  1. Just catching up, Barely Legal was a great show! As a huge Taz mark I'm glad he's getting a World Title run. Tommy Dreamer as TV Champ still feels strange to me but I imagine you have a plan so I'm interested in seeing where that story goes.

I share your opinion on Taz but haven't appreciated his time in ECW until recently. I recently started watching ECW all over again on WWE Network and see a much different guy than when I was younger. I appreciate him much more now. And I know Dreamer's time with the title will feel weird, and honestly that was something I really worried about with readers. But in order to get what I needed done, I thought he was the right role for it.

    Great PPV!

Tommy Dreamer with ECW gold always seems weird to me, but I think you can make good of it

Glad to have Taz as the man as early as 1997. He was ready, and he should be a good figurehead of ECW, as you seem to slowly transition away from the pure hardcore and smoothly into what ECW would have been in 2001 had it survived

Dreamer never wanted to be Champion in his career but I at least wanted to give him some level of respect here. Also, trying to build up the title a little.

  2. Cezar Bononi (0-1) vs. "Savage Gentleman" Victor Benjamin (1-1)

Gods of War (Odinson (0-1) and Kratos (0-0)) vs. Local Talents

Looking forward to what you end up doing with Gods of War

Real1 Krew (Alanis (0-1) and Gray (0-1)) vs. Artemis Spencer (1-1) and ???

This selection was chosen because I am hoping they win, made me become a fan of them in your journal.

SCHAFF (3-0) vs. The Steiners "New Age" (Debut)

Whoever debuts has an uphill battle, but I think the debut is hyped like they will win?

Davey Boy Smith Jr (2-1) and "Big" Sean Studd (0-1) vs. Afa Jr (1-1) and Sefa Fatu (Debut)

Just a big fan of the DBS/BSS pairing.

  3. <p>I liked the show a lot. I have been following the Mike Bennett storyline and I like the developments in it this show. Trouble between Mike Bennett and Maria with a nice little wrench of Sal Rinauro right there. I also like how it puts Mike in a more ruthless light – where the win was important to him first and foremost.</p><p> </p><p>

Sad to see Storm go but I get it. I thought for sure Eli was going to screw him out of it.</p>

  4. Nzo with the 80's old-school grip.. I like it. I have always thought him to be someone nice to write around. I think you're taking him in a very cool direction.

I like the DBS/Sean Studd team. I like that they are in a feud where everyone's father was someone.

TK O'Ryan and the man without country gimmick is good as well. A lone-wolf so to speak who has my interest.

One final note, I do like the Fight/Flight concept. I wasn't sure about it at first to be honest, but its growing on me at a rate where that concept married to the Collective whole idea, the show presentation – it has a real “cool kid in school” vibe to it that is cutting edge. Another good show and (for me) the company is really coming into it's own from a branding perspective to (maybe it has been and I'm just late to the party)

  5. I just wanted to say I am extremely humbled to be nominated for a Diary of the Month this month. It is my first nomination in nine years of being on this site and I am extremely happy to be nominated along with so many other amazing entries that I will now have to decide which one is the best, (can we vote 5 times for different people?)

It is a dream for me to get one response on here, but an active chat about what is happening in this story makes it so much more fun for me to do and since realizing the added value in entertainment now try to comment on other people's stories as much as I can too (instead of before just reading them).

This is a long-winded way of telling you guys sincerely, thank you. Thank you for the comments, thank you for reading and I appreciate all of you.

Another great show. Your presentation is top notch.

Thank you so much. I have a lot of fun doing both the graphics for this and piecing out the puzzle storyline wise. Graphically I listen to some smooth listening like Dave Matthews or Boards of Canada and when I'm doing stories I'm listening to my own brain repeatedly say "It's been going good so far, do not mess this up." It's a bit of a difference haha.

Smothers, Rich and Guido now that's a stable of misfit toys. Love the attitude Raven is taking towards Stevie, rightfully so too. Fun show; looking forward to Barely Legal... The RVD/Sabu tension is fun too.

Brian Lee intrigues me to see what you'll do (if anything) with him. Feels like he's a bit miscast in ECW (as he was in reality). Though the Killdozer gimmick/concept is intriguing to me (I just looked at his wikipedia, I don't recall the Killdozer). I suppose he is coming off the 1996 feud with Dreamer; so there is some standard for him being a big-monster type. Maybe like Mike Awesome-esque?!

