  1. I’ve got a bunch of new tag teams debuting soon in my BHOTWG save. If anyone can help with naming them it would be much appreciated. I’ve hired SUKI and he’s dropped weight to team with Kiminobu Kuroki in the junior division. All I’ve really got at the moment is “sleeping lions roar” “roaring Lions”. They’re both in the golden army stable. Next is Ko Minamino and a debuting Tsuneyo Yanagimoto again juniors and joining NEO Prime. I see they as very arrogant and talented upstarts. I’m really struggling to think of anything for these two. I brought back Eisaku Kunomasu out from retirement and had him immediately feud with Horri and Ino, he had some help initially from Nakasawa but ultimately fell victim to the numbers game forcing him to start his own stable “Pacific strong style” he brings in outsiders Frankie Perez and Reaver as a junior tag team. I need a name for those guys. I may even find a way to get the hell monkey mask back and have them work as hell monkey and kill switch (possibly just on the big shows) but I’m not 100% sure about that. Any names for either team or one that would suit both would be even better. To round out Pacific strong style will be the team of James Diaz and Dreadnought they’ll be sent on excursion for at least a year to UEW. All I’ve got so far is sons of anarchy but I’m not fully sold on it. Lastly the team of Gonkuro Kamioka and Ieyoshi shimakage in Sematsu-gun as the heavyweight tag team. Something tough, I’ve got Pitt-ball soldiers. Really appreciate any help.
  2. Is there a way to see how far a work is into decline? It’s not on the creative page anymore.
  3. Was wondering if anyone can post the re-renders of Mabuchi Furusawa and SUKI that Willr0ck made a year or so ago? They seem to have disappeared from the 2016 thread.
  4. I quite like the stables and the first thing I did was try and even them out a bit so they have guys who can compete for all titles in all divisons in each faction. I have Helikaon and crimson ghost join slaughterHouse after Masuno is impressed with there never say die attitude in some six man matches against the juniors during the tour. Then I signed Tsuneyo Yanagimoto from EXODUS and team him with ko Minamino and have them go on a bit of a tear in the junior tag division which gets them noticed by Horri and Ino and soon after they are asked to join NEO Prime. My big story in the junior division will be building Emerald angel to beat sensational dragon at night of the burning hammer. Just having angel win the BOTSJ and then winning the belt off Dragon at NOTBH. In the heavyweights division I haven’t given much thought to the tag straps but I’m leaning towards building up the god butchers and having them dethrone the killing floor at some point. The world title will be going on Gakusha in a few months. He’ll then hopefully defend at NOTBH against Nakasawa making him my top guy. I want to see if I can put him in a position to carry the company while I build up Sakai, senmatsu and Keith. Speaking of Keith I’ll start positioning him to take over NEO Prime by having him go on a winning streak and the rest of prime lose faith in Horri and ino after they fail to regain the world title from the golden arm. Other small things I want to do over time is retire Hyobanshi causing people to think the golden arm will disband but SUKI will come in to replace him. Have Sakai be handed leadership of NEO-X by Taira when the time is right. Other than than that I’m just gonna book and see what inspires me.

  6. Is there a way to check workers finishing moves or is that not a thing anymore?
  7. Mostly star quality. I just don’t think they’re future figureheads. I definitely see them at the top but just not the guys I build the company around.
  8. <p>The juniors are stacked, Sensational Dragon is 34 and in his prime and Emerald Angel’s a year younger. MYSTIC Dragon and Elemental III bubbling away just below them as a threat. Veterans Kiminobu Kuroki and Marihito Masuko as gatekeepers, and Helikaon, Hijo Del Relampago and Toju Munkata positioned to start moving up the card. </p><p> </p><p> I just can’t work out what I’m doing with the heavyweights. Only Horri and Masuno are under 40 at the top of the card Sakai and Keith are the two best options in my opinion for a push but neither of them seem like true major stars. Takemura, Shimakage, Senmatsu and Toshitara all have the potential to be top guys too but none really feel like the guy. Just wondering how anyone else playing as burning hammer is planning to fill the void at the top of the heavyweight division now Kikkawa has retired and a lot of the other top talents probably will bow out in the next few years too?</p>
  9. Just started a PGHW save. Setting up a stable wars after the elite series. Ugaki beats Diaz to win his first elite series and Kunomasu the man Diaz beat in the semi finals after winning his bracket gets a title shot at Mushashibo. Shortly afterwards on the tour Diaz, Hayes and Flemmingway attack Kunomasu and the team of Yasuda and Jimbo after losing a match to them. Diaz then explains he took offence and says that the gaijin workers don’t get the same opportunities as the Japanese workers do and says that the gaijins have to stick together and take the opportunities that aren’t given to them, leading to the formation of Guerdon. To counter Kunomasu, Yasuda and Jimbo form strong style sovereignty and the two factions feud during the tour. Guerdon win the feud partly down to the numbers game as American Demolition join after signing. SSS counter by adding SATO to their ranks but it’s not enough and Diaz moves into a programme with Mushashibo. Mushashibo, fresh off defending against Elite series winner Ugaki is attacked by Guerdon so he calls on his protege and partner Muruyama for help. Munakata joins the group too and they form ALPHA squad. I think then Diaz takes the title and the rest I need to play out. This will be the roster by that point or end of 2016 with maybe just a few additions depending on what contacts come up or who becomes available and also some different guys on tour. Strong style sovereignty ———————————- Kunomasu Jimbo Yasuda SATO Guerdon ————— Diaz Hayes Flemmingway Smith Findlay PRIDE-GUN ——————- Koiso Kawashima Yano Kikuchi Miyamoto ALPHA Squad ——————- Mushashibo Ugaki Muruyama Munakata Warrior code ——————- Kwakami Sanda Matsuki Kada Dawnguard —————- Kitosji Makiguchi Okamoto Toshusai Unaffiliated —————— Yoshikawa Nagahama Morioka Reed Holmes Yamanoue Komiya Kumasaka Kobiyashi Kamachi Takimoto

