  1. Love that take on Marv and Dean. With the right destiny rolls they're basically FTR.
  2. Rich Money with a custom TCW background. I darkened him a bit to make him seem a bit more villainous. Was planning to make graphics for all of the TCW roster for a lets play, but I have a habit of hiring too many people and now in my 2018 save I'm back at 68 workers lol
  3. I'm working on something super innovative for a Let's Play/diary series. Really just need a handful of larger renders for a few of the After Effect templates and it should be epic!

  5. Seconding this. I have an incredible brother vs brother storyline going in my CVerse18 save between Greg Gauge and Matthew Keith. After repeated miscommunications, they dropped the belts on a PPV and Matthew along with his father Sam Keith turned on him. Storyline is titled "You were NEVER a Keith!". I'm planning to bring Sam out of retirement manually in the DB editor. This would be a great feature to add for signed workers. Maybe even allow you to select the event their match will be on and if they feel that the event isn't important enough, they won't do it.
  6. Is there a frequency setting for the creation of organic promises? Or did you talk to these workers individually in order to get those promises?
  7. You are an absolute creative genius when it comes to the belts and logos, but I'll be honest in saying that I'm not a huge fan of the event logos (though the default logos have never been much better imo). It's incredible to me that you're able to create these things in Paint.Net/GIMP. I'm gonna try to come up with or find a vector set and see what I can do. Maybe start with WWE/AEW PSDs if I can find them. My developmental territory for TCW is NGEN / NGEN PRO -- "The Future of Professional Wrestling". I'd LOVE to see what you can come up with for belts and maybe an updated logo! A logo for TCW Network would probably be very helpful for a lot of people, too. I'm thinking of starting an alliance based off the belts you recently posted and adding them to the network in one of my saves. Here's two bgs/vectors I downloaded (second one doesn't match NGEN's logo branding as far as colors). I used the first as a foundation for the logo. https://i.imgur.com/FxBKDMF.png https://i.imgur.com/EgJdLlc.png Current NGEN Logo: https://i.imgur.com/cEPhT0J.jpeg I envision the intro for the show is something like "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to NGEN PRO WRESTLING! Presented by TCW and the Real Wrestling Alliance".. . .. . blah blah blah. RWA is a name I've always used in the past, but open to anything. Don't really need a logo for that right now tbh, I was going to try to edit the belts you had just made. Usually it involves PGHW. Whatever you're feeling inspired by and whenever you have the time. P.S Hope your daughter is kicking some butt (and the ball)!
  8. Got bored. Here's a bit of an emo/"savior" alt for Wolf Hawkins based on King Bison's work: https://i.imgur.com/NKPZwzV.jpg
  9. IIRC you had a post from years back showing how you come up with worker renders right? I could be thinking of someone else, but if you could point me in the right direction of understanding how to create these from scratch that'd be awesome! I've already got everything else down aside from creating workers and belts... haven't been able to find any real PSD templates for belts.
  10. Really hoping to see some of what makes CVerse 2018 so special incorporated into Historian's 2023 mod as well -- I just felt like the default database was lacking some of the complexities among worker relationships etc. CVerse '18 just feels more complete and I can't wait to see what you do with the '22 mod.
  11. Here's a few TV logos I originally made for my 2020 save. I basically just updated the day on Lightning (in my 2020 save it runs on Saturday). Would really appreciate if I could get some help making them a bit more on-brand! Tuesday Night Mayhem: https://i.imgur.com/bnCdfel.jpeg Wednesday Night Lightning: https://i.imgur.com/ZCywLbj EDIT: Here's another TV logo for Saturday Night Lightning from my 2020 save: https://i.imgur.com/6Zx0ipJ.jpeg KC Glenn is at 90 pop about 8 months in! I really like this one. Y'all are more than welcome to use these in your personal games but I'm seriously considering launching a diary (or maybe even just building out the diary as a Notion page and putting summaries inside the diary thread).