I agree on the misfit toys. For some reason that group worked for me. Do you remember.. "And from Nashville......Italy.... Tracy Smothers" hahaha

THANK YOU on Brian Lee. I have ALWAYS felt I was in the minority on that opinion and I totally agree. It's something my head has been keeping in mind, my goal is to try and use him somewhere but right now because of television time and because of not being sure yet, he sits in the midcard.

This is just amazing!! Keep up the great, great work!!

I appreciate this and the comments you left on the nominations page. Happy you're liking it so far.

  6. "I'm not going to put him down for five. I'm going to put him down for GOOD."

This showed up in the Anthony Bennett promo and I thought it was a great line. Just wanted to highlight and example of your good writing here.

I like the obsessed-fanboy angle that Sal and the Maria angle. You make me honestly want Mike to lose for not supporting his wife more and being an angry, jealous, frustrated jerk. I'm into this story and look for it throughout the show.

Maybe this is just me, but I don't trust Drake with Tim Storm's career.

  7. Uh Oh! Dirty doctor! Candido leaving, Heyman thinking about switching product types. Big news cycle. Should make for an interesting couple months!

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission..even in this game...bugging me and not letting me live my best life, haha. I'm trying to make the backstage life just as important as the storylines. I see it as almost as important as what goes on television

Don't know how I missed this, its great and looking forward to following.

Thank you! I appreciate the comments and kind words. Welcome in. Hope to not lose you :)

amazing diary, this style is probably my favorite ever. I love clean looking graphics, this hits it for me

Thank you Parker! In real life I handle the social media/marketing for a professional wrestling company, so this has kind of filled the void in my life with doing that since COVID. I appreciate the comments and kind words, thank you!

  8. MARIA KANELLIS VS. MARTI BELLE

I want to make it clear I like Maria and it IS a crush

    KAMILLE VS. VIPRESS

BATTLE ROYAL FOR A FUTURE SHOT AT THE NWA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

ERIK WATTS VS. PETER AVALON VS. SCORPIO SKY VS. JAMES ELLSWORTH VS. JR KRATOS VS. JERVIS COTTONBELLY VS. LEVI SHAPIRO VS. DAISUKE SEKIMOTO VS. WARHORSE VS. TRACY WILLIAMS - Big Williams fan so this was more of a fan-boy pick.

this prediction contest will run for 1 more show, winner will pick the next challenger for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, runner-up will chose a new signing for the Women's Division

There are so many good ones this month. The Collective and NWA Powerrr are both great (and already named) and favorites of mine. I think GCW is very interesting to me with the tournament going on over there, easy to read stories, etc. Has me very interested.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<em>Special shout out to Texasrangers13 for a great introduction to his talent. Maybe my favorite I've seen, taking his time and making sure I care about each worker - which I do, its working.</em></p><p> </p><p>

    [Presentation] <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=550361" rel="external nofollow">A Hardcore American Homecoming (Cverse)</a> by Willr0ck</p><p>

<em>Excellent presentation, great graphics and a good start to a story. Very early for this one, but I think it's got some of the better graphics on this forum and has a ton of potential. Not sure if it's "old enough" for an official nomination, but wanted to show it respect for sure.</em></p>

  10. I really like how the second show was formatted. It was sent in as clips etc, I think it makes it feel different for sure. A "cool factor" so to speak. I also like the nZO gimmick you're playing off of. Will he get a Turtle or Johnny Drama? We'll have to see <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> I will also echo the approval of the Pope. I think there is a lot you can do with that. Let me tell you, if this were a real-life promotion, I'd be following as well. Well done.
  11. <p>NWA World Television Championship contract signing</p><p>

    Sal Rinauro vs.<strong> Jervis Cottonbelly</strong></p><p>

    Occam's Razor Open Challenge</p><p>

    <strong>Kamille & Allysin Kay</strong> vs. Serena Deeb & Thunder Rosa</p><p>

<strong>Strictly Business (Nick Aldis, Thomas Latimer, Doug Williams)</strong> vs. Ken Shamrock, Tim Storm & Eli Drake</p><p>

BONUS QUESTION: Who will answer Paul Ellering's team Open Challenger? :Whoever it is are going to get smashed up. Love where you're going with this team, it kind of reminds me of the Briscoe's and WWE relationship. "You're not cosmetically pleasing enough. Also an Ellering mark, so love this direction.</p>