Sometimes it keeps what I've typed, sometimes not, but I've had this a few times.<p> </p><p> For any diary I strongly recommend writing offline. If nothing else, you always have the file to refer to, rather than having to find the topic and search through to find the posts. And you should never lose your work. Make sure if you're using Word, OpenOffice (free Office clone) or whatever that it's set to create a backup copy as well.</p><p> </p><p> I use Word 2003 (.doc format) for writing my shows because the forum software here reads and (mostly) understands the formatting so I don't have to go through and format each show in the post itself. For Word 2007 onwards it doesn't seem to work as well, or at least didn't when I had to use a newer version of Word for a while a few years back. I believe that OpenOffice supports .doc format too, although whether it's as compatible with the forum or not I can't say.</p><p> </p><p> You should be able to pick up a copy of Word (or more likely Office) 2003 on eBay for about $20, last time I checked.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Thanks James. </p><p> </p><p> Basically my dad just gave me his old PC (like six years old or so), so not really that old and I just use it to play TEW and a bit of civ 5/6 which run fairly well so I guessed it was because I was writing long posts on the forum that was the problem, but it was nice to have that verified so thanks again. </p><p> </p><p> My dad’s office subscription had run out and as I had no use for it at that time, I never chose to renew it. Lucky for me a friend of mine had a spare device on his office and he kindly let me use it so I’m writing this on it now. I’ve never really used anything like this before so I’m learning the ropes. My plans are to write my posts up on word, save them, copy and paste them to the forum, then add the bold text and pictures. Is that similar to the way you write your diaries would you say? </p><p> </p><p> Right, I’m gonna start messing around with word and writing my show. Thanks once more for taking the time to help me out, appreciate it.</p>

I'm still finding a format I like and don't have much community interaction yet, but it's been a blast.<p> </p><p> I write my posts in <a href="https://evernote.com" rel="external nofollow">Evernote</a>. This is like a cloud-based notebook and is fantastic for a variety of things, including this. In this app, I simply write the shows without formatting and it's a multi-level process for me. I may open a notebook page for "WCW Saturday Night" and simply outline a show. "Arn Anderson opens the show with an in-ring promo" and "Arn Anderson vs. Sting" on the next line, for example. I'll add a small note after each segment on how long I want it to be, so I know where I am for the event's time limits.</p><p> </p><p> Then, I'll go back through and write out each segment in more depth. I've just recently started to get into more dialog with the promos and commentary. I defiantly feel the way to go is to write up my shows first, so I'm going to check out that evernote. One of my friends has a spare device for word so I'm gonna get that later but I'll look into evernote all the same to see which I prefer. </p><p> </p><p> Glad to hear you're enjoying writing your dynasty. I'm having a lot of fun too. What's your diary called I'll give it a read. </p><p> </p><p> Thank's again for the help and good luck with the diary.</p>

