1.
I'm currently working on a small project, something that if I need to stop quickly then I can.

I have been working on a new Tag Team name file which I'm going to eventually add to RWC, but also release as a standalone file you can import into your own games.

I got kind of fed up seeing names in Japan, Mexico etc for teams that you never would in real life. I'm going to try to add as many tag team names as I can, but try to keep the names unique to specific areas.

I am also going to make sure you don't see a couple of Luchadors called Dominance as I feel if you hear the name Dominance it would throw the image of a couple of big brawlers up in your head, so wrestler styles are going to be heavily edited as to which style of wrestler can use each tag name.

Example: Crazy Chaos is probably a name you could use anywhere with most styles, however a team name like The Bruisers would mainly be Brawlers from US/UK/Canada and Australia. I've also deleted some of the names that I didn't like and hated seeing pop up.

I know it might not be helpful in terms of updating, but I am still in no mindset to be doing anything too taxing.

 2. Sorry everyone but due to family issues I am not keeping any of my other mods updated currently. My dad doesn't have long left and I'd prefer to spend my time with him and my family. I've done very little on RWC but will be sending that back to Southside tomorrow and I will help when I can with that but nothing else will be looked at for the foreseeable future I'm afraid. * I can't cut anything at the moment as this is being typed on my phone. * Not at my PC so delete whichever name (Ruby Riott or Heidi Lovelace) doesn't have title reigns (or indeed isn't contracted to a company) in SVR18. * I don't remember planning the Riott Squad to have a year long reign so it is possibly a mistake. * Not all the storylines are updated in Flashpoint 2k19 as I didn't have time. When I am back full time to modding I will get the changes and fixes to the other mods done.
 3. The next RWC release will be July 2019. I've started to get things rolling in terms of the new workers and it will once again be a collaboration with Southside_Hitmen. EDIT: I've also had a few people ask if RWC will be available for TEW2020, the answer to that is it depends on whether the data can be converted with minimum effort in implementing the new features, or if it is a case of it needing months of work to get it "game ready". At this stage, I cannot give a definite yes or no answer.
 4.

Shouldn't the OGz still be in IMPACT? Their strangely not apart of the roster in the mod.

I believe Kingston signed with EVOLVE and didn't renew his Impact deal. Homicide and Hernandez were only bought in for the LAX story and pretty sure neither are signed with Impact for future appearances at the moment.

 5.
New Release

The April 2019 data has now been uploaded to the first post.

Still a lot of work to do in terms of some missing workers, but nearly 3000 currently in the data is a lot more than I ever imagined this would have.

 6.
This update has been worked on for the last 6 weeks, so having something like this mentioned with 1 week left until release means it won't get done for April I'm afraid. With everything still to do before Sunday, it just isn't possible.

Also with regards to broadcasters, whilst things like Netflix are huge, you also have to know that if we make streaming sites realistic, every single company will be cult in no time due to their exposure from these "networks" which just isn't true. This is why they have been split (in real life, Netflix in the US get's different shows than the UK etc, and vice versa). Netflix US got Lucha Underground, Netflix in the UK did not, so splitting Netflix into Country specific has to be done.

Netflix and Amazon Prime wouldn't pick up a lot of wrestling in the UK, I think Amazon Prime has some previous seasons from CHIKARA, but apart from that, I haven't seen much in terms of new wrestling content on it. I've seen no wrestling on Netflix in UK.

Broadcasters have been worked on, thought about and discussed with a lot of people in how to simulate the way they would work in real life without completely destroying the balance. I do think more channels need to be less wrestling friendly and also set up to only accept certain styles. Broadcasters do still need some work done but there is only so much you can do before it's a case of "too easy, no point playing".

I will take a look (again) in trying to get the Broadcasters to work properly, without destroying the integrity of the overall data. I will add DAZN and ESPN+ for April.

I must've forgot no one knows Marko Stunt.

Marko Stunt is in the data. I must have copied his name from the list by mistake.

