Did the unused worker tab get removed from the booking screen? You used to be able to click it and see who has been left off the card. Really handy when trying to avoid making workers angry.

Agreed. I find myself doing it anyway and realizing I need to scroll. I’m thinking if the search bar is automatically ready for me to type when I get to a screen that has it then the search should be able to register if I type J for John then it should pop me right to the first J name I have. No?

Why did we lose the drop down menu when booking angles? It was nice just to be able to type in the first letter of the road agent note I needed. I find my self scrolling through the list forever looking for the two notes I need every match.

Ive asked this before but I am having a hard time understanding angles. I booked one that was not just entertainment (even though I feel like that should be fine) and still got the nothing happened penalty. I had two workers one rated on star quality and the other charisma and I got that note. So whats the deal? I would I book a typical Monday Night Raw opening argument between two workers?

I will still buy the game without Genadi Mods but I know I will sure miss them. In 2016 I think I played exclusively with his mods, sad if true that he will not be making any.

Agreed on this. I would like to see a company to be able to buy alliance titles too. Maybe if its inactive or if all other members leave the alliance.

With the game coming out officially this week and all of us having some time to try out the trial version has anyone found certain mods that are converted from 16 to be more “playable” then others. I feel like the ones I’ve played have had some major issues so I thought I’d look for recommendations here to start my first real game on Thursday.

Filter by size of broadcaster too. I have to manually click like 20 different options and remember who is what size in what area. Super sucks.

Is it possible to buy out an Alliance or their Titles? Say if one member remains or if its possible that they have no remaining members or something like that?

Im no expert but I would assume the start date would cause an issue. I have only tested mods that are set in January.

So I have been messing with going into the editor to change all "Heavy" drug users to just the plain option of being a drug user. I still have three or four workers every show/event that have to be sent home. This just seems unrealistic to me. How many times in the 90's did Shawn Micheals miss shows because he was too wasted? In my game its every week. Is there a way to have it noted that the worker does in fact use drugs but not to where it makes them impossible to have on your roster? Like miss a show a year, or once a quarter? This is insane!

I keep getting a note on some angles that nothing happened. I set that a worker should succeed and that the other should be defeated. Whats the deal?

I figured I’d start a thread about issues with converting over our favorite mods. My current issue with a few mods I’ve tried is the amount of drug problems my workers are having! Did the effects get changed 2020? I have 5 or 6 workers every show unable to work because they are too drunk/high. Any advice? Anyone have the same issue? Other problems you’ve noticed?

Agreed. It seems like I am forced to go to my roster page to check stats. Could save a lot of time.

While we are waiting... how do I get databases from my old computer to my new computer? Not very computer savvy.

I remember booking a WWE Draft in a diary post I had that was right before the 2005 real life draft. I decided to make BIG changes which had not happened in previous years draft. I had a lot of big stars like Cena and Mysterio switch brands to shake my game up a bit. I never had so many posts on my diary page before! So many posts saying how unrealistic my diary was! Then like two weeks later it was the biggest draft ever in real life. I remember also starting a stable after Bradshaw made his switch to JBL. I added the Basham Brothers because I had nothing going on with them. In my game JBL called them his associates. A few months later in real life they joined his cabinet, way better name, and my mind was blown!

I’m working on a mod but I don’t know any good resources for creating worker images for TEW. My mod is very fantasy based so repurposed C-Verse images doesn’t really help. So what websites do you guys use to create new characters?

Quick question hoping for an easy answer. Can we edit game areas. Such as change the names of North America or Japan etc? Or are they always stuck as such?

I like the idea of the new face heel divide. I play late 90’s mods a lot and at the time WWF had a soft enforcement of heel/face. Austin was a face doing terrible things all the time. He acted heelish weekly. He even had his “Don’t trust anybody” catchphrase and often backed it up by fighting other faces or stunnering everyone no matter if they were viewed as faces like him or not. The crowd loved it! I think this also allows for swerve turns that the WWF did a lot back then. We can have a face act like a heel or viceversa and not be forced to turn them to make it realistic. I always play Attitude Era WWF with no divide and now this gives me a chance to have a divide with a lot of wiggle room.

Can you edit game regions? Like names and locations and such?

I’ve thought about this a lot the last few days, and I already started editing some characters for this mod based on the C-Verse. My major issue right now is how to create character pictures for this mod. I made a few hand drawings this morning, not an artist by any means! Any other suggestions other than drawing each character by hand? My digital art skills are zero as well unfortunately!

I just had the idea of a space mod. Like an intergalactic mod filled with tons of cool looking aliens, humans, monster type characters. I have not ran across anything like this before and I was wondering if anyone has made or seen anything like this before? I was picturing the old Sega Genesis game Rock n' Roll Racing as inspiration I think.

I could not agree more. I dont see why we would be capped on the number of brands at all. If I want to have 10 brands and run every show then so be it! I know I have played a game where I started as NWA in 1985. I expanded and took over many other companies. By 1990 my dream would have been to have many brands representing the areas and companies I took over. I wanted 5 or 6 brands based on location alone and I was disjointed that I had to really had to game the system in order to keep all of my workers happy and keep myself organized. Just my two sense on the brands. Everything else I have read sounds amazing! I have been playing Adams games since 2004 or so and every new one gets better and better, keep up the good work!