Maybe if I step away to get a drink it redirects me to the browser if I'm gone too long? but even then some times I just get signed out from scrolling up or down. It's just seems strange to me. Either way I'm getting word today so I'll do the bulk on there, save and add the last few details on here, while paying extra attention not to go on the browser and hope for the best. </p><p> </p><p> Thanks for the help.</p>
  13. <p>Apologies if something like this has already been asked or there's a really simple answer that I'm missing. First off I have a very limited knowledge of computers and I don't write much if at all. I started writing a diary about six months ago and I was writing every post from start to finish on the forum and just hitting submit reply. This worked great for the first six or seven posts but then i hit a problem. I was writing the end of my second show and hit the return key to make a space for my next paragraph and for some unknown reason the forum logged me out. When I logged back in all my work had been erased and I was gutted. </p><p> </p><p> I wasn't sure what had happened but i just thought go again. Now the same problem kept happening, now though it was more frequent. If i pressed return or moved the mouse to the side bar to scroll up or down I would get signed out and lose whatever I had managed to type. After five or so attempts I gave up and stopped writing. </p><p> </p><p> As the months passed I kept wanting go back to my diary but was put off by the fact I continuously lost my work. Finally the itch to write became to much and I decided to start a new dynasty. Using the same method of writing my shows on the forum I started posting. Then again in almost identical fashion, I'm writing my second show, I hit return and I get signed out losing my type up of the show. I've been trying to rewrite what was lost but the problem keeps recurring. </p><p> </p><p> What my questions are : Am I doing something wrong?</p><p> Is my PC broken?</p><p> Is this something others experience when posting on the forum?</p><p> Should I be writing on something other than the forum, like say word?</p><p> And how do people tend to go about writing their dynasties? </p><p> </p><p> Sorry if this is a bit of a dopey question, I have tried to look and see if this has been asked before. I really want to keep writing, I've got all these ideas and stories buzzing around in my head, i'll be so gutted if I have to abort this diary too.</p>

Its such a great name and its completely changed the way I'm going to use them. I see them more as an army now. I'm going to add Razan Okamoto and I think I'll add at least one other worker over time if the right guy becomes available. I see them more as the ultimate heel stable now rather than a cocky tweener faction appealing to a younger audience. Still cocky but also so bad they barely trust each other. They're together because they all share the same goal of reaching the top but they would step all over one and other to achieve it. I imagine SUKI as the unnamed leader always trying to pull rank but no one really trusts him or listens. SUKI thinks he's the top dog because he's won the world title before and demands respect but in truth the others are just using him for his talent and experience as he is using them. A army of talented, arrogant cutthroats who are together purely for what they can get out of each other. 20. <p>I need some stable names for my GCG save. I've just signed Matthew Keith from BHOTWG and I'm gonna have him debut with an invasion angle. My next TV will be headlined by Greg Gauge and Shooter Sean Deeley beating Yoshinaka Taku and Tanyu Toshusai for the tag titles. It should be a big moment both teams are massively over and Its the first title change on TV since we got a deal a year or so ago. After the match as Gauge and Deeley celebrate Gauge grabs a mic and says "The GCG main event has been dominated for over a decade by the same elite few, the one percent of the company. Well this win here tonight signals a change. A change in the GCG hierarchy. To take down an establishment you need power, strength. There is strength in numbers. When you need to turn to someone to make you stronger who do you turn to? </p><p> </p><p> The lights dim and a shadowy figure appears on the big screen in the arena. The figure is in a ring and is wrestling another figure. One figure is schooling the other with takedowns and suplexes. A voice then sounds on the video "GCG is a company rich is history and prestige, the oldest company in Japan where legends plied their trade. Wrestling is in my blood, my mother used to say she felt me wrestling in her womb. Its time for me to forge my legacy. Its time for me to show the world why I'm the greatest." The figure on screen then grabs the feet of a downed opponent and steps through into a scorpion death lock and arches back into a proton lock. Then the music hits.</p><p> </p><p> Matthew Keith steps out from the back and goes to the ring. He then cuts a short promo stating he is here to win the world championship and bring the new ear of GCG into fruition. </p><p> </p><p> All I need now is a name for the group, Any suggestions?</p><p> </p><p> I will later start a group of Takayuki 2000, Mabuchi Furusawa, Namboku Makuda & Yasuhide Tayama to battle the gaijin stable which I think I'll call defenders of the golden lion. </p><p> </p><p> the third faction I want to have to battle the other two will be SUKI, Youhinaka Taku & Tanyu Toshusai as a young, hungry, cocky stable who don't like the GCG guys or the Gaijins and just want to cause trouble. I need a name for them too. Please help.</p>
  21. Thanks. I've pushed him to ME and my main title is middleweight and above. This guy is lightweight and can go as high as middleweight so I guess I'll just have to keep asking every month or so and hope for the best. Another question does anyone know the mechanics regarding selling and match length? My ME keep getting dinged for lack of selling. The workers I use have around c+\b- selling and the matches go for about 30/35 minutes.
  22. If you ask a worker to move up a weight and the message says "sorry, I'm not interested in this change" does that mean that they will never be interested in the jump or is it just how they feel at that time?