 7. In what way do I need to look into updating them? Do you mean removing some broadcasters that no longer appear? Add more? Edit the one's we have, if so, how? Size? Region? What is the content wars and how would I implement them into a wrestling simulator? I'd be happy to look into them but not sure what it is I need to look into, and if it will even have an affect on the over all game play. Many thanks for the feedback.
 8.
To Be Added To Rwc In The Next Release

TO BE ADDED TO RWC IN FUTURE RELEASES (Not Aprils release)

Please read the below list before you request workers. If you don't, then don't request any workers, simple. Requesting someone on this list just contributes to me deciding RWC will no longer be updated. In my mind, if you can't take a couple of minutes to read this, then why should we spend hours trying to make something for you to play? Help us, to help you.

These are people who have been requested and does not mean they will all be added. 9. Does anyone have a picture of BJW's Takeshi Irei? I don't need a cut picture as I can do that, just a source picture. Thanks.

It may not come out for quite some time.

 11. I just realised that the logo's and TV pictures I uploaded are actually from the SAMPP picture pack in Flashpoint... if joemurphy wants me to take them down I will but a massive thank you should go to him for those. I appear to have saved over my logo pack by mistake.
 12.
**new Release**

I've decided to pull the trigger and release this. I won't really get much time once I take RWC back to do any other mods so better to get it out now than not at all.

I've test played it quickly, but I guess some other people playing it may find some dodgy stuff I missed.

Hope you enjoy it.

Link here (can also be found on page 1).

Data - http://www.mediafire.com/file/lu1y7ci2ij74nus/Flashpoint2k19.rar/file

People Pictures - http://www.mediafire.com/file/5r5zb422e4jmoab/RWC_People.rar/file

Logos etc - http://www.mediafire.com/file/s89hgjdwi87eh3s/RWC_Logos_and_Belts_etc.rar/file

 13.
I have nearly finished the Flashpoint 2k19 update. I am actually enjoying updating this, shifting people around promotions, having different promotions open than those that are in real life. I also have AEW in and ready to open in April (so they can get a roster in time for their event in May).

They do not start with the same level of fan interest as they do in real life because with WCW still going and no Cody, Young Bucks, Jericho or Kenny Omega pushing the company, they are seen as just another small company opening in an already saturated South East wrestling scene.

A promotion has been closed down in the data since the 2018 update. There are a few more workers who never actually wrestled in real life but have transitioned across in the last 8 months. 1 NFL player and 1 Power Lifter/Model for starters. I am tempted to go through Bellator and UFC and decide on an MMA cross over but as yet have not decided.

I am going to continue working on this for another couple of weeks (mainly because RWC has just come out and so that will be most people's option to play). I'd say, 1st March at the absolute latest for this to be released.

 14.
Over The Edge: Flashpoint 2K19

The alternate real world timeline...

Small update on this. So far I have updated AAA, AAW, AIW, AJPW, NJPW, WWE, WCW, ROH, NXT, GWF, GFW, GBG, CMLL, FIP and ATTACK!

There will be a few new workers in this data than the 2K18 version, and several "under the hood" tweaks as well, such as WCW shifting their TV to the Fight Network. I've added 2 pretty huge deaths to the data as well, it cant all be sunshine and rainbows in this alternate reality!

I hope to have this finished within the next month, but at present I am not giving a definitive release time (work etc taking most of my time these days).

I think it will be worth it though to those who like playing alternative timelines.

 15.
Flashpoint 2019....

8 months have passed...

What has happened in the time since May 2018 - January 2019?

WWE

Lets start with the Heavyweight title. Bray Wyatt dropped the title in May to Braun Strowman, who held onto the belt until November 2018. Bray would regain the title (his 6th reign) with some help from Paige, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.

The IC title changed hands on a couple of occasions, Seth Rollins dropped the belt in June to Roderick Strong (Strong's 3rd reign) before regaining the belt in August. Rollins would once again lose the belt in December to the current IC Champion, Tye Dillinger.

Harper & Rowan would lose the tag team titles to Killian Dain & Alexander Wolfe in July 2018. In October on an episode of Raw, Chad Gable & Jason Jordan would become the new champions defeating Dain & Wolfe and The Uso's in a 3 way match.

A new threat in the women's division surfaced when Becky Lynch turned heel following a tag team match with Ronda Rousey against Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville. Becky came into the ring after Rousey picked up the victory, hitting her partner with the Bexploder and putting her in the Dis-arm-her until officials were able to pry her off. This would lead to the hottest feud in the women's division between the two. It would also see Becky defeat Nia Jax for the women's title. Becky wouldn't hold on to the belt for long though, as Rousey defeated her in December for the belt.

