4C is always one of the first promotions I mess around with in the game. It's interesting to see how they've changed over the years, and seeing who stays and who goes to the big two in Canada. There's a lot of young talent there these days, so I don't have an idea of who is good there from the recent dojo grads (2010-present) yet. Probably none at this point. I feel like building up stars would be a good idea, or bringing in some new talent that can work. Raiding ACPW is an option if you want to go that route. Frankie Dee and Sayeed Ali are the cream of the crop in this promotion, but they're also the first ones poached once NOTBPW wants to expand their roster. So be prepared for that. The COTT connection is fun for all the promotions involved, and even more so with there being titles now. It's a good resource to utilize. Just don't overdo it.
