1. Is there a post with technical requirements to play the new game? My laptop is dying a slow horrible death, and will need replacing before this game is released. Sorta thinking about a Chromebook, but only if it can run this game....
 2. I thought we could already search by skill level? Pretty sure I've run searches through whatever database I'm using, looking for, say...any worker with a skill of 70 or better in brawling...or mic skills...or whatever I needed at the time.
 3. Really pumped for the tournament feature. I've been wanting that for years. The Crockett Cup, various Atlanta "Cadillac tournaments", the UWF heavyweight title, all that stuff gonna be happening in my games.
 4. Ah. Well, then, that loud whooshing noise was the comment flying right over my head. Oops. Or maybe I should say....Doh!
 5. No, he's not. Once someone buys a copy of the game, Adam no longer has any right to control how the game is played. I'll edit the databases as I see fit, or even make my own. If I want to job Hogan to one of the Mulkey Brothers at Wrestlemania...and ensure the match gets an A+ rating by creative editing, it's no one else's business.
 6. Really don't like the snide comment about stopping "cheap power gaming" in the Journal. Once I buy the game, I will play it the way I damn well please. I don't care what Adam or anybody else thinks about what I do, how I do it, or why I do it.
 7. I hope it remains possible to opt out of regional/national battles entirely.
 8. I'd like to see a way for workers to email looking for work...
 9. The new way of handling products sounds good, so long as I can still tweak things like match/angle ratio expectations...
 10. I like the new road agent notes. A good Dusty Finish, if used sparingly (like oregano) can spice things up a bit....
 11.
I'm guessing the AI will never turn Hawk against Animal, for instance?

If the Road Warriors are a permanent unit, can I (in my saves) then have one of them turn on the other, feud, etc?

Also hoping to see more options for 6-man matches...maybe 4 teams involved at once....

I'd like to see some system where you can't tell that a guy is a "71 in technique and 52 in psychology" or whatever, but you instead can only get "this guy is good at selling" or "this guy is a great brawler", and the rest has to be figured out by actually looking at what results a guy puts up.

You can already do this, by turning the numeric values off. Instead you'll see guys getting grades...like A, B, C etc...so you'll know "this guy is good at X, but not at Y" without knowing the actual number value assigned to the stat.

 13. The broadcaster changes are interesting. I sometimes like to build a promotion from the ground up...drafting my own talent (well, ok, assigning guys to my roster from the editor), making titles, choosing areas, sometimes making an equivalent to the ECW Arena, etc. This seems like a way to tailor coverage to the size/popularity of the promotion in a more realistic way.
 14. Not sure how the game decides when I am playing. I usually play a heavily edited/customised version of either the DOTT or WOTI mods, and don't pay much attention to whatever date the game assigns...but I think most of those games start on Monday, Week 1, Current Year...I think if I wanted to use a different skin, I'd probably have to set it manually.
 15. I'm reserving judgment on the whole perception thing. I can see some potential there, but it seems more like a solution searching for a problem that doesn't exist.
 16. I'd be interested in something set in the territory days....maybe a Southern Alliance with Mid-South, Georgia, Florida, Dallas, Memphis, and Alabama...
 17. Ever since the freestyle angle came out, I've quit using the old style angles. Just took so long to find what I wanted, and sometimes they didn't work the way I expected....with freestyle, all I have to do is plug in the people I want to participate, and I can fill in the details with my imagination while running the show.

Based on personality and loyalties perhaps?

Like if you have a worker with mercenary tendencies and no relationship with owner/booker, he's on a handshake PPA deal and a company comes and offers him a written monthly deal he can sign it and be gone and you get no notice that any of this happens. If he had loyalty to the company or to the owner/booker or a really good personality he would notify you of the offer.

We call that the Frank Goodish clause....

 19. I like the changes to the merchandising side of things. Wish there was a way to break it down by worker....even just as a report that we could not alter.
 20. I like the changes to house shows. Sorta wish I had some input into the house show cards, but if I did, I might never advance a game very far...I tend to play larger companies with two tv shows a week already.
 21. I don't care for the penalties attached to the area battles. I just do not like penalties in general. I'd rather see a bonus for the winner, with smaller bonuses for those in 2nd, 3rd, etc down to no bonus for last place.
 22. I like the changes to training facilities. I wonder if the performance centers put on small shows as well as training?
 23. The save game to database thing will be handy for me. I tend to edit data extensively to suit my tastes, and once I get it the way I want it, I may want to try several different games with that data..
 24.
Great news! My wish list includes :

1) Full screen mode

2) Tournaments--round robin "G1" style, as well as regular bracket style for singles, tags, and trios.

3) STEAM availability.

4) A built in DOTT or similar real world 80s-ish mod

5) a blood option--specify who bleeds, to what degree, or ban blood entirely.

I'll be buying this as soon as it's released. I've played every version of TEW and it just keeps getting better.

Send a reporter out to El Diablo Canyon, Colorado. Film it over the Willie Nelson version of the obvious song. Have your reporter record the words of the mysterious masked man seated at the campfire. He stands for Justice. He's coming to your promotion. He is.....The Midnight Rider.