A shake-up of the roster began in November 2018, when Mojo Rawley, Kalisto, The Singh brothers and Ariya Daivari all left the company. Kalisto would wind up in AAA, once again becoming Octagon Jr. The Singh Brothers began working various independent dates, as did Ariya Daivari. The surprise would be Mojo Rawley being picked up by WCW and pushed towards their US Title almost immediately. The company did sign 1 or 2 people... but that is something for you to find out!

WCW

WCW would see a huge hit to their roster when 2 of their main event wrestlers let their contracts expire. Eddie Edwards and Samoa Joe both opted not to renew their deals with the company. Mr. Anderson also left after an injury forced him into retirement. Buff Bagwell also hung up his boots and transitioned into a backstage role. Caleb Konley would depart after being unmasked as Suicide. Dean Muhtadi debuted in late December, the former Mojo Rawley attacked Brett Matthews, whom he tagged within the WWE.

With knowledge that Eddie Edwards wasn't going to be staying with them, the decision was made for him to drop the World title, which he did to AJ Styles in August. Eddie would depart the company in September and AJ would go on to feud with Cody Rhodes.

The United States title also changed hands. Following his surprise victory, Cezar Bononi would hold on to the title until dropping it to Brian Cage in July. Cage would then drop the belt to Brett Matthews in December.

Speaking of Brett Matthews... his Television title reign would end in June when he lost a 4 corners match against Johnny Curtis (winner), Chad Gunner & Bobby Roode. Curtis still holds the belt, and defends on nearly every episode of Thunder/Nitro as "The Fighting Champion".

Charlotte & Nattie would continue their feud over the women's title, until Tessa Blanchard upset Nattie, defeating her for the belt in September. Both Charlotte and Nattie had chances to win the title, only for the one to cost the other their opportunity!

The Cruiserwieght title changed hands a few times, with PAC losing it to Larry Sweeney. Sweeney would then drop the belt to TJ Wilson, before PAC regained the belt.

More to come....

 16. Next up - an update to the 2k18 Over The Edge: Flashpoint mod. I've some more ideas swimming through my head. It will still be set in May 2018, just with some additions to the database. There will also be some negative things added (deaths/retirements that didn't happen in real life).
 17.

I don't know how long this has been here but I've only just noticed it.

Having been a fan of your modifications for I don't know how long, it's a privilege and an honour to know you're not only playing my modification, but it's one of your current Top 5. :') Thank you, kind sir.

It is a fantastic mod. The work that has gone into it makes it such fun to play.

Those are just the ones I have found so far.

Sorry if someone already mentioned this.

Thanks. I've fixed the 3 mentioned. If anyone else notices any then let me know. I have gone through to check and couldn't see any but more eyes may notice something I missed.

 19. Smackdown vs. Raw mod is now up for download. I've updated the picture pack too - the SAMPP pack should work for about 90% of the mod too but you will have some missing images using it that you will need to do yourself. (Example the Raw/Smackdown/NXT custom logo's and the new WWE Event logo's)

Thankfully the file was the correct one, just a typo in the actual link.

I've added quick explanation/link regarding what the 2 spin-off mods are about.

Looking at maybe Saturday for the SvR mod to be finished.

 22. Glad you are enjoying it. The Rivals was a colab. idea by me and a friend of mine. It plays out quite nicely even if the AI is in control.

Thanks for all your hard work, man! I hope your health gets better too, I'm rooting for ya!

Also! I'm working on some additions myself, namely just Jushin Liger, The Great Muta, Miles Morales & The Black Panther. Credit given to you of course.

Now talking of modding, I already announced on Twitter that my first project was to re-release my August 2018 Smackdown vs. Raw mod. I will be adding to it and fixing things that need fixing. One change is the addition of WWE Evolution. This will see all the female wrestlers put into their own promotion under the WWE Universe alliance. It will have its own belts, it's own events, and of course, it's own TV show. I've got a rough idea for it, the commentary team being Renee Young and Lita, Paige back as an in ring talent among other things.
