<p>Please ensure you are using the most up to date data when posting. Just opened the data to fix some things mentioned and found I'd already fixed them in Julys release. </p><p> </p><p> Also, while I appreciate feedback and updates on things for the mod, reporting one off appearances that are going to happen before the data is released and random news bits that can't be used in TEW are not needed. That is what the Dog Pound threads are for.</p>

<p>Can't be arsed to do quotes so I'll try to quickly respond to some things mentioned.</p><p> </p><p> Popularity, some things I don't agree with and feel would throw the entire balance of the mod off. I'll change what I agree with but remember, just because you believe someone to be more popular than they are, doesn't make it so.</p><p> </p><p> If Australia (like Scandinavia and Canada was) is done by someone who knows the scene then of course it would be nice to have them in.</p><p> </p><p> Trent Seven and Clint Margera should already be in as brothers. Don't have the data to hand but pretty sure they were done in Julys update. If not I shall fix.</p><p> </p><p> Dahlia Black and TK Cooper are listed as being married on a couple of sites I went to. <p>I've been very, very lazy with RWC and have some catching up to do. I know NWA:SMW are having their last show end of August but until I have the time (and motivation) to add NWA: Vendetta I shall keep them open for Septembers release. People can close them on their own games if they like but it is just so the main NWA titles stay active.</p><p> </p><p> My priority for Friday when I can get an hour or 2 is (in order)</p><p> </p><p> Employment Histories (WWE & NXT)</p><p> Usual Updates & Fixes (Rosters, Turns etc)</p><p> Ensuring Mae Young Classic actually runs - NXT keeps ignoring it.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Plus I also want to work on my women's mod in September so that gets my time exclusively for a month after RWC September is released.</p>

<p>Earth-2 mod is on hiatus. The women's mod is probably going to eventually come out after all. Looking at the work I have put into it so far, I feel it is something I can't just scrap. It will come with a new picture pack. I was going to re-do all the gimmicks but have opted not to bother as the thought of gimmick re-assigning is one that kills my motivation. It is based off of the RWC data, although stats have been increased, as too have popularity.</p><p> </p><p> Most of the "big" promotions are done but they all need pictures. It does hold some surprises and will probably be out some time by the end of the year (early 2018 at latest).</p><p> </p><p> There is still an absolute ton of work to do to make it playable including the cutting of pictures. They will never reach their earlier potential and are an Indie fed with some small international deals that could have been more but due to inept booking, terrible writing and the merry-go-round of heel/face turns seemingly weekly, nothing they do will capture my attention because I just don't care about the product they are releasing any more. I can see most of their roster on other shows - and better booked too so why waste my time?</p><p> </p><p> If they still had Roode, Styles, Joe and Eric Young, then maybe they could have patched themselves up, but this new crop of "stars" are generic indie guy 544749 and very few of the roster has any character outside of being generic. Lashley is ok, and I think in terms of star power he is their top draw but Anthem are looking for a quick buck rather than looking long term - which will spell the end. If they were looking long term they would have invested in people like Magnus rather than trying to take 10% of their wrestlers outside booking fee. The deal should be if you use GFW intellectual property such as name trademarked to them then fine, but not as an out and out clause regardless. It's why they will struggle to get anyone of any value from the indie scene. TNA/Impact/GFW or whatever they will be called next month pretty much have no hope of ever reaching their initial potential. Even with JJ and Dutch back.</p><p> </p><p> Sorry, went into ramble mode but as I'm not in the TNA thread I will say TheWho, I'm looking forward to seeing your alternate world data when complete.</p>

Everything now mentioned has been fixed. Along with those fixes I have currently done around 170 employment histories... Only 2000+ to go! Hopefully the plan is to have current WWE & NXT workers finished by release at least in September. Then I'll move on to GFW & ROH (which I'm aiming to be done for the January release). NJPW will be another hopefully done by the January release but depends on how many mistakes people report. I am going to have to repeat myself as it seems to have been forgotten, but I am NOT adding workers to the data if you cannot give me somewhere to find information about them. I've had a few requests for wrestlers to be added who have no Cagematch profile, no Wrestlingdata profile, no wiki - in fact I can find no information about them whatsoever other than their name and maybe a picture. Debuts and Ages are a minimum as otherwise I end up having to go change them later down the line when more info is available. To be clear, if you say "Wrestler A should be added to the data" and that's all you say, save yourself the trouble of writing it because they will not be added. If you give me some information such as style, age and debuts, and a good source picture then I will happily add them (albeit a rough draft as I don't have time to watch them - more info you supply, the closer to the person I can make them).

<p>I must be one of the only people who genuinely hates this game. I got it as I was told good things with regards to the editing, the game play etc... but it is just no fun (for me). I didn't see any point to the game whatsoever and didn't feel like anything I was doing really meant anything. Unless I'm missing something the game play is "Kick, kick, run, grapple. Miss, miss, miss, miss, hit him!" I'll stick to TEW.</p><p> </p><p> £15 I could have thrown towards something else.</p>

<p>There is talk of another Superstar Shakeup after Summerslam, but this time some talents could be sent back down to NXT (although I really don't like the word "down" as NXT is a very good brand).</p><p> </p><p> My question is, who do you think will benefit from going to NXT?</p><p> </p><p> Personally I think Chad Gable (now Jordan is Angles "bastard son") could benefit because I can't see him doing much on Smackdown right now, another one is Apollo Crews who I feel Vince McMahon doesn't know how to use yet. He is one hell of an in ring performer, but in WWE you need something more.</p><p> </p><p> Others just randomly off the top of my head, Sami Zayn maybe, he'd get a huge crowd reaction if he showed up and again, he's not really being used properly on the main roster. Aiden English and the Ascension, providing the Ascension were given their NXT Gimmicks and not the garbage they've been saddled with on the main roster.</p>

Not big news but he did way he was the best wrestler that has come from football (or words to those effect). <p>I have just finished the employment history for all WWE workers. It's not every appearance for every Indie promotion they ever appeared for, but does show the major companies they have made multiple appearances for, as well as companies in the data that they made more than the odd appearance for. I would be willing to release a "what's done so far" version of the women's mod but this is not close to being playable.</p>