  12. All of your graphics are freaking awesome. I really loved the King of Pro Wrestling rebrand and it inspired me to create a very immersive database integration within Clickup/Notion. Not sure which I'm going to build it out in yet -- I'm trying to set up auto updates from MDB exports by sharing the save game folder to Google Drive or a web server and pushing the MDB file through an API that converts the data to CSV and then updates specific records. I'm planning to make it available to everyone. Here's what my current dashboard for my 2018 save looks like: https://i.imgur.com/Jxe4n40.png Also wanted to share this here -- I created a new render for Golden Ticket, a Money In The Bank style briefcase belt: https://i.imgur.com/YrwtrvG.jpeg I've basically spent more time in Photoshop and Notion/Excel this week than I have in the game and have literally booked just two shows lol. But I'm super excited about where this is going and may turn it into a diary later down the line. I'm trying my best to avoid rushing into a brand split; I have that in my 2020 DB save and we're completely dominating, but I've lately found the 2018 DB to be much more immersive.
  13. In my TEW2018 save, Wolfsbaine is teaming with Ernest Youngman -- so obviously, he needed sunglasses. This is my first time experimenting with alts -- I resized the sunglasses a few times, added some emboss on one of the versions, lowered opacity so eyes were visible, etc. Very simple edits but took me forever. Credits to BFTB for the original render and Asaemon for his Ultimate Prop Pack. https://i.imgur.com/QcbxND3.jpg https://i.imgur.com/8TVg8A1.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Llp7c5y.jpg https://i.imgur.com/KrVB9m7.jpg https://i.imgur.com/ol3SRjZ.jpg
  14. I've been a member of the TEW community since 2010 -- some of you might remember me by my old forum name, Waters, which I lost access to. I'm an entrepreneur who mostly works in the digital marketing and eCommerce/physical product space. I sold my first digital marketing agency at 23 years old as part of a merger into one of the top 3 TV advertising agencies in North America. I was simultaneously the CEO of 2 companies, employing over 25 people. I did all of that without ever graduating high school. 100% self taught. Started making money online when I was 11 years old and am an absolute expert at copywriting, web design and development, Photoshop, business optimization, and building scalable back-end processes inside of companies etc. I moved to Florida and stepped away from both companies because I decided I did not want to spend my prime years of creative potential promoting random products. I've also recorded with billboard producers and played guitar for 8 years. Nowadays all I really do is play TEW, watch wrestling, and record music. I'm only interested in passion projects and residual income at this point and would love to collaborate with people in the TEW community. I'm still only 24 years old and have helped build 20+ companies to 7/8 figures, though I don't have income from any of them and was recently screwed over by my biz partners. I'm also big on crypto. I have over 6 awards from my marketing and advertising work and 13+ certifications in tech and stuff like that. P.S I'm working on creating a very complex tool for TEW that connects with the MDB database. I'm assuming it'll also be applicable for WMMA. I'm presently building it in Notion and the end goal is for it to allow you to track your storylines, plan your events and TV shows, manage brand splits, view detailed worker info, track W/L records and rankings, run and organize tournaments, run competitor analysis on your rivals, and track your own personal and owner goals in a more complete manner. IF anyone would like to see my progress on that or assist, feel free to DM me.
  15. Does anybody have a folder of transparent CVerse logos? In particular TCW. I'm trying to create a very immersive experience for myself inside of Notion booking boards which I'll eventually turn into a Dynasty but all of my lassos of the logo seem to be subpar, not to mention tedious when I'm working on shows with other companies or playing multiple saves.

  17. Also, are there ever any real "shoot" style promos? I remove filter from most of my segments, but I'd love to be able to put an angry worker out there in an angle with no filter (or even with a filter and script) and have it turn into a complete shoot on the company/their view on why they are disgruntled.
