  1. Isolation means I've finally got some time to sit down and have a look at this finally. Excited to see where any of the guys I contributed over the years have ended up.
  2. Having fallen back in love with the T-Verse having dabbled about with 2016 recently, would anyone be interested in a TVerse draft once the data is released to the world with the updated data? I find myself incredibly wanting to produce some dream matches across promotions and thats without even knowing the landscape four years later. Also, Dustin LeFever, everytime I see him I feel I need a certificate of gotten too too too too too too-too.
  3. Alright Reaper, these have been fantastic as always. I think looking back I managed to just get in before everything was closed off for requests. Do you want me to shoot you a PM about the belts or would you rather wait until I'm up and give me a buzz first? Obviously don't want to clog up your inbox. Much love.

  8. I'm not dreaming. The titan of titles is back. Honestly I'm so hyped about the work put out so far. Incredible.
  9. I am hype for that Miami Pound Machine logo as a standalone, got a real 80's Power and Paint feel to it as a promotion.

  11. <p>How do people get around being dreadful at stats, or worrying that too many people are going to be too similar.</p><p> </p><p> I've got a word document at the moment with at last glance over 100 characters, and a lot of work done on companies, belts, events etc but with the characters while I've done everything from bios, to personalities to essentially writing how I think they'd look, once it comes time to doing stats even with this easier method of 2020 nodding, I'm struggling to even make two or three guys that I like that I don't think are over powered. </p><p> </p><p> Any advice, otherwise I'm waiting for the next TVerse Be A Star and winning that again <span class="ipsEmoji">😂</span></p>

  13. I've got a request if anyone fancies having a crack at it as I'm getting absolutely nowhere even trying to alt anyone let alone make someone new: I'm looking for a early 40's white grizzled cowboy looking character, semi high star quality and sex appeal. Think Clint Eastwood, in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly but as a lightweight wrestler and a little prettier Honestly, if anyone could even give that a go, you'd be an absolute star, honestly it would help me push someone who needs pushing with the right look right now.
  14. I've spent more time recently changing my Tommy Cornell render than any other and here I am about to do go again. Excellent work.
  15. Preach. Do we think this is something that should be mentioned in the Tech forum? Because it really is all over the shop in terms of finances.
  16. <p>I don't see it, even with regards to the games askew financial at times.</p><p> </p><p> Someone like Runaway Train is making $444,000 a year on a written deal while there is a ton of people in the midcard wrestling week in and week out, with at best a 15% cut on merch earning much, much less.</p><p> </p><p> Considering a company like SWF travel would be expected to be paid for or organised, Train is essentially earning half a million a year to stand backstage and on average work on 3 matches a night. </p><p> </p><p> He's not even the worst, there's genuine people who never worked outside of the indies, even going back to my original comment about Original Lone Rider who has absolutely never made 44k in one year of wrestling, who would be making $528,000 if he joined the SWF on a written deal. In real life, that would put him around the same wage someone like Big Show is on in WWE, and more important than people like the Usos, even the New Day. That's unrealistic as hell. </p><p> </p><p> I get that you can get around it by signing them to exclusive written per show deals but if that's an expected wage and you're using finance as a determining career tool I picked the wrong course in teaching <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  17. I feel the only way around this is to almost break the game through a test or two I did. I had Original Lone Rider ask for 44k a month (that man has never made 44k in his life wrestling) to be an exclusive written Road Agent on a monthly contract. However, to have him work a per show deal was only costing me 500 per show, so at most 2.5k in a month. All he wanted there was a downside to ensure he got paid. Realistically, this is how most Road Agents should be set for me, except for those working booking positions or seen as "Head Road Agents" but then we fall back into the old school booking committee the game used to have. It should be a point that only written road agents can work house shows and that you need a certain amount (per size) to allow you to run them. Even if its training someone to do more RA stuff, and that even though its a House Show a generic match quality and psych note should be made. That way you can keep those that only work TV and Events, and then your head agents who follow the company around the circuit. Mods are gonna cripple financially when companies like WWE have so many road agents and Adam's gone completely mad making them the best paid job ever. Runaway Train is making 37k a month in the SWF, I doubt he made that as a main event talent. Bloke should have retired years earlier.
  18. Hiring Rules for companies; If I wanted to set an AI company to only use younger talent, I know I could set for them to not sign anyone over a certain age, but does that include resigning of contracts? I'm thinking in terms of a company that younger guys would spend a few years at before moving onto pastures new, rather than consistently sticking round and making up the numbers just because they're already there.
  19. I meant less the half man half panda and more the company as a whole. I get that renaming three companies (if you count the Canada hybrid as an entity) in one game would probably be overkill but WLW really needed to move away from the problems it had under a new name.
  20. Japan as a whole for me was Adam booking himself into a corner when he made the Tsunami narrative appear, he couldn't just remove it because we had gone past the date, so instead one way or another he's completely destroyed much of Japan. He's took out WEXVV, which honestly is just barmy, because a Hardcore company in a country with no competition to that style of wrestling, even if it released its biggest stars and dropped in size further would realistically have still ran as there was always going to be a market. Honestly it was a country I could spend days and weeks playing in, because of tours and stuff always giving me something to do, but over the course of two games and especially with this one, he's ruined GCG, WEXVV, WLW, overpowered much of the roster for Burning Hammer talent wise in the Juniors but added nothing to really make them a global power long term. I was so positive about the stuff you could do with 21CW in their thread, but in this one, I just tend to agree that a lot of this hasn't made any sense. The DDT idea makes a little sense, considering the likes of Panda Mask II and The Tic but even that when I remember playing WLW before just makes more sense to have just started a new breakaway company. If this was realistic, if your bosses have just been linked to financial dealings with The Yakuza, why on earth would you want to stay associated to the company name?
  21. That Super Heavyweight division is genius. It's almost marketable as a B Show completely. Put it on late Saturday night for the Dads who remember when wrestling was wrestling and probably know about the likes of Christian Faith, Sam Strong and co from the Wrestling glory days and just have an hour of hosses beating each other senseless, looking to be the best big man in the company. Eventually you really could just bring them up to the "main show" again, once they realise there's more fame and infamy there. Even if you interject it with some hype videos and stuff for the main rivalries, you can have a decent little show there. Women's wrestling wise, part of me feels like someone like Cliff Wilson (or even Pit Bull or DJ) would find post retirement a want and need to train not just guys, especially someone like Cliff who's not the biggest, and potentially would get Nova to invest in a secondary smaller school specifically for women's wrestling. It'd give you some serious newgens every year that could maybe stand up to the quality of a women's division, alongside some International/European talent. It could seriously open up the company and country to being a hotbed for women's wrestling.
  22. So SMW88 when remaking a ton of awesome 21CW workers in the 2016 ReRender thread made a sick Harry Wilson. Thought I'd lend a hand by doing some alt work to allow people to have his Antithesis character. Harry Wilson (Antithesis)
  23. Did anyone happen to ever do Colin Chalke rerender? I've tried searching but I'm having absolutely no luck with search functions today
  24. Good ol Dunton is always my first point of call for 21 do that's not a bad shout and you've given me some really good options there as well. I'll see if there's a decent Colin Chalke re render about. I feel like 21 is the type of place being a Producer could work as an on seen but rarely seen role as well as off. Nova puts his trust in those working backstage since Cornell stepped down as Commish to make sure people have matches and issues are resolved. Splitting the somewhat large number of road agents and guys who would be slowing down and doing this kinda role a little more themselves would make sense especially as a lot of them would have been on screen. There's a lot of possibilities.
