Small question

i don't have the game yet but... can we start the game like booker of a existing fed and sometime in the game starting our own fed? do we need to unlock something like last year the top booker Trophy? or nothign of this is in the game? and if we are a Owner can we close our fed and just going to book to a other fed? Thanks

you don't have to unlock anything to start your own thred. But, if your an owner you can't leave your current promotion and close it, I belive.

The only requirement for starting your own fed is that your Reputation is higher than 'High'. You can start with a higher reputation than that, so it's easily done. Your reputation gets reset when you create a new fed though, so you'd have to build it back up to High again afterwards before you could create another fed. There's no limit (that I know of) to how many promotions you can start in one game, but you can't leave a fed that you own unless it goes out of business, and you can't create a new fed unless you're unemployed. So once you own a fed, the only way you can work for a different one is if your current one goes bankrupt.