  18. I'm about 9 months into a TCW save and have built up stars like Jay Chord and Greg Gauge into world champions and franchise players with 90 pop -- yet we're signing people like Rogue (77 pop at the time) for 4x the salary. This should obviously be pissing them off, but it's not a feature -- I think it'd be a great addition to the game and would add an interesting dynamic. Potential Triggers for "Unhappy With Contract": - A less over/lower perceived worker being hired for more than their contract. - A wrestler gets over like crazy and is and producing heavy merchandise sales. This could also be dependent on their personality -- but regardless, even with Gauge's "Stalwart" personality, I would think any wrestler in that position would be a little upset having a $28,500 salary as the TCW Champion and face of one of my brands who's consistently performing 90+ in the ring and then someone like Rogue comes in and is making $185,000, aka 6.5x more.

  20. Gauge for me is like Kenny Omega. Jay Chord is Flair/Randy Orton-esque. I initially got him over with a similar Legend Killer storyline. 90+ pop and presently managed by Eric Tyler. Have a brand split going as well - Gauge is the champ on Lightning, and Chord the champ on Mayhem. I hired Curt Merritt, changed his name to Christopher B. Lemen, and made him a "Representative of the network". He basically finds ways to screw KC Glenn out of opportunities, though Glenn holds the All-Action title which is now the most prestigious secondary championship. Sam Keith is basically a tweener and GM of Lightning, RDJ is GM of Mayhem but also part of a stable with Andrews and Glenn -- Sam Keith tries to be fair, but Gauge is a heel and he's a face. Eventually he'll turn heel and become Gauge's manager. KC Glenn is almost to 90 pop already. Mayhem has huge reach and gets 6 or 8 million viewers per show, which does give it a big advantage until Lightning's TV deal expires. Major Stars on Mayhem: Jack Bruce (Figurehead) - 91 pop across the board and 95 in Mexico Jay Chord (World Champion) - 91 pop in US Mighty Mo (TV Champ) - 82 pop in US Tommy Cornell - 88 pop Wolf Hawkins - 86 pop, turned face and battled with Cornell for a short time. Stars on Mayhem: Only Sammy Bach - 70 pop. Have a great undercard that will become stars soon including Ernest Youngman. Major Stars on Lightning: Aaron Andrews - 81 pop, can't ever get him over this in this save Greg Gauge (TCW Champion), 82 pop KC Glenn (All Action Champion), 85 pop Remo (babyface), high 80s pop. Stars on Lightning: Bulldozer Brandon Smith (76 pop) Freddy Huggins (72 pop) Joshua Taylor (71 pop, leading an Undisputed-like stable w/ American Cobras as babyface) Rogue (International Champion) - 80 pop T-Bone Bright - 72 pop Titan - 69 pop, basically the muscle for "The Network" Trent Shaffer - 74 pop; Christopher B. Lemen manages him personally and The Network see him as the chosen one and he's flip-flopped the All Action title with Glenn, though Gauge is also aligned with The Network. Might do a diary or YouTube series eventually, still figuring the long-term booking plans out. I'm using Notion to map out long-term booking and organize show notes etc.
  21. Is there a Discord server for TEW? Specifically with active CVerse/TVerse/etc bookers.

  23. Do you have the penalties for show structure turned off?
  24. 96. Aaron Andrews defeated Jay Chord and Wolf Hawkins to retain the title. Did a 94 with Bruce vs Chord also. I started a brand split and have Greg Gauge as champ (two world titles), he just did a 91 with KC Glenn. They're both Major Stars 6 months into the save. T-Bone Bright is on the way up as well pulling 88s - 90s, and Mighty Mo is basically becoming The Rock. Super interesting save, but I need to split the PPVs because match scores from the roster are so good that I need to split them.
  25. The current loyalty never bothered me, but if you made it an internal statistic within the worker's relationship with the promotion, that could make things interesting. As well, their loyalty could shift over time ("Dynamic Loyalty"), have it optional.
