My apologies if this is actually in the game somewhere. Since Asexuality isn't one of sexual preference options (and given the complexity of it, I wouldn't recommend it), maybe an attribute ("Living Single") that diminishes or negates the possibility of romantic relationships being formed by the worker. The reasons for this lifestyle can be left up to the imagination.

Just an FYI, with the 1.31 update, twenty-two of the titles are now set to "debut in the future." You may want to update them (I'm not sure of the best way to handle the annual titles).

Can confirm with my own game. Looking in a freshly downloaded copy of the database, none of the above is set.
