn on DEP for all windows programs and services EXCEPT those I select" and ADD the following files: "fbcb2010.exe" Normally found in C:\Program Files\GDS\Fast Break College Basketball "Runservice.exe" Normally found in C:\windows 9. Click APPLY then Reboot and then relaunch the game.
